Morning it's Joseph Darcy III having serious issues with the 2016 sonic lt engine lights on and traction light everything brand new because I paid for it. Anyways at lazy l motel with my mother currently car acted up yesterday 6:30pm,need to know if car has warranty or some type of policy I can get this repaired asap if not will be stranded have errands with my lersonal belongings 75k worth mind you,and business to take care of,hopefully no out of pocket cost because don't have alot of play money,only had car for 4 months no accidents best driver on road.

I bought my white 2016 Dodge Dart SXT from them June 4th last year (2022) and they were AMAZING! From start to finish, it was a smooth process, Debbie, Sonny and Kelsey were all super helpful and walked me through it step by step and even got the car dropped down another 5 grand from the original asking price! I couldn't be happier with my car (I named her Camille lol)! Now we are all friends and I just adore them! Thank you so much, Hudson Motors, I am so glad you all are a part of mine and Josh's lives!

My wife and I went to Hudson Motors today to buy a vehicle. We ended up buying one each. The customer service was phenomenal. The quality and prices of their vehicles are unbeatable. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. I would have rated more than 5 stars if I could. The hour and a half drive was well worth it. I definitely will be purchasing my next vehicle from them. No pressure buying and great prices. Thanks Hudson team!!!

I would recommend Hudson to anyone that is trying to build their credit. They helped get me financed when NOONE else would. I have a Super Nice Vehicle that I NEVER thought I would own.

This is the second vehicle I ve purchased from Hudson. Flawless experience. Great customer service, great vehicles for a reasonable price. There was a small issue with the latest one I bought and they immediately started helping me troubleshoot the issue and they found a solution. Very happy all around. 100% will buy from again.

This place is very dishonest! I would not recommend them. I was dealing with Kelsey. My app was approved for a car I wanted, scheduled a time to come up and do everything, just to be told when I arrived that they just sold the car I wanted.Instead of leaving I decided to look around and they had a car on their page for 7900, they sold it to me for 8999. I did not realize this until I signed and got home. Refused to make it right and honor their price listed. Definitely won t be back and I see the other reviews here that ppl are very unhappy. Bad business in a small town will end you quicker than anything! To top it off they went on their website and deleted the evidence! Guilty, but I have screen shots! Save your time and money and shop elsewhere!

Rare to find a used car dealer that goes above and beyond to help you with a car repair after purchasing. However, Hudson Motors did just that. They made the extra effort to help resolve a car problem I had after a recent purchase. I highly recommend Hudson Motors if you are looking to purchase a used car. Customer service was exceptional!! Keep up the great work!!!

I have purchased 2 vehicles from them, there were a few issues with the truck, I pointed them out and they were more than willing to repair them at their cost. Just like any vehicle purchase, make sure you check them out...always been very friendly and willing to make sure I was satisfied with my purchase!

Bought my 2013 Chrysler 300 from here. The day I bought it I came with cash. I bought the car for WAYY more than it was worth. After test driving it we asked for it to me marked down because there was body damage and an outrageous amount of scratches on the windshields. The woman told me absolutely not because they just got it the day before. I looked passed it cause it was minor. When we were driving off the lot we realized the Bluetooth radio doesn t work and that s about a 600 fix if not more because of labor. I ve had this car for about 2 months and I ve had to change every break, every rotor and every caliper. When we took the tire off there was an extreme amount of rust as if the car had been sitting and the tires that were on it had a date of 2016 on them and it s 2022. I ll never buy a car from here again and I can say that with 100% confidence.

My son bought a car from them and within 3 weeks it broke down. They swapped the engine (we paid half of the cost of the engine) and had it for several weeks. When he picked it up it overheated that night. The mechanic had improperly connected a radiator hose (clam wasn't installed properly). He had it towed back to Hudson and checked over again. Two days later and now his alternator is going. The employees seem nice but I am not sure how well their cars have been checked over.

My 83 year-old mother went with my nephew to look for a vehicle for himself. The first place they went to was Hudson Motors. She and my nephew saw this black truck they both really liked. My mom said she was going to buy it and my nephew and niece tried feverishly to talk her out of it. My mother doesn't make the best decisions at her age we believe she is in the early stages of dementia. A few days later after buying this truck, which by the way, was 15 grand and by the time they added on a bunch of extra stuff it was twenty Grand! How unbelievably ridiculous! A few days later she called me crying when she realized what she had done and that she cannot afford this truck! $320 a month for a woman who is on a fixed income of social security! I called Hudson and spoke with a nice young lady named Kelsey, who said I had to call the bank after explaining to her the situation. She said let her know what the bank says and she would be happy to help in any way she could. I called the bank and they said they were going to call Hudson and if they would take the truck back, they would cancel her loan. Well, Hudson wouldn't take the truck back. I understand that she signed paperwork and usually there is no buyer's remorse on vehicle purchases, but I believe that Hudson, in good conscience, should have done the right thing and take it back! It had only been 3 days for crying out loud!Now we have to try to sell this truck b4 the 1st payment is due because there isn't any way she can pay the 320! Shame on Hudson for taking advantage of an elderly woman and adding on so many things to bring up the cost and for not having the decency to do the right thing by taking the truck back!! I for sure would NOT do business with this company that takes advantage of the elderly and who do NOT have the morals to do the right thing! DISGUSTING! Oh, and by the way, they never gave her a title either. They told her not to go to the DMV until they get the title and they will mail it to her. So she has a truck sitting in the driveway that she can't drive or sell even if she wanted too because she doesn't have a title to get it registered! How on Earth is that legal?! How do you buy a vehicle from a lot and they tell you not to go to the DMV yet?? It's been one week today, and still no title! So my mom is stuck in limbo!!

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Hudson Motors in Rolla MO!!! We bought a second vehicle for commuting to work, a 2002 Toyota sienna van. WE WERE NOT TOLD ABOUT THE ELECTRICAL PROBLEMS IN THE VAN!!! NO LIGHTS AT NIGHT INSIDE THE VAN!!! The van seemed okay in the day when we test drove it. If I could, I would give Hudson Motors zero stars. After my experience with this company, I don't trust the other Reviews!

Went to buy the 2003 Toyota Celica today . Went for a test drive and noticed 6th gear was out went back and told the lady and she said we do not use 6th and we are not going to fix it. I posted on Facebook the issue then they blocked me. I recommend finding a different dealership.

Makes a deal with you, then sells it out from under you, do not trust them, shady and no integrity! We made a deal, then he sold it, when I was supposed to come pick it up tomorrow!!! He said he couldn't turn down a cash buyer, when he already had a deal, price and pick up time set! Take your business some place else!!! Don't waste your time!!!!

My mother bought an 2011 Ford Edge from here 1/9/21. The sales staff was friendly, professional and went above and beyond to explain any knocks or mechanical issues the car might have. We will definitely be back.

Only had the car a few months when alternator went out. Our mechanic found out it was a scrap alternator they jist threw in there. We barely drive this Only our teen drives it on occasion to practice her driving so we haven't even drove about 100 miles on it. Now the timing chain and water pump and valve covers have to be replaced costing us $1900. We are pursuing legal action into this "company" for fraud and not telling us the details of what was wrong with it.

Bought a lemon for our 18 year old daughter and tried to take it two days later to get an inspection done on it and the battery was dead went and bought a 163 dollar battery and by Monday when I went to get an inspection done on it ,it was dead so we had to take it to a shop ,after struggling to get the money to pay sales tax we now have to put that money on a mechanic to find what s wrong with it I wouldn t recommend them not to anyone especially family and friends
