Charged $1500 for something that took less than 2 hours to do because a driver needed help. They took advantage of him in his situation. When I called to talked to them about it. I was told I would get a call back. I called in multiple times and never received a call back. Wish I would have seen all their reviews before we did business with them.

Came in for a tire replacement. They were fast, effecient, and communicative the whole way. Big drivers lounge and clean shop. Will be back again

Stay away from this place and people. Bought 2 new tires at Feb 2, 2022, and lost 2 wheels at Feb 9, all bolts from hub been cutting off. Unqualified technicians over-pressed all log nuts, didn t change air valves, switch in/out rims, didn t set rims properly to get access to inside air valve. Spent over $800 and have to thousands for TA shop in West Virginia again. Would give less than ZERO !!!

I was towed from highway by I 44 truck Ctr and was kept waiting for 4 days to repair compressor and it wasn t done properly so I ve to waste a day a bill to fix the compressor again in Kansas.

THE MOST AMATEUR PEOPLE YOU WILL EVER HANDLE WITH. THEY ARE NOT SENDING INVOICES, THEY JUST GIVE A TOILET PAPPER TO THE DRIVER WITH WRITEN PRICE ON IT !!!!!

AVOID this place! I say to myself, I'll go to the little guy, get better prices, faster time better customer service and what did I get? I get ripped off! $ 125 for a tire mount dismount double than anywhere else.

Apparently someone safety is not their priority all I ask is to check the lug nuts and they wanted to charge me $125 and all I asked was to see if they where tighten down for $125 wow people stay away and I will be letting my business partners know in other trucking companies to stay away from there

I have experienced the worst service ever. I met a very tough person who was yelling at me all the time. I had to wait from early in the morning until afternoon to get my bill. After a long twait I was told that it was not ready.I was given my bill at 2 pm finally and I was told that I had to pay extra money for truck storage. They intentionally wasted my time to make extra money for their own purposes. They didn t give my truck key to take my stuff. It s not fair to make money this way.I understand that it s their business but they must treat with their customers nice. The manager Chuck was yelling at me and I was mistreated. They make money because of the customers but they don t treat their clients as a human being. I called their main office to talk to the owner and I was told that the owner is not in. They ignored me.

Crooks. Left me on hold for 20 minutes on the phone. Thensaid it was a minimum of 400 dollars to walk across the street to run a diagnostics (which they do free at loves). Got lippy and rude when i asked about the price and told them the distance. Defo wouldnt use because of customer service alone.

I've had tires repaired here before and never had a problem. Today however I had a nail in one of my drives and just needed a quick patch, there were 2 gentlemen working the shop and taking calls. I drove up at 10am and it's 12:30pm now and I'm still not on the road. Next time I will have to use loves tire shop. They were empty and could of had me in and out in less than an hour.

Excellent service and quick. They appreciate your business. Broke down was towed here. They got on it and I had to get to the hotel and they took me. This place is amazing they make you feel like family not a customer, nor a number or money sign. They are a blessing there is a shop still out here like this one. Thank y all for a outstanding job and customer service.

7/22/22. Stopped for a oil change. Was greeted with a smile and friendly attitude. Service was spot on and in a timely manner. I highly recommend and will definitely return.

Poor service, they will overcharge you without any explanation stay away from this place. Owner just lied about price and made up ridiculous invoice, should not trust this guys over the phone!!!!

I broke down a week ago and I pulled into Loves truck stop and they couldn't help me. I looked across the street and seen I-44 Truck Center and my boss said to wait till they open and they helped me right away. They got me right in and got me taken care of. They offered me pizza, told me about alligators and was very helpful. So what I'm trying to say is if your broke down, bring your truck to I-44 Truck Center and they will get you taken care of.Mike is the right guy for the right position as a manager here. He was very helpful.Thank you for the great customer service. It was a pleasure working with this company.

The worst place ever, never get there, sadly the electrical staff don't know anything, in 10 miles they charged me 850 for the tow truck, and to get the truck out onto 250th street, then I had to hire them to take my truck to another workshop I was 0.8 miles away and they charged 300 more, they said that going was the truck's computer and it turns out it was a simple fuse. Said they would start on it right away. So I had them tow it to thier shop 1/4 mile for $200. Driver Sat their all evening and they didn't even look at it. They wouldn't let driver sleep in the sleeper. They wouldn't give him a ride to a hotel. I had to call a cab and rent a room. Day 2: They said it most likely was a bad compressor and couldn't get the part. So I had my wife drive 250 miles and spend $2500 to get the part there same day. When she arrived that afternoon they had just started pulling the old part off just to find out that wasn't the problem. Price was what they told me. But they cost me a lot of time and money by not looking at it like they said they would.

My Truck experienced major power loss especially uphill. I first presumed it was the fuel filter which the shop mechanic JR replaced but still experienced the same issues upon test driving it. He took the time to diagnose the problem and determined that the return fuel line was the issue (had a leak). They we're courteous enough to make sure I have accommodation close by and kept me updated every step of the way with the repairs. Great customer service. Thank You!!?

I had a set of wheel bearings installed on my trailer. Jason did a great job in a timely fashion. The bill was more than reasonable and the parts weren't overpriced. If I ever need anything when I'm in the area they will be my first call

We were vacationing in Missouri when our truck broke down pulling our 5th wheel and we were able to get off the highway by their shop. The guys jumped into action and tried to get us back on the road. They ended up towing the truck to the dealership and the 5th wheel to a nearby campground. After waiting at the Love's/speedco tire shop for 15hrs to get service I contacted this shop and they immediately got me backed in and went to work changing my tires.super friendly and super fast service that saved my day!!can't recommend this shop enough!!Service: TiresService: Tires

This is absolutely terrible! My truck was wrecked I went to take a shower and began to get my stuff outta the truck and was thrown out and was told I was trespassing. I do not recommend this racist environment to anybody. I dropped my smokes could not pick them up; I left my belongings could not grab them. I had to get the General Manager at Loves to get the rest of my belongings God bless him. Nobody deserves to be treated like I was. I will not be silent about it either. I pray you think cautious before booking these people bc if your skin color is a concern I fear your safety! I slept in the bay of Loves per the manager at around 9/10in the morning 2 of the guys knocked at my door I the spoke through the vent saying that I needed to put clothes on and once I was dressed I spoke with the workers about the truck I asked them to put power steering fluid in so I can help assist them by driving it over there. Once I got the trucked moved in the yard I went to shower bc I haven't showered since before my truck was broken. When I came back to the truck is things went left I was waiting for my company to send me the info on the cab, my fleet one check and my hotel. Not one time was I given a time limit or did I get out of character I never cussed these guys I never spoke to them ugly or did I get disrespectful. I had to sit on the curb across the street two workers came back and brought one more bag to me but it was not worth the drama when all I wanted to do was grab my stuff! Again I wasn't given a time limit or a ma'am you have 2,3, or 4 hours to get your stuff. I was waiting on my company to give me instructions on what to do. I then wcalled with 5/6 bags struggling to the loves where I had the General manager help me retrieve my property, and when I thought the GM was taking to long or was unsuccessful I called the police to get my things in which no police report was made nor was anybody arested. I stand by anything I said as facts bc it shouldn't of even had to go that far. If it was their child or their property they wouldn't of acted the way they did and I spoke to Penske and my company so the owner is lying.

Stopped by had ac checked took about 30minutes they didn't have the part they said they could have it the next afternoon I questioned about getting part from dealer 5 miles away was told they didn't have it. I called they had 2 in stock the manager at i44 fooled around until the dealer closed and said I'd have to wait I was 90 miles form home and said let me pay you for the work you did I'm not staying in truck this close to home and got charged 133 for his 30minutes of work fair price would have been 50 will not go back or recommend this place even to my worst enemy

We have been here countless times and they have really been great and tried in the past to get things done and have been real reasonable but lately things have really gone down hill. Gor instance, what should have been a four hour job putting S-cams and bushings in has taken over a week! That is A LOT of missed work AND a lot of aggravation! The people here seem to have a nonchalant, WHATEVER attitude... It isn't their paycheck that is being drastically reduced due to lost loads. :(
