Absolutely amazing! I just loved the team and the service that I received. No long wait. I was a little skeptical, was not sure I was going to be able to even get anything but boy was I wrong. Wasn't really sure what I wanted either. The manager took care of me and was amazing. Definitely would refer others to Car Mart. Fast! Easy! Affordable! Thank You guys, I love my ride!!!!

Amazing experience! Paperwork was done really fast. We will definitely be going back in the future. Everyone had great sense of humor. If you think you can t get a loan better think twice with them they will make it happen and you will walk out the door happy.

Jake and Lorena are absolutely amazing! Had no intention of getting the car I got. But fell in love. They worked with me on down payment and doing weekly payments, spreading out the payments better than monthly. No matter your credit situation they will work with you and make sure you are absolutely comfortable and will not force you into anything! Highly recommend!!!

Fast and courteous service, went in seen and drove 2 vehicles settled on one and they were practically the fastest from test drive to drive home I ever had. They will definitely have a return customer. And financing was transparent and fair.

Jake was a life saver today... 5pm and made switching vehicles a breeze. He is amazing! Angel was so sweet. I couldn't have asked for better people to take care of us today! Mo's presence was heart felt even though he was off today! Missing those fresh digs of his!

Jake and Brandon were awesome, great customer service, friendly,worked with my budget as close as they could. I recommend car mart of Rolla to anyone. Maybe a lil steeper on pricing but not a major difference. So if looking for a new ride stop by Rolla carmart and check out their inventory ask for Jake or his manager Brandon.

They are super friendly!! All of the staff goes above and beyond to make sure you don t leave their lot with a car you don t want ! They work well with your income and payments to help you as much as possible ! Special thanks to Jake and MO as they were completely amazing ! The best customer experience I ve had by far !

I m giving 5 stars too Jake, he was awesome too work.i went in their today and he got my numbers down low and my down payment low, he didn t put me in circles when I asked questions. He is truly a great guy. He lets you know what cars have been wrecked and what is wrong with them, he doesn t try too just sell anything and make money. He did everything in his powers too get me into my truck. This is the 2nd car I have bought from car mart and Jake is going too help me out this time cause I had so much trouble with my first car that I bought from rolla car mart. Fingers crossed that I don t have trouble with this truck.

""WARNING CUSTOMERS""Buyer beware of this company. This is a shady group of individuals who will promise you things during the sale of a vehicle, and then not make good on the agreement. The manager Lorena Zachary lies, cheats, and shows no ethical business practices.If you try to call the corporate office you will get nowhere. You can file a complaint, and request an investigation that will get you nowhere. Lorena Zachary is the general manager and also the area manager. There is nobody above her that can be contacted.Since I see that the "owner" of Car-Mart is responding to these reviews, I would encourage him/her to provide some sort of means of remedy for the unethical, and foul proceedures that Car-Mart practices. Without going into details of my specific situation, I would like to give Car-Mart of America's owner the opportunity to provide a means of resolving my current situation which is on its way to a lawsuit. You hired a shady repo company, to come repo the vehicle in the middle of the night, taking all of my tools I used to make a living along with several personal items which are worth several thousand dollars. I have been in direct contact with the corporate office for Car-Mart, and there's no reason why that vehicle should have been repossessed. My wife and I just relocated from our hometown, to start a new job so I can continue to make my payments. I'm at a motel with our dogs and newborn puppies. Just spoke with the corporate office last week, providing them with my new contact number, and requesting that Lorena's supervisor been contact me in regards to the shady behavior of Lorena Zachary. I received no call. Now I have to check out of this motel in a matter of hours with no vehicle to move my belongings in. The repo company took the vehicle and my cell phone was in it. Now I have no way to contact my new employer and let them know that I will not be coming to work today. Now my job is in jeopardy. So I would encourage corporate Car-Mart of America to respond to this review with some customer service that is appropriate. We shall see.

We went to this location today and found the vehicle we wanted right away. We applied for a loan, were approved for the loan, and had the down payment in hand. Here is the absolutely horrible experience we dealt with while we were there Our sales guy was great even the assistant manager Mo. Here s where the problem began The vehicle we selected, which was on the website for sale was being driven by the General Manager Lorena Zachery for personal use. Come to find out the vehicle was less than 2 minutes/2 miles away, in her driveway already packed for a trip to Kentucky with her husband, kids and dog. When my sales guy told her we were purchasing the vehicle, Lorena said the van was being used by her for her trip which she had planned for a long time. Lorena said it would take her an hour to unpack the vehicle to bring it back to the car lot. I told her that was fine we were ready to buy it. Lorena told me directly this vehicle wasn t on the lot so it wasn t available for sale. Furthermore, Lorena said she was not going to unpack the vehicle and I could just find another vehicle because she was taking the vehicle to Kentucky. Lorena then said she could get an older van from the Columbia,Missouri location and bring it to the Rolla location. I told her we did not want that vehicle. We wanted the vehicle that she was using for personal use. I remind you this vehicle was available for sale on their website, and available in their inventory. Mo did all he could to help get us in that vehicle, even contacting the area operations manager Ben . Ben told Mo if the vehicle was not on the lot, it was not available for sale, even knowing that Lorena was using it for personal use to drive it to Kentucky. We even entertained looking at a couple third row vehicles on the parking lot. There is a 2011 Chevrolet Traverse that we looked at that had employees personal items such as make up and body lotion in the vehicle, even though it is listed on the website. Employees are utilizing vehicles for sale for running personal errands and leaving the lot with several vehicles grabbing dealer plates and coming back which puts wear and tear and miles on vehicles that customers are trying to buy. Lorena told me in front of my sales guy that I was not getting that vehicle. She didn t care because she was taking it to Kentucky with her family. After approximately two hours maybe even 2 1/2 hours of waiting, I told my sales guy that we were not waiting any longer, grabbed my drivers license and left. Needless to say the way, my family was treated was absolutely disrespectful and unprofessional. I can t believe a business, such as Car Mart, which has several locations, would treat a customer like this, even after knowing they have the down payment and were approved for the vehicle. Lorena Zachery needs to be FIRED!!! Mo was great to us and deserves to manage this location. Mo did everything he could including trying to reason with Lorena as far as bringing the vehicle back to the parking lot so we could purchase it. This is the worst car buying experience I have ever experienced in my entire life, and here we are still in need of a van.

The way I was treated is not acceptable. I was a paying customer for 2 plus years. Had money for another car. Got ran around, disrespected, belittled. And as if I wasn't going thru the most unbearable pain, I then missed my dad's funeral due to no transportation. Thank you Loraine for treating me like a dog. Thank you to your employees who yelled at me, cussed and hung up on me and my mother, repeatedly. I was stranded in Rolla all night long after calling before coming to make sure everyone was on same page. Not 1 time. Not 2 times. Yes 3 times of repeated nonsense, being ran in circles. And not to mention being questioned in regard to stealing a vehicle that later was determined just to be a big misunderstanding. I offered to clean the office free of charge. I did not deserve the disrespect. So sad and hurt.

Worst car place of all time I didn't get a tirle for almost six months ,during that time I accumulated tickets for non registeration and spent more money in court than the car was worth in the end they still repoed it because of one late payment please if anyone sees this go-to J.D by rider

I was assisted by Mo and I have to say he was outstanding!!! He did everything he could to help me get into a vehicle, I don t have the best of credit and Mo was very understanding and helpful!!!! He made sure I left with a vehicle that was reliable and that I also liked. Im more than blessed and so happy that Mo was the salesman to help me, I highly recommend him and this lot they will get you together. They helped me out when I had no functioning car to trade them they still accepted my car that was undriveable and still gave a decent trade in value for it. They will work with anyone just be reasonable and you will be taken care of.
