Had a great experience purchasing a camper shell for my new truck. The color match and install are all perfect. Everyone at the shop was very friendly and helpful and I can't wait for the next round of upgrades!

Brought in a hitch receiver to be installed on our Subaru Forester, and despite it taking over twice as long to install than they figured, they didn't charge me any extra. Very nice knowledgeable guys working there.

I do all of my own work on mine and my families vehicles, I normally use high quality parts to extend the life out of something as much as I can. So naturally I use Schaeffer's oil, problem is I have to buy it online (which is expensive anyways because of the quality of the oil) however this place has the 9000 series for 12 bucks a quart! That's a steal and to be able to literally only dive two minutes to pick it up is a bonus. Plus the lady at the counter was extremely nice. I would seriously recommend this place. They have so much more than just the best oil. Might get my running boards here.Service: Oil change

I was BEYOND happy with my service and experience with UHaul through Extreme Accessories in Rolla. I have heard so many horror stories from friends who rented a UHaul in Rolla (not necessarily from Extreme Accessories), but my experience was great.I mainly worked with Jeff, but Dave was also helpful. They were patient with me, explaining the process, they updated my reservation when I had last minute changes and even accommodated for an early pick up of the trucks.I had never really thought about how much preparation must go into making sure each truck is ready to go between customers, and it wasn't until much later that I realized someone had to have checked the air pressure, fluid levels, cleaned the truck inside and out, etc.... Everything was perfect and ran smoothly.

I made an appointment to have a hitch installed. I was called before my appointment started and told I was late (mischeduled on their end). When I came in, they asked for my keys but didn't communicate anything else (literally nothing else).The wait was much longer than expected, with no communication.The install job was good, everything looks good, with no issues, but customer service could have been better (that's why one less star).

After being recommended by my friend I immediately called and scheduled an appointment. Dave took care of me and got my tires and rims installed without any issues. One of the best in car services at reasonable charges in Rolla. I visited them to replace the headlights and wheel rotation, they did it in lowest rate possible. Along with that they checked the issue of engine light as a courtesy free of cost.

The gentlemen were very pleasant to work with but when it comes to getting a service that s recommended by all other businesses in town-as their customer , I feel they weren t very transparent . I got a taillight tint done . There are different levels of tint ( smoking ) and I felt that them being professionals should seek out what the customer wants and to suggest what would look best and to explain the process .They had called asking if I wanted the middle section done- and at the time w a new vehicle I thought perhaps it was a strip of lights at the top and I didn t even consider that , I only wanted the full taillights done and with having a misunderstanding they just did the outer parts of the taillights to the tint. They were wonderful with fitting me back in last minute to finish the process that I had expected considering I m from out of state. There was an agreeable quote that they had given over the phone when I originally called , and that was the final payment which I felt was fair from the get go.With saying that I felt the need to call back and say that I didn t want the rest of the taillights fully blacked out, just smoked and I felt annoyance when expressing so . Now the outer and the inner parts don t match.To my understanding there is a final wet sanding done/clear coat put over the tinting for a final shine and protection and I feel roughness on the right outer side and that the dust in the dirt parking lot could have stuck to it, there is also a black streak from the paint or something underneath it that won t come off w ease . I didn t even know if there was an after care process.I feel if I had a million dollar car would they have explained things better , while putting in their knowledge of expertise and or been a little more careful w the car in general - considering it s new to me .Now back in my home state I m taking it to someone else to do it the way I felt it should have been done .I guess this is a lesson for myself to ask more questions and do more research rather than trying to not be an annoying customer . I worked in the moving business and it was my job to make sure the customer understood the process and to be fully transparent .Take care fellas

Great Company.Did work on my truck last year, and I needed help finding a part number for a replacement today (since I dont work in that area anymore to go back to them) and the owner Dave gave exceptional servicetra king it down for me.Highly recommend this company.

I had a 2 o'clock appointment for an oil change and a front end alignment. At 2:30 my car was still sitting on the parking lot. An HOUR later they inform me they cannot perform the front end alignment due to the wear of my tires (understandable) and mention that my car is STILL on the oil change rack. It was after 4:30 when I had my car back (with no apologies). They did have a nice sitting area in which to wait with coffee and bottled water. I just did not feel the customer's time was valuable to them.

The staff are very helpful and polite. They took care of me when I got my windows tinted. The first tint didn't turn out how I wanted ( I'm picky) and they had no problem at all correcting it. Had my spray in bed liner done today. Looks great! Jeff was awesome as well as everyone else there. Everyone was a good laugh from the time I walked in for an estimate til the time I took my truck home. As long as it holds up I'll keep 5 star. Easy going & easy to get done.

Extreme Accessories is an auto repair or upgrade shop with EXTREMELY talented people that will treat you with the most EXTREME respect.I've been taking my vehicles there for the last 5 years. They have the staff that can work on or upgrade any vehicle, foreign or domestic.Give them a chance to earn your business and you'll be EXTREMELY satisfied!

DO NOT GET ELECTRONICS INSTALLED HERE! I brought them an Air Horn three years ago and the switch has gone out 3 times. They blamed me saying it's because I "took my truck off-road". They even charged me to fix it! These people don't stand behind their installs.

I was referred to Extreme Accessories by the local Ford dealership, by both the parts department and than by the service department.I recently purchased a 2018 Ford F-150 and want to do a 4 Suspension lift along with new wheels and tires. The person I spoke with was completely committed to not only understand what I was interested in but also addressed the concerns which I had about voiding my factory warranty. When it came to my choice of wheels he found what I was interested in as well as explained tires options with me.Top notch service to assist me in what I was seeking and I will return to allow them the opportunity to work on and upgrade my vehicles components.

Extreme Accessories (EA) replace an air bag for me and they were awesome. I hooked up my RV few months later and the compressor kept cycling and the remote signaled air leak. We drove straight to EA and I explained my issue, with no appointment I might add, and they got me in in spite of there heavily book afternoon. Diagnosed and repaired the issue and got us down the road! We love EA and will always return to them with our vehicle issues! Thank you EA!

It took over 40 minutes after my appointment time for them to even start on my car. Then after they changed the oil in my car I began to see consistent oil drippings coming from my car. Upon investigation I discovered that they had not adequately tightened my oil filter and oil was leaking from it.

Took my truck to get an intake installed an the tires rotated as well as an oil change a few months ago. Never put the key back in the truck for my locking lug nuts. Shortly after the brakes starting warping and causing the truck to shake terribly when braking. Took it to a different shop to get it fixed and it took a lot to get all the lugs broke loose (not just the locking ones), whoever put the wheels back on gets too carried away with the air gun. Don t take your rig here unless you wanna spend $560 on new brakes.

These guys are top notch! We had an issue with our tow car and had to rent a tow dolly to trailer our car home behind our motorhome. Service was excellent, friendly and fast. Their store is a dream with everything you'd want to trick your ride, be it truck, car, motorcycle or recreational vehicle. Thank you guys for saving our hide!

Friendly and knowledgeable. Jeff, Dave and Brad are determined to fix problems right. I took my Jeep liberty in to have an oxygen sensor replaced. They got it fixed but it took 3 tries. The parts from the box were defective but they didn't stop till they got it right.

We've rented Uhaul from them a couple of times. They are friendly and helpful. The Uhauls are always kept up and clean. The only complaint that I have (and it might be more of a Uhaul online issue) is that we've made reservations and paid online prior to picking up our rental. Both times we've had to fill out paperwork and pay again as the online ordering wasn't coordinating with their shop.

Had a mount and balance on a wheel and tire, it leaked at the bead after. I added air and tried to seat it but could not. Took it back in and they charged me labor to fix the issue citing "needing to grind the wheel" to make it seal. We hand mounted an identical wheel weeks before and had no sealing issues.Also took 2 days to fix original mistake on top of everything elseService: Tires

I had them install a 2.5 rough country lift on my 2018 Jeep Rubicon JL. After I drove it I realized that their were no bolts in my drive shaft and neither one of the rear shocks were bolted in on the top. I picked it up on a Friday and they are closed on the weekend. I took it back when they opened the following Monday. The guy working told me they install hundreds of lifts a tear. He then told me, and I quote I am not putting all the blame on you or all the blame on us . Blame on me??? My weekend was ruined. They did fix it but offered no compensation for their mistakes or for my time. I took Monday morning off to get it fixed. While they probably do good work most of the time, I will not be going back. Not professional to blame the customer for what 100% are their mistakes.

A great place to give your truck or car those custom accessories that a dealership will charge seven times the price. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and look out for you by not allowing you to buy something that won't work, fit, last, or look good on your vehicle. The staff at Extreme Accessories saves you money by making sure the job is done right the first time. On my last trip I had a biocide odor eliminator treatment that got years of smoking totally removed, and before that I added the Rhino lining to a 7-year old truck and it looked brand new afterward with their work guaranteed. I recommend by word of mouth, but they're also on local radio each week.

Highly knowledgeable and curious employees. I went there to buy a brushgard for my truck. The person there advised me not to get a full bumper replacement because it was too heavy for a half tone truck. I went with a frame mount gard and kept the factory bumper. Great folks here.

Took my car in for repair still not working... I took it back we'll see what happens.So far I've been impressed due to referral...I'll let you know the outcome We'll I said I'd let you know how it went.... After returning it 3 times (over the last couple of months) and spending a LOT of I'M VERY DISAPPOINTED.So, now I have to make a call to see how we can get some our money back as well.Yes, their nice but.... Do NOT go to this place.1 star was the lowest rating allowed... should be lower.
