Worked with Dustin Lindsay on getting 2015 F350 he was very nice and helped me and my family a lot and tried every possible way to get us into the truck. I would highly recommend him to anyone wish I could give more then 5 stars that's how good the service was. I will definitely be doimg business again with Dustin and AL West.

My experience with Al West Nissan in Rolla MO was a wonderful experience! All the staff were kind, courteous, and helpful. My sales rep Karen and the financial officer Tom, worked in a timely manner explaining all questions I had. They even took the time out to look at the solar eclipse with me. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking to invest in a vehicle new or used. Very satisfied with my purchase and the service I received.

Drove down to here from St. Louis to look at a 2016 titan XD and called before hand. Kevin answered the phone and was extremely helpful answering my questions. When I got there, the truck was sitting out front waiting for me to test drive it. Kevin was very knowledgeable and nice. I ended up not buying the truck however my uncle who went with me to look at the truck did buy it a few days later. Kevin was awesome!

Shortest time I have ever experienced when just looking. I wound up purchasing a new vehicle instead. The entire transaction was completed in less that 3 hours! Everyone was respectful, and I never felt the uneasiness of being cheated. (Which is common experience for me when purchasing a car)

It was very easy and pleasant. Found something online that I liked and message back-and-forth. When I came a few days later for my appointment, she had the car sitting out there, ready for me to look at Karen was able to answer pretty much all my questions. She is a great sales person would do business with her again.

Austin P went above and beyond from the time that we arrived (he was waiting for us!) to the time we left. He was very patient with us as we changed our minds a few times, and was more than willing to help us find something that matched as closely as possible to what we were looking for. We were very impressed with Austin's knowledge and expertise with the trucks that we were looking at, and taking us through the steps and teaching us about the features of the vehicle that we purchased. Austin made a huge difference in our decision to buy, and we could not have asked for any better help.

A couple of weeks ago I drove through AL West Nissan and spotted a 2024 Nissan Pro 4x XD on the lot. I decided that I wanted that truck! So the next day (Monday) I drove back to Al West to negotiate or try too negotiate a trade for that truck. I met with a sales lady named Karen P. We/I took it for a test drive. She was probably one of the best sale's person I've ever dealt with in my 69 yrs! She made negotiating for that new truck a very pleasant and enjoyable process. I never felt pressured or treated unfairly at all like at some dealerships. So once the deal was made & papers signed, Karen took me around & introduced me to the service department, help me pair my phone, hook up "My Nissan", explained all the Nissan features and how that all works plus Nissan apps etc. ! She made 2 follow up calls with me... I can't express enough what a great sales lady Karen P. is and what an asset she is to Al West Nissan in Rolla Mo.

Great attitude and super friendly! I was able to use a loaner while my truck was in the shop. Communication was lacking and could use some improvement. I went in for multiple things and came out with nothing being fixed. Mostly on Nissan not approving the repairs.

Devin was a very pleasant salesman who made the experience much less nerve racking. He made sure to ask a lot of questions to make sure we were getting exactly what we were looking for and went above and beyond to make it happen. I would 100 percent highly recommend him and this dealership.

Kevin was very friendly and helpful with the entire sales process and was as enthusiastic about the purchase as I was. He was knowledgeable on the vehicle itself which meant he was quick to answer, or find the answer to, any questions I had. Overall it was a great car buying experience.

So, I bought my first car from this dealership last year for my fianc�, and we absolutely loved it, but this year I had switched jobs which required a lot more driving, I went in with a plan to get rid of one of my older vehicles that I owned to put in as trade and I needed something reliable, and amazing on gas due to work! I had been dreaming about getting into a newer Altima so when I let Kevin know what I needed he had my dream car in the lot, and pulled me up for a test drive, I drove it, it was such a smooth ride and I told him if I could get in it it would be a dream, and that it s been I wake up and love my car everyday the payment wasn t exactly where I wanted it but extremely close. I appreciate all the work Kevin and the financing manager did for me that day, now I m out whipping around my beautiful 2020 Altima and saving 40 bucks a week on gas! Thank you so much AL West!!! Look forward to doing business with you guys in the future!

Spent over 6 hours purchasing a used vehicle from the lot. Just wasn't what they wanted us to buy. At not fault to our salesman Brandon who was only doing his job. After the milage we used their "first free oil change." What a hassle, and nothing is ever truly free. First of all the service department used the wrong oil for our vehicle. 0w20 is not 5w30. Second after taking the vehicle back so they could correct the issue to use the correct oil they maliciously and vindictively stripped the oil plug. Just waiting to see what other revenge is in store.

The overall experience and service is good but the communication is lacking. When I called to make an appointment and when I had an issue after my service, no one answered and you re told to leave a message and they will call you back. No one calls you back. You have to continue calling until you get someone.I have been going here for over 20 years and the service has always been a 5 star. I trust them with servicing my car and not trying to sell me or charge me for things I don t need. Everyone is very nice and easy to work with in person.Giving a 4 star this review due to no one returning phone calls when you leave a message. This needs to be fixed.

There is no better place in Rolla or central Missouri to have you vehicle serviced! I drive from St. Louis just to have my vehicle serviced here. The staff is amazing and friendly. Everyone is warm and welcoming. Best experiences I have ever had with my car!

I called yesterday and talked with a gentleman to see If I can put in a credit application over the phone. He greatly took my information. Then said that someone would be giving me a call back. Over 24 hours later no one has called me. I did call again this morning. I was told that he would give me a call back shortly. My question is if this is the way you all do business now

Bought a used car from AL West this past week. The buying experience was very straightforward and enjoyable. I had spoke with one of their salespeople, Kevin, about the vehicle we were interested in and he helped us with all of the questions we had. The car was in very good condition and represented accurately by their website. I worked with Tom on the financing and was in and out rather quickly without feeling rushed or pressured. I discovered a roofing nail in a tire on my truck while I was there. I arranged a repair with a local tire shop and let Kevin know I might need a ride back to the dealership to pick the car up after we finalized paperwork. He spoke with their service department and they just fixed it while I was working with Tom on the financing. They really went above and beyond as far as service is concerned. I wish all of my car buying experiences were as good as the one I just had at AL West Nissan, thanks guys!

Only deal with the Service Dept. I have never had any issues before. I went in for a Fob recall and asked the techs if they could do a tire rotation and oil change. They were able to get the job done, only not checking the air. Otherwise, I am and have always been impressed with the level of professionalism and kindness all the employees have shown me and others while I was at the shop.
