December 2015 I bought a 2006 Mazda 6. At that time the car had 182,xxx Now I have 211,455 miles and other than normal maintenance I have had no issues with the car. My experience with these people was awesome.Edit- On 11-05-2019 Bambi ended the car's long and only maintenance needed (I take care of and pay attention to any changes in any vehicle I drive) to the 248,521 when the deer totaled my vehicle. It sucks as I know the car was still getting 30 mpg highway and running good. At 59 mph the deer ended it. Now looking for a car in my price range.

When my old car died on me I was left to find a car asap. I called them and they went over every car with me in my price range which was a lot because they have great prices. I picked out a few I was interested in and had to get a ride up there. They waited after hours for me and had the keys to all the cars I had shown interest in waiting. Not once did they act annoyed to be there after hours. She was patient and helpful and kind. I picked a car and the process was so quick and easy. I love my new car and how honest and kind she was.

I wish that I was able to leave a better review as I hate leaving negative feedback but due to the excessive amount of money that my husband and I have put into our car I just can't look past it. Two years ago my husband and I purchased a Pontiac Torrent SUV from this dealership, two months after purchasing it, the air went out resulting in a 500 fix. Shortly after that the electric power steering sensor went out and we had to replace the entire thing, then less than a month later the fuel pump went out and we had to replace the pump and the tank system. The back seat windows don't roll down or unlock anymore and haven't for quite some time. & Now the transmission is showing signs of possible malfunction. We bought this vehicle with 164000 miles on it, to this date it has 190000I stay home with my daughter so I drive it maybe once-twice a week? Its Absolutely sickening that we have sunk well over three grand into fixing this vehicle and have barely even driven it. When we traded in our Honda it had over 240K miles on it and we never had any issues comparable to these. Maybe we just got unlucky? Or maybe they sold us a junk car that was bought from an auction at a ridiculously low cost because it was junk?Who knows, Either way, I would take our situation into consideration when you choose to look at the vehicles on this lot. Were two years in and it is by far the worse vehicle we have ever owned. So much stress has taken place over fixing this junky thing.

We bought a car about a year ago & shortly after we bought it, it started having problems.When we bought the car, the dealer ensured there was nothing wrong with it & that it was a "great deal". It s safe to say that he knowingly sold a piece of junk to a family in desperate need of a car! Shame on you!!!

I think it is worth to share my unhappy experience with the K&A Quality Auto. I set up a final price for a used car with their salesman on phone. He promised to hold that car for me and said I could go to purchase it on the same day or the next day. On the next day morning, I call him to set up a time after I got my cash ready. He told me they had taken another buyer's deposit and so he could not sell it to me. Of course he could change his mind, but he should let me know as his mind was changed. No any apology. A salesman looks reliable, but done unreliable business.

Do not use this place, most unprofessional car dealership I have ever dealt with. This is by far the worse experience I have had in my years of buying vehicles. I called on a car which it had been sold I was told they had another vehicle close to the same. Told me the vehicle was in Columbia and would return the following morning. I was told the vehicle would be back early afternoon and I would receive a call as soon as it returned. I take off work Friday so I was avalible to go buy the car for my niece. It's start to get late afternoon and still no call. I call them and was told yes the salesman has the car but decided to go shopping while he was in Columbia. I told the receptionist I have cash in hand ready to buy the car if someone will contact me. Well it has been several days and I have yet to receive any phone calls from this dealership. So I will be taking my cash and buying my niece I vehicle somewhere else. Somewhere were the salesman actually cares to sell a car and not be shopping. I would tell everyone please take your business somewhere else spend you hard earned money at a place that at least acts appreciative of your business. I am very disappointed in this place my 16 year old niece had her heart set on this vehicle and this people treated us like a joke. Now I have a 16 yr old girl with a broken heart bc this place wanted to go shopping and never returned a phone call. There loss will be someone else's gain. Don't make the same mistake go somewhere else.

I bought a Jeep Liberty from her over 5 yrs ago...with that being said...she hadn't even had the chance to put it out on the lot for sale. I had it for 3 to 4 yrs before I even had to do any kind of work on it!! It has 197 plus miles on it and is still very reliable! Thank-you K&A !

Worst place to buy a car. Got a bank loan for a 2008 Honda Civic has nothing but problems and 3 weeks later blown head gasket. Tried to call up there and ask if they could do something to make it right or help me get into a new vehicle that was that price but they denied me saying they wouldn t do anything. Never buy from this place.

Horrible experience!! We agreed on a price for a truck about 5:30 Monday night. She wrote up the title application and gave me all the paper work I would need to take to the bank the next day. She promised to bring the truck to my shop first thing the next morning so I could look it over a little better. She did not bring the truck that morning but I assumed she just got busy. I went ahead and spent an hour at the bank so I could go get the truck only to find out that she sold it. She did not follow through on what I was promised. You obviously have no respect for your customers when you sell the vehicles out from under them.

Bought a 2009 dodge journey from these guys, super friendly and really helpful, fair prices, only problem is that the radiator blew same day but it was mearly coincidence that it happened. 9/10 would get another journey from them again.

Do not buy from this place! bought a Ford ranger from these guys, I haven't even made my first payment on it and I have had to have an alignment I have had to replace a pully, the shifter cable cous it's so frayed and hard as hell to shift and now I need to get new tires and shocks asap plus now my ac doesn't work either. Not A Happy Coustomer

The owner of this car lot tries to advertise and act as if he is not a dealer . He tries to deceive the public by taking pictures of the vehicles in front of a lake or in a field and then he tells people " oh this was my wifes uncles car " and how great it is , all the while knowing it's junk and he bought it at a junk action . This place is a joke . I went there to buy a car they had advertised . I called and they knew I was coming . When I git there he laughed and said " oh we just sold it ten minutes ago , but i'll make you a good deal on something else. " What a loser !!!!! very dishonest !!!! I would not recommend this dealer to anyone !!!!!

Literally the worst experience of my life. I ve had the car 1 week and the transmission went out. Awful customer service and awful morals. I wouldn t recommend this place to the devil himself.
