Bathroom break for me and a windshield clean for the Sprinter van. I found this Love's to be clean and well stocked today.No trash at the pump area or in the parking lot with the long stick squeegees at every other aisle. I was able to remove the mess from my windshield easily. Inside, the men's room was clean though some water on the sink counter. No paper on the floor, though. About as clean as I would expect for a busy Friday in the late morning.Quick to get back onto the highway and don't forget that you can get 10c off per gallon by scanning the barcode in your Love's app!Note that you will exit differently than you came in if you're going back to the Interstate. Follow the sign.

Nice truck stop, CLEAN and had the best gas prices out of anywhere else in the area per gas buddy. We filled up two trucks! Helpful tip: download and use the loves app and save $0.10 per gallon! The app also has other perks and discounts like free coffee after so many purchased. Also used their very nice, very LARGE dog park for our four big dogs, three golden's, and one mutt, biggest dog park they've been to, very nice location, clean pet area, excellent dog park to give some good exercising to your pets while travelling! Stopped in here on way from Branson to St. Louis. Decent truck stop with many food options and showers. Kind of the typical Love s truck stop. I was wanting a good gummy bear and they had a good selection. #haribo

Clean but smaller bathrooms in this older Loves. Good selection of drinks and snacks but the store is on the smaller side compared to new Loves, so plan a little extra time if you have a big group stopping here.

Only reason they re getting two stars is because they still offer free air. Tried to purchase two new tires, didn t have them then I just tried to get air for 45 minutes before buying my own ture tool, pressures gauge and fixing their air pump to be able to use it all. While waiting on them to come out and service me. Saw me working on their stuff and said you got it went back in, absolutely no help paid local guy Eric to get us back on the road!!, definitely would recommend him.

Get told 1 hour for tire replace ok so after almost 2 hours I call I'm told there busy with a customer that was a major lie they are in a meeting doing shift change. So I'm told go in this side pull in and a tech will be with me soon they didn't even open bay yet. Till almost 5 minutes later. Also they don't read the paperwork on what postion tire and if it states truck or trailer horrible. My time is as important as u all try to use more courtesy .

Showers were getting cleaned in a hurry so they weren t really getting cleaned. There was a big chunk of hair on the floor as soon as you step in the room, I really don t know how they missed that. The dried the shower floor but forgot the shower handle

Five stars for the professional and helpful employees. One star for the items on my list that is not in the store. After fueling up a few hundred gallons, I went into the store for a dish sponge, warm women's work socks, 12 volt clip-on single or dual fan, and an egg cooker. None of these items are carried at this Love's. We are leaving disappointed. At least there were no mens socks either.

Been driving 11 years and 90% of it when I get fries from the restaurant I use loves Chilli and cheese for the nachos that I've never seen them sold except once or twice I always stop by the register to let them know I used it just incase they want to charge for it witch hase never happened at loves pilot once or twice I was just confronted when I was polling my fries out to put some on my fries and was stopped by I'm taking for granted was the manager since he was talking about it messing up his count and I told him I do it all the time he told me that I won't be doing it there and that I can leave his store I'LL NEVER STOP AT THIS STORE FOR ANYTHING EVER AGAIN

Bathrooms are clean and easy to get on and off the highway. Multiple food selections for all tastes. Gas is 10% ethanol and they do carry diesel.

I gave this LOVES a 5 because of Wanda! (I really hope corporate reads this!!) We're headed to St. Louis from Mountain Grove and we had to stop because I was getting car sick. They had just sold their last package of Dramamine earlier today. Wanda stops us and says she'll check their containers to see if any has been delivered. Sure enough!! Dramamine was in their shipment! It's SO nice to see an employee go above and beyond!! So, thanks Wanda! And, thanks LOVES for hiring a great person!! She deserves a raise!!

Me and my co-driver stopped here for a shower at 1700 on July 12, 2021. We had separate showers. I had shower 3 and she had shower 5. Both were extremely filthy. In her shower, there was no attention to detail as far as cleaning and it was hair everywhere. It was the same for my shower. Hair shavings were all over the sink and floor. There were fecal stains in the toilet bowl. The shower stall was filthy and had water droplets on the floor as if it were used and not wiped out. These showers also had a foul odor. This was a disappointing experience that no professional driver should have to deal with. This facility doesn't deserve 1 star.

Stop for fuel and shower. Waited about two hours for the shower because the one person cleaning it wanted to go smoke and talk on the phone. Then get into the shower hair all over the floor and someone s spoiled boxers in the trash can.

Shop has terrible service. All employees are busy cleaning or looking at the computer screen while customers are waiting. Got an ETA of 30 to change a tire waited 6 + hours because road calls have priority. If you come you better hope they don't call because they will drop everything and tell you they no longer have an ETA. Management does not seem to care about the problem.

The showers are disgusting! Trash (used sanitary napkin, used rubber gloves) under the sink, soap dispenser empty, scum and grease smears all over the stall, a pile of crud behind the door... It was nasty. Don't come for the shower, just keep driving.

Loves Travel Stop 341 is a true gem on the road! The clean bathrooms, excellent service, and the ability to get freshly made coffee on request are remarkable. They also maintain a clean and organized coffee station, making the pit stop a pleasure.

Gas stop and potty stop for all. Seemed super staff stocked inside . Fenced in dog run (medium size for Loves) benches, tables, and poop bag stations which, as always, are underused. Land mines everywhere. Picked up some road snacks, good hot and crispy sausages. And went on our merry way

I pulled up to 3 different pumps that had non functional keypads before giving up. I've never been able to get gas at the first pump I pull up to because they never work!. I'll never be back! Good thing qt is out there now.

I stopped for a shower. Paid $17 and will never return. If you love mold, hair, and a floor that left black streaks on my shampoo bottle that I dropped, this is the place for you!

Usually stop at loves because they are usually very clean and well maintained. Apparently they didn't get the memo at this store. Bathrooms were disgusting. Trash on the floor and out of paper towels in both dispensers.Terribly slow checking out also . Only One cashier other employees walking around the store doing nothing.Employee yelling at everybody to wear a mask . That's the store right but why isn't sanitizing her hands or the counter in between customers.Doesn't matter if the restrooms are vile or if the cashiers sanitize. Just wear a mask

Got here for the night, parking being full. The maintenance people for several of them are complete Jerks. One tried getting in a fight with me after speaking the truth and coming after me. I don't recommend this Love's truck stop to anyone. Not friendly maintenance people.

Stopped here for gas on 9 10 2023. On the way back to my car I tripped in a hole in the parking lot. Fell & busted my head open. Went inside to tell a manager. They called one who never came. But a nice worker named Sarah helped me. No information was offerded to me, I had to ask. I did have a call from Ishmael who said pretty much he could do nothing for me. My boyfriend emailed corporate who did respond & was supposed to get back to him again & never did. I had to use my own insurance like Ishmael told me. I ended up with a subdural hematoma. It's taken over 2 weeks to heal and I've never heard back from Loves.

This place robbed us of almost 1000 dollars. They said air line was bad which was true next day they replaced it. Well they didn't and my truck ended up on a wrecker that ended up costing 4980 dollars. I went and fixed it myself. Nothing had been replaced. Crooks

I swear I don't know how all of these clean reviews got on here. I'm here right now my third time and the showers i went in always had hair in them. Me and three other drivers had to deal with pet hair in both washers and dryers before we could clean our clothes. And I'm talking about an abundance smount of pet hair. Ridiculous man. I'm calling Corporate and never stopping here again. Young curly head manager is lazy needs to be retrained or fired.

The people here are so helpful! I m very grateful for their assistance. I have been having problems getting the app to record some of my purchases, and of course the purchase of a defective inverter from a different store fell into this problem. The managers here, especially Jake, worked very hard on my behalf with the very unhelpful manager at the original store to get a copy of the original receipt so he could trade the inverter for one that works. Thanks again!

Plenty of ez parking. Clean location. Has a Subway AND McDonalds. Has a tire shop. Fuel islands get backed up quickly. Nice friendly staff.
