My battery went out in a older Chevy I have and I went by AutoZone in rolla off hwy 72 and the David the manager helped me replace and put in my battery for me cause I didn t have my tools in the freezing cold and rain what Spectacular help and really friendly I would recommend them to anyone

Great place, clean, and very cooperative customer service. If I have to choose between O'Reilly's or AutoZone, I will definitely choose AutoZone for their very well trained employees, reasonable prices, and great in-store shopping experience.

Very knowledgeable and helpful! I was upset over a 4 day issue with a local shop here getting a vehicle road worthy for a trip to Colorado I was supposed to leave for yesterday and I got way to emotional when my part that I ordered was not there for pick up at 9:30. They were very kind and remained professional when having to deal with me and called me immediately when my part got there! I appreciate your care and assistance!!

I've been shopping there for years. Dan and John are very helpful. They are polite, professional and kind. We laugh when I buy a part and break it. Yet they allow me to get another. Dan, the manager, always walks around with me to ensure I get what I need and want. Their prices are well within my budget. However, it's the customer service that brings me back every time. They will even go to my car to ensure I have the right item. I highly recommend them. You guys rock!!!

David and Corey are always super helpful, kind, and professional. They always help me get the parts I need and treat me like a friend and not just another customer. I'm not sure how much they make, but they should get a raise.

Have yet been unable to find what I needed here. Technicians are sharp, store is always well stocked, and they enjoy helping you. So proud to have an AutoZone in Rolla!

My mother-in-law, who is single and don t have a man in her life to help her went in bought two batteries for her key fob because the batteries were low. The guys helped her at the time but then when she open her door, the panic button went crazy, and they were not working, right. Then they had the audacity to tell her that she is on her own. I ve always known AutoZone and O Reilly s to help people and seen her post on Facebook made me very angry. They were just lazy and did not want to help after she spent money there. What kind of place does that and what kind of men tell a single older woman that she is on her own. Thank God for YouTube because my mother-in-law fixed it on her own. I do not recommend going to this place if you need help I wouldn t even spend my money there. I also find it funny that all the reviews that pop up first are 5 stars so if you were looking to look for a review, I would definitely recommend screen because they try only showing the good ones

I stopped in to get a diagnostic reading on my vehicle I was helped right away! The staff didn't make me feel like I didn't know what I was doing (I'm sort of clueless, I'll admit) Very friendly and professional

My husband and I broke down on the highway on our way back to IL/IND State Line, in over 100 degree heat. After a long day and 2 dealerships. We were losing hope. We made our way back to Rolla to AutoZone. A Sales Associate, Dustin B. diagnosed our car and got us the correct part. Knowing we did not have the correct tools with us, he offered to change it quickly. The car ran perfectly for the six hour trip home! I truly appreciate Dustin and the effort he put forward to help stranded travelers! AutoZone should be proud to employ this young man! Great job!

I want To say thank you to TERRY C. , MIKE R, COREY ENLOW and John Kelly. We were stranded here in rolla from 8am to 3pm. These men helped us not only get a part from a different franchise because they didn t have it but they went the extra mile to lend us tools and help assist get out fuel pump locked in. If it weren t for these guys we would still be stuck. So thank you so much and I will definitely call your district manager and email corporate and give them all the praise

Use a wheelchair so it takes me some effort and time to get out. Called a head and I think it was mike ran me it out, got it read and came back with the print out! Awesome service and very accommodating. The code was just my gas capp so he tighten it for me and I was on my way!

Nice to have a reliable auto parts store near the highway open after dark. This store is the typical well staffed organized midsized AutoZone. Unfortunately, it's a pain to get into and out of because of the chopped up road/driveway on a hill.

Attempted to order the same part on two separate occasions, both times visiting the store in person. Both times there was later no record of my order in their system and no part in stock. I was not going to attempt a third time, so will hopefully be taking my business elsewhere. I have not had an issue with other Autozone stores in the past, but have been nothing but unimpressed by this store.

Thank you for being open on Christmas Eve! Helped us run a diagnostic when the check engine light came on halfway through a 12-hour drive home and assured us we d be ok to keep on going. Back home in time for Christmas thanks to the kind people at this location!

Their parts manager, Corey is a great guy and always quick to help me out. On the other hand, their janitor, John Kelly is a completely disrespectful creep who likes to gawk at my girlfriend and puts her in uncomfortable and awkward situations.by more or less forcing hugs on her.

While AutoZone is not a frequent stop for me, the staff is always knowledgeable about automotive parts and supplies. Their willingness to go the extra mile is deeply appreciated. When my whole-house generator failed to start during severe weather, AutoZone was quick to test the battery for me. Even though they didn't carry the battery I needed, the staff did all they could to locate another source. Instead of a week long wait and a 3 hour drive, I had the replacement battery delivered to my door in just days. Not many stores will send a customer to a competitor for what they need. AutoZone's concern was to meet my need, even though it didn't result in a sale for them.

The young man who took care of us worked out in freezing cold weather to replace our battery and he made we got everything we needed for a proper installation
