There is a reason this place has 5 stars. They run a tight ship. Very thorough and efficient. But most importantly, they don't look for ways to gouge their customers like others do in town. They've gained another loyal customer.

Very fast and friendly. My car drives like a different car. Did not try to force me into tires that were way out of my price range. Thank you for your service and the fastest that I have ever had in getting new tires.

Purchased a new set of tires - the price was competitive and the service was excellent. The tires were in stock and they were able to install them immediately. Entire process took about 1.5 hours.

I had an amazing experience with Plaza Tire Service in Rolla, Missouri. My morning started with two tires that were not holding air, so I headed to Plaza Tire Service. From there, everything was positive! I want to give a big shout-out and thank you to Virgil for his quick, professional, and friendly service.

Nothing less than professionalism and care for the customer. I decided to come here because in other stablishments the customer service is very poor. Not only I'm pleased with the job they performed but really excited to have found individuals that do care about the customer and they ensured that I felted that way. I was able to get my car in for an alignment very quickly. I was kept informed about additional services that I needed and all work was done quickly and made a big difference in the handling of the vehicle. You guys are great

Personable staff. Free coffee. Walked in without an appointment and left an hour later with 2 new tires, rotation, mount and balance and disposal. Plus, Im poor and it still managed to leave the bank unbroken. Overall pleasant experience for an unexpected expense.

The guys here did a great job on my car. I called around noon, brought the car for brakes and an oil change and they had it finished by 4:15 or so. They were very professional, and personable! I would definitely bring my car back in the future.

Great customer service! A tire on our trailer went flat and they put a new one on and a set of wipers in 20 minutes no appointment right at 5 in the evening. He even made sure all the tires on the truck and trailer had the right amount of air in them. Thanks Guys!

Excellent all around. Discussed driving terrain capabilities of two tread types (I had researched in advance), anticipated road/trail type driving surfaces, recommendations, pricing (inclusive -no hidden costs), less than an hour. Then I received text of report on a dozen items inspected...brakes, shocks, etc. (I'll get those wipers replaced). Amazing how well the SUV handles - Thank you!

Great service, fairly busy place but took time to explain the difference in tires.I had been researching and found a discount place , after researching found that prices were pretty much identical as the discount place , within a few dollars give or take

Joe, was the best! Knew his stuff. I was from out of town and he fixed things so I could make it home on a Friday evening instead of overnight in out of town in rolla , mo. Dakota was excellent too! I am now a big fan of plaza tire service because of my emergency visit and the excellent service I received. Thanks for joe !

I have to say that no sooner than I walked outside to wait in my truck, a technician was coming outside to grab my trailer tires to get them taken care of. My family has dealt exclusively with plaza for all of our vehicles, and we have never had an unsatisfying experience.

I was traveling and a long ways from home. I had a low tire pressure indicator light come on. I stopped at Plaza Tire in Rolla Missouri to get it checked. They got on it quickly and repaired not one but two tires that were damaged. I greatly appreciate the prompt service.

The folks here are great! First time visit to get a tire rotation and alignment. The guys were friendly and fun! We made an appointment online but showed up a little early. They got my car in as soon as we got there and had us out in about an hour, ahead of our schedule for the day. We ll definitely be back! Thanks again!

This Plaza tire was great! I made an appointment online yesterday and came in this morning at 8:00am. I was the first one in and my car had new tires and an alignment done in 1 hour! I couldn t recommend this place more. I was asked about the credit card about 5 times during checkout, but that s the only negative thing I can think of.

Brought my Honda CRV in for an alignment, they were fast and proficent! They did and excellent job and told me any other issues, they had. Which there was none. Thank you guys! I apprieciate your work!
