Great customer service and support.Friendly and very professional technicians. I had blinker light issues, and I was able to get the vehicle serviced and bulbs replaced without a scheduled appointment.

Even though I have poor credit and a repossession on my credit. They where able to get an approval to finance a 2015 KIA FORTE SADDEN EX 4 DOOR AUTOMATIC ,A 15,000 car and after all said and done with interest charges, finances charges, gap insurance and extended Warrenty with a $100.00 deductible and $2000.00 down and $479.00 monthly payment for 60 months ,which was $28,000 all said and done. Then full coverage insurance theif/fire,comp,collision was $352.00 start up and $280.00 monthly car insurance payments. This was 4/2/2022 drove car off lot at 5:00. Car was fully loaded heated. Steering wheel, hot/ cold seat warmers, touch screen rear ext. Not even 2 hours later driving the car home with 90,000 miles it started whip lashing, shaking, losing power, arps go high and car wouldn't drive over 40 miles per hour. Heard knocking and monday morning yesterday took car back in they took it to there shop and try telling me it was just spark plugs and attempted to push me in driving the car and keeping it. I told them they are crazy if they think I'm driving this car off there lot. and I was not taking that car no where except getting my money back and if there an another vehicle on there lot that is in my BUGET that runs good I would be willing to exchange it and was sent home with NO car. Yes I did get my money down payment back. Be care full I was told by riders acrid the street from them you buy a car and sigh contract there no way getting out of it and your repugnant to pay for the home car no matter how it drives or what's wrong with it.

No matter how you look at it, this place has the worst customer service of any auto shop I have ever been to. Every time I call, someone is either on lunch, in a meeting, or just busy. I have owned my car for 12 months and they have kept it in the shop for 6 out of the 12 taking their sweet time. In those 6 months they did not call me once to update me on the status of my car and refused to call me back after I had called at least 50 times. Now I'm being asked to "pay out of pocket" for warranty covered items just to "speed up the process". PLEASE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to buy or service your vehicle. I assure you, anywhere else will have better service and make you feel more appreciated as a customer.

These guys helped me a few times. This time they bought back a car that my step-son and I purchased and he let them repo it and so I bought it outright. Needed to sell this kia because i had 3 vehicles. They gave me a very fair price for this car. Thanks much.
