To say they went over and above is an understatement. Derrick- Manager took his personal truck to drop off a belt on the side of the highway to get us off the road. These are the kind of people we want to do business with and be around. 10 out of 10.

We were just begining road trip to move from the area to Virginia when I turned on my wipers and they started to fall apart. I was on RTE 44 and I quickly exited the highway in search of a Napa store. I found one on 7th st in Rolla Missouri. I had the pleasure of being taken care of by Derrick. I asked if he could install the wiper blades and he said he would no charge! I bought my blades and he installed them on my car in the RAIN!! Thanks Derrick for getting us back on our 15 hour road trip.You are the best!

This shop earned my business first by having the best price and availability of the parts I needed.Unfortunately, I ended up having a problem with a remanufactured alternator. The bad alternator was NOT the fault of the staff at the store. Despite this, the kind folks at this shop took complete ownership of the problem and went above and beyond to do everything in their power to make it right. They bench tested a replacement for me and got me a part we knew was working properly. Because of this, my vehicle is running again with the least pain possible, and I couldn't be more satisfied with the outcome.Some other parts stores in town could hardly be bothered to give me service in much simpler and more straight forward circumstances, but the guys who helped me here earned my trust and my business. Not only did they do the right thing, but I believe they sincerely cared about fixing the problem, and were a pleasure to speak with as well. I regret that I can only remember the name of one of the gentlemen who helped me and I don't want to list one and not the other. Thank you both gentleman. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff. Besides all of the usual auto parts, this store has a ton of hydraulic fittings. I was able to get very large hydraulic fittings here that I could not get anywhere else in the area.

Went in today and the gentleman working helped with my power steering fluid. Came out with a funnel and filled it up for me. Most helpful and most appreciated! Thank you!
