John immediately after telling him my car concern. Came to my vehicle ran a ck on my alternator and then my car battery. Turns out my battery was going bad. John immediately looked up the proper size battery for my car, recommended one out of the three available and immediately took it to my car. Where he removed the old battery and installed the new one. I was in and out with car fixed in under 30 mins. Thanks John

Very helpful, they were able to quote a price of 230.00 + shipping, AND give me the parts number so I could order online for 60.00. Didn't make a purchase, but they gave me all the info I needed to get it much cheaper online. Great service.

My pick over all Auto part stores. Been a single women many places take advantage charging you an arm and leg for parts may or may not need. O'Reilly has a friendly staff that's always ready to check your car out. And if it needs a part or fluids of any kind they are good about helping you fond more for your buck at a price you can afford. I would highly suggest this place to anyone

After fifteen years of parts service I can honestly say the store does a fine job, parts replacement isn't very simple anymore they keep up pretty well.

The people here are friendly they go out of their way to try to help you find the parts you need and of course if they don't have an in stock they can order them for you really nice people and the prices are usually decent and their stores clean and the assistant manager has no problem with going out there and helping you with trying to find what you need a really good guy

We were passing though town to go out of state and my "charging system failure" message came across our vehicle after getting gas. Of course I have no car knowledge and my husband is hours away. I drove to O'Reilly's and Jacob helped diagnose the alternator was bad. He helped me find a shop in town that could fix it (and within the hour). EXCELLENT customer service and I truly appreciated the help. I felt they went above and beyond to make sure my kids and I were safe and taken care of.

My family loves this place. They are our go to for parts or anything vehicle related. We go between them and autozone. What autozone doesn t have O reilly s will have. Their prices are right on spot and the staff are very friendly and helpful. I give them five stars because I haven t had any issues with them and neither has my entire family.

Bought an ignition coil for my car at a different store. It went bad after less than a month. The store in Rolla refused to return it. I went to this store and they gave me my money back no problem.

No matter which O'Reilly's location I visit, the quality of the advice and customer service I receive is always great. The store is laid out in such a way that I rarely need help locating what I'm looking for. When I'm unable to find what I need, the staff is always ready and willing to help. If they do not have an item in stock, they are quick to see if it is available from their warehouse. I especially appreciate receiving assistance with things like installing windshield wipers; something that fine motor control issues make difficult for me.

A clean store with a knowledgeable and helpful staff. The biggest part for me as a motorhead is the fact that they don't argue with me about what I'm looking for. I do a lot of custom building and I know what I need, not what the computer says.

This review depends on which O'Reilly's I went too!! I was looking for a particular part for a just purchased 2004 Chevy. It apparently could not be found in any parts store in Rolla. Really! A small type fuse under the dash and no one had it or could even get it. Nor could anyone in Licking. Guess what!!The O'REILLY'S in Houston didn't have it either, but had NO issue with looking it up and ordering it for me.So, O'REILLY'S in Rolla would get three stars. O'REILLY'S in Houston, five stars.Unfortunately, this app only says the company and not where it's located, so I had to tell the whole story.For THAT, the review app gets two stars!!

Who went in to pick up a couple parts knew what I needed when I got there and very friendly good service and want me tools to fix it on the spot got to find out I had a bad connector which they had in stock and overall I give them a great day as far as if everything I need

Go here on many occasions. 4 out of 10 time I get a used part. I got a gasket for my rear differential and it had gasket maker on both sides of it, I thought I was buying a brand new one, if I wanted a used one I would go to the junkyard and get one for pennies. Their inventory is small. Everything I need is usually a special order, but AutoZone up the street has it.
