Great salesman. Initially Ed seemed a little confused, but jumped right on the game. Did an amazing job of showing me the vehicle and didn't pressure me about it. Made it a comfortable buying experience. He did well answering any questions I had and even kept good conversation in down time while we had to wait for other things. During vehicle delivery he made sure I had everything I needed and even did some touch ups to make sure the car was clean and shining for me. Amazing salesman and I will be back to him for my next vehicle.

Can't even begin to tell how wonderful the service manager and his team are. We weren't even customers, we had a flat tire across the street and had problems changing it. When I asked if they could possibly help us they did not hesitate.WILLIS ASBURY the service manager sent ALEX to help us. She did a phenomenal job and had us on the road in less than 10 minutes. Thank you so so much!!!

Everyone was very nice and kept me up to date on what was going on with my car. They pulled the codes, found 3, and found things to fix for those codes. They cleared the codes, test drove the car and no codes were there anymore, no bulletins came up. I paid. Drove home fine. Then about 2 hours later we drove the car and it was doing all the same stuff again. It was not fixed. So now I have to make another appointment and probably pay again. I think it's a good dealership and a lemon of a car. I think all 2021 Chevy Trailblazers should be replaced. They're faulty and junk and it's not fair to people trying to get around safely with their families.

Andy was an excellent salesman for me when I first arrived to look at a vehicle he met me right at the door of the building. He was very kind and supportive throughout the whole process and I couldn't be happier with the level of professionalism and work ethic shown by every member in the sales department. They made the buying process as easy as they could and were very patient while we waited for the financing from an outside lender.

My experience was nothing but exceptional,Nate box was very attentive to our needs and met every expectation on the purchase of our new vehicle. Inspected for state license. Done within an hour! Went right to the DMV, and miraculously, was done THERE within one hour! That will never happen again!My experience with Fairgrounds and now Ed Morse has always been good. Service department has always been knowledgeable and courteous with me.

They didn't fix the problem. There is clearly an antifreeze leak. They tried to tell me it was leaking from the cap. Impossible! There is no fluid there. I have puddles in my garage and can smell the antifreeze.

Terry is an amazing salesman. He caters to the customers needs or wants! He is down to earth not pushy and would recommend him to anyone looking for a vehicle! He deserves 5 stars and should be considered an amazing employee. The guys that helped him set up the tech stuff in my Truck were also phenomenal guys! 5 stars for them as well!

Satisfactory for the work they did. However, we had asked beforehand if they worked on Saturn transmissions & they said, "Sure", & they made an appointment. We waited the 9 or 10 days, took it in. That same day, I got a call regarding what was repaired & that they don't work on Saturn transmissions. I am thankful they found another problem, but now we still have a transmission issue. Springfield, possibly Jefferson City or St. Louis. Frustrating

I came in the end of June for a collision estimate. Was told I would be called in a few days to get scheduled. No call. Followed up, by calling them to and was told my parts were ordered and I would get a call. No call, a few weeks later I call to check and now being told my parts are on back order. So, I wait a few weeks and nothing. Go on vacation for 10 days and nothing. So, I call and ask for management. I get the shop manager who proceeds to say, "oh, did Steve do your estimate?" I answered yes I believe so. Then he proceeds to tell me that he walked out quite awhile back and he had no idea that I wasn't contacted and he didn't know. So, he went to check for me and came back and said, yeah we have had your bumper in for quite awhile now. So, proceeds to help schefule me to find out I will need to wait again to get in.So, I schedule, and I wait. I drop my car off and I ask the time frame my car would be completed. I would need to make arrangements to get a rental if it was going to take awhile. He assured me 5 days. Well, you guessed it, no call on day five (Friday). Follow up on Monday to be told it would be Friday before my vehicle was ready. The girl at the desk had no answers and just blew it off as maybe there was unexpected damages. (I was rear-ended sitting in neutral going threw the rinse cycle at the car wash) I don't think so I said, can you find out.She has the shop manager get on the phone who politely just tells me my dent is fixed and my car was ready for paint. No explanation. After I stressed my grievance about this entire process he tells me that he will get my vehicle in the booth next and would call before the end of the week. A courtesy call on Friday would of aloud me to make the necessary arrangements for transportation. Again, no customer service to speak of. I did get an a call on Wednesday and I was very satisfied with the work completed.My suggestion, customer service training! The work looked great, and I am satisfied with the work. My complaint is with the lack of communication and customer service. Start to finish, June 26th was the accident. Insurance mailed a check and I received it on July 3. My car was serviced on Sept 18 and got back on the 27th. Let's just say I got great work, but will not refer based based of the poorest customer service and time management.I'm sorry I had to give this survey. I much would of rather raved on how my car looked.

Bought a 2015 Honda Civic Si from here a few months ago, forgot to write a review sooner. Pretty poor experience in general, and the only reason it's not 1/5 stars is because I was ultimately pretty happy with the price. But overall bad customer service with the salesman, poor business practices, and several minor issues with the car. One of which being that I was told this car was stock (when it wasn't) before I got there after a 2 hour drive. They also didn't inform me of the fact that they didn't have the title for the car until I was in the middle of signing paperwork to buy it, and I had to call twice to actually get the title when they received its replacement (which took so long that the temp tags I got were days from expiring). Additionally, while I was in the process of looking at the car, I was told there were two fobs, and only after I bought it did they realize there was only one. They did pay for a new one, so props to their finance department, but I had to work it through a local dealership which was just more hassle. On top of this, they somehow missed some trash and 10 rounds of live .30-06 ammo in the backseat when "cleaning" it. It was a good price for the car but the hassle just about evened it out. The finance department was incredibly helpful and deserves a raise, but I certainly won't be going back.

I have been doing business with this dealer location for close to fifty years. It has always been good but it is very good now. I have been looking for a new truck for about a year. Everyone from the GM down to the sales dept. helped me find exactly what i wanted. Great painless deal. Kudos to Mark Wood (GM) and entire staff for all your help and a nice 23 Chevrolet Colorado.

I pulled in to the service center a little after noon. The attendant said all of his technicians were on their lunch. But if I could wait he would try to help. When lunch ended the technicians came back and he got me in found the problem fixed it and had me on my way in less than three hours. I was very pleased. Thanks very much. Lord bless you all

He stayed in contact with us prior to our arrival to make sure all of our needs were covered. After the sale, he gave us a masterclass in the features of our new truck.
