I blew a heater hose. I called them and they said to bring it in. Fortunately, I was just down the road. They had me back on the road within an hour. They didn't overcharge me. I'm very happy.

We had one of our trucks jack-knifed, and we called them and they made our truck drivable as soon as they could ve. Very good and fast service. They were able to arrange all the parts that our truck needed very quickly. Would definitely recommend.

This shop did everything in their ability to get me back on the road. I had a valve severely gushing air. Called ahead and they ordered the part delivered same day. Unfortunately it wasn t the correct part and they had to drive to Springfield to get the correct part. They did that and while it seemed expensive for just one part with all things considered I believe it was a fair price and they did the job right. Thank you! I will keep you all in mind in the future!

Top notch service! I pulled in, no call ahead or appointment in advance, and the team here addressed my concerns almost immediately. Although we were unable to make proper repairs due to them not being a windshield installer, they got me back on the road with a safe reliable fix that will last me until I get to a windshield facility. If you want fair pricing, honest diagnosis, and to be treated like family, then stop on by.

Great people to deal with and Good prices I would recommend them to anyone.I called them told them my oil pressure was really low and They said bring it on in today. They fixed my truck in timely manner. . They're all very good with communication about the issues and talking with me about it all. Highly recommend the guys here. I will let them service and maintenance my trucks when needed

Discovered a tire on my boat trailer about to blow about a mile from the shop when I stopped for gas. I called and they told me they had tires that would fit but it would be an hour or so for them to get to me. I drove to them nursing the tire all the way. In just two hours I had two new tires on the trailer and a new spare. Reasonably priced and in much less time than I expected. I was back on the way to Michigan in 2 hours. I would just like to give a huge thank you to these guys. I suspected my transmission was going out due to a bad bearing and couldn't finish the run I was on to get her home and get fixed locally. These guys went above and beyond my expectations. Diagnosis within minutes. I did in fact need a new transmission. I was in, out, and rolling in under 48 hours. A truckers/businesses worst nightmare is downtime! Great family ran buisness! They really helped me out. I had earlier in the day ripped my full mudflap and bracket off my truck while delivering at a construction site. I was gonna wait till I parked for the night to get it fixed until I passed their shop on my way to my delivery. I decided to stop and even though it was close to the end of the day they still helped me out with a sense of humor. They welded my bracket to the hangar mount since the spring was broke that held it all together. They had it looking back to normal and in about 20 minutes. I really wish there were more shops like there's where I'm from! Also it's a good thing I found them because on my way to St. Charles Missouri I passed a scale on 44 that my pre pass had me pull into!

I had my kenworth w900 towed to this shop after reading reviews. My first initial impression was great with very prompt service and they quickly diagnosed my truck. They told me that the head dropped a valve. They told me the best action would be to revalve the head because it appeared to be in tact. 10 days later they had the head back on and said the head was actually bad along with an injector. We called for updates from day 10-30 with an average response time of 3 days. My driver called one day and they told him "the more you ask, the longer it will take. At day 30 they put the new head on and head gasket along with one cylinder and ab injector. We left the shop. Drove 2500 miles and a bolt came loose on the Jake brake assembly that they did not properly tighten. I contacted the shop to see if they would stand behind their work. No response, just like when I called day 2-30 for updates. Once they get your business, it appears as though they don't consider the client past that. I am still waiting for a call from this shop.UPDATE- the update below by the manager says it all in my opinion. Simply asking this company for an update leads to them putting your truck at the back of the line. If you don t mind having your truck here until they get around to it then this is a great shop. Again, when your truck sits for days and you call for an update, this is hardly over the pale of customer exceptions. Treating drivers like they are expendable based on whether they beckon to your companies needs once they have their trucks broken down (with the expectation of a certain timeline), to having that timeline more than triple (with no updates) is something a good business would attempt to reconcile in a professional manner vs. trying to undermine our credit as a customer to save your google reviews. And sir, I don t drive trucks. So this lingo doesn t confuse me. Good luck to your business

Oh man. I wish there were hundreds of shops like these guys. Nowadays they are so hard to find. But, Rolla Missouri is lucky to have one! We were having issues building air, so I had stopped at the Loves. Thankfully, I found this shop that is only 1/2 mile away, so I limped over there. It took them no time to figure out our issue. Our main air line from the compressor was full of soot. They ended up having to make the line because no one nearby had the part in stock. Very reasonable prices, honest guys. If we ever break down here again, won't hesitate to use them again!! Thanks again!!!

My mechanic (Rudy), was great! I told him what part I needed and he got it before arriving to me. Expensive road-side breakdown, but it was a pleasure meeting this professional gentleman.

Very friendly and accommodating, I watched them treat every customer that came through the day I was there just as professional as anyone could ask. They explained technical details and have very reasonable prices. I will save this business card and recommend often.

Had a blowout on the interstate and they helped me when no one would. They even went out and got what I needed so they could fix me up. My brake line severed when the blowout happened and they fixed that too. 5 stars!Services: Tires, BrakesServices: Tires, Brakes

I highly recommend to have any truck and trailer work done here. All employees are professional and they do all their work right the first time. The rates are very reasonable and professionalism is high!! I will return whenever I need ANY work done. There is a family feel to the business but still professional. Thanks to everyone for fixing my truck problems. I have my list ready for my next visit!!!

I had to call them Friday when I blew out 2 tires on my Peterbilt and Love's truck stop couldn't figure out how to jack it up so Shannon and another man (sorry that I forgot his name) came out and had it jacked up in short order and ready to put new tires on and were very helpful -- I will definitely call them any time I have truck problems in the Rolla areaService: Tires

Stay away from this shop!!!They don't value their customers. I took my truck to this shop to change a fuel injector, they did not fixed it, and could not give me a straight answer. I have to tow it to freightliner in St Louis, MO.Very unprofessional mechanics.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Very very good repair shop. My freightliner cascadia 2011 coolant hose leaking, they fixed quickly and fair price for labour charge.
