My Fianc� & I called looking for a 3 row vehicle for our large family, they didn t have anything that day but took out information & said they would call us when they got something. Every company said this but to this day, Kenny from JD Byrider is the only person that returned my call. He called back within 48 hours because they got something that fit my needs. We were out of town but he scheduled us an appointment for the day after we returned & it was a smooth process. From the moment we walked in, Kenny, as well as every staff member working that day, were extremely polite. We had our 3 youngest kids & they were a handful to have there for several hours but the entire staff was so friendly & accommodating. They played with the kids & helped keep them busy. Kenny fought hard for us to be able to drive away in something the same day & he succeeded. We also met the owner who I didn t realize was the owner until we were about to leave but he was very easy going & friendly. We talked for quite awhile & he was so nice. I apologize for a long post, but we have been having bad luck with vehicles & car lots for almost 10 years. This was the best experience we have ever had & we couldn t be more thankful to Kenny & every other member of the Rolla JD Byrider family. The vehicle is perfect & runs great. Thank you all so much, from my family to you.

My friend Angela and myself came into dealership and was greeted by Lucretia. We received phenomenal service by her.. She is extremely professional and really cares for her clients. JDByrider is a wonderful place to get a car. They have wonderful service and are very flexible with their financing options. Keith is a fun guy to work with and very friendly. Him and the rest of the team have top-notch customer service. They will work with you on whatever budget you have, and if you're a couple, they probably have a car for you.

I want to send a big thanks to Jake and the team and ByRyder. I was so stressed that my old car was gonna die at any moment. They took that stress away and made the process so easy. I was worried I d never get approved. They got me approved and into a car that I wanted. If you are struggling like I am, and need a new vehicle, go to Byrider in Rolla. I am more than satisfied, and sure you will be too.

Great experience from beginning to end! Very personable staff and Lucretia helped me get into a car! She was helpful, friendly and genuine (which you don t get from traditional car dealerships) I have been told no so many times I was defeated and she fought hard to get me into a vehicle! Bought our new family car here on 05/15. We arrived pretty late in the afternoon after another "dealership" had a change of plans in financing us. We only went here after seeing a billboard, best decision ever! Our salesman, the budget lady, and even the general manager stayed late to help us out, well after closing hours. Even the finance lady from the bank who stayed late. Byrider really is all about helping their customers! We appreciate you all. Thank you Byrider of Rolla!

Our salesman, Kenny, was extremely helpful and informative throughout the process. We feel confident in the safety and reliability of the vehicle. The 2 year / 24,000 mile warranty and $10 oil changes are definitely a great selling point and helpful for people like us trying to get back on their feet.

Recently had to purchase a new car and went back to JD Byrider after having a good experience with them four years ago and I wasn't disappointed this time either. I spoke with Lucretia and she was amazing to say the least. After getting thru all the necessary paperwork and financing, she got me into the car I wanted and back onto the road in just a few hours. I arrived late in the evening after I had gotten off work. Process was easy and got me into a vehicle. Budget friendly and worked well with what I could pay! Had an issue with the vehicle and they had me bring it back and rechecked everything which fell under my warranty. Very pleased!
