They have had my son's vehicle since end of October and continue to make excuses as to why it's not ready. Biggest kicker, my son has to drive back from Texas to pick it up!! He was told 2 weeks in the beginning. Now the holidays are here and they still can't give him a pick up date!! If can't be ready first of next week, he won't be able to get time off work until after the 1st of the year to drive to Missouri to pick it up! They hit a deer! Common issue for the area. The insurance didn't total the vehicle! But yet, repairs have taken over 7 weeks!! Really questioning both of them right now!! Ridiculous!!Service: Body & Trim

I cant even begin to express how grateful and beyond satisfied I am with the service I received. I had the worst possible experience with my insurance after getting into a no fault accident. To make matters worse enterprise made it extremely difficult to get a car rental and the staff was rude but the staff at Caliber saved the day!!! They not only agreed to help me, but they understood I could not attain a rental, and promised to fix my car in one day while I waited. I was so overwhelmed by their graciousness and generosity and was amazed that they could be so wonderful!! I brought my car in and as promised they fixed it while I waited. These are fabulous people. I would definitely recommend as they were helpful, compassionate, knowledgeable and kept their word!!! Thank you so much to the Caliber Team!!!!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I appreciate all the staff Mike Brandon everybody in the shop detailer working so extra hard putting in a lot of overtime in our vehicle getting it back to us family of 6 dealing with the UPS in the shipment and parts and everything. my father having his health really bad and they're saying it's probably one of his last birthdays ever we're now able to get into our car and go up to Northern Illinois make sure they can see grandpa and my dad If its the last year of his life so it means the world to us!

Great group of people. They truly know what customer service is all about. They took care of my vehicle fast and friendly. Even months later when my ac wasn't working after the winter season and I thought it was due to the insurance claim. Instead all it needed was to be charged and it has worked fine ever since. Not only did they pick my vehicle up from work to save me a trip, they also didn't charge me a dime for anything. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone that needs some work done.

The car in question was dropped off on Oct. 22. After being told week after week the parts were in and they would start repairs the following Monday we would call for updates and would be told they were still waiting on parts. We were given four different deadlines as to when the car would be done. It took two phone calls from my insurance company to Al West before a final estimate was given to the them 28 days later only to have the car totaled. I have never dealt with a more dishonest company ever. Blaze would flat out lie to us when we called for information. I would never recommend this company to anyone. I'm understanding of circumstances that come up beyond their control however I was never told of any. What I cannot abide by is being repeatedly lied to like we were over and over again. As for their work they never did any but 4 weeks for a completed estimate is not a timely manner in my opinion.Service: Body & Trim

I couldn t be more satisfied with the staff at Al West Collision Center. They were incredibly helpful from the moment I brought my car to them for front end damage repairs. They kept me in the loop throughout the entire process, made sure I had a rental car lined out, did fantastic work (my car looks great), and even completed the job a day early. I ll be recommending Randy, Blaze, and the rest of the Al West Collision crew to anyone needing fast and professional auto body work. Unmatched quality of craftmanship here. Have always brought my vehicles here for repair & have always had a great experience. They are very easy to work with & good about keeping me updated on the progress of my car. I highly recommend this shop for any of your auto body needs.

If I could give this place 100 stars I would. I was hauling horses on my way to my annual vacation and got stranded in Rolla with a bad transmission. I ended up meeting Randy at Al west collision who helped me get on my vacation and got my transmission fixed that week. I couldn t have asked for a better experience with Randy. I was pretty upset in the beginning but he was very reassuring and helpful. He got me back on the road and kept in contact while he was working in my truck. I know he had to really hustle to get my truck fixed within the week that I was on vacation so my truck would be ready when I came back through. I was pleasantly surprised at the total cost because a dishonest person would have taken advantage of my situation and could have charged me far more. I was in no position to argue otherwise...I was stranded. I can t imagine anyone going anywhere else for their auto repair. I took my 2017 jeep wrangler to them after I was hit on the front left corner. Not a lot of damage cosmetically, but the frame was slightly bent, and front axle also had to be replaced. I was concerned it wouldn't drive right afterwards, but boy was I wrong! Still drives like new, and looks it, too. I deliver mail in it, and have tried to keep it nice. It was covered in dust inside and out when they got it, nice and clean when I picked it up. Blaze couldn't have been more helpful. I guarantee if I ever need collision repair again, I will not hesitate to go to them first. I am very happy with the results. I have my baby blue back on the road!! Thanks to you and your crew!!

When it comes to fixing dents and some major body work, you as a customer want it done right. If you're ever going to trade in your car you want the most for it and in order to do so the car needs to be in its best shape. I had someone back into my car while it was unattended and this shop fixed my car perfectly and went a step further even. After I got my car back I had the original car dealership look at the work Al West did and they couldn't believe how perfect it was. From the flakes of metal in the paint to the alignment of the new taillight to the trunk it was spot on. Al West even vacuumed my car better than I usually would and the interior came out cleaner than when I purchased the car. The two things I can recommend though for Al West is one, to have a better line of communication between the customer and the progress of work being done. The car dealer back home who does my usual maintenance texts me updates as my car progresses in the shop. From oil changes to brake inspection they let me know. It helps plan when I can pick the car back up. Two, the attention to detail is there at Al West but some painting tape was left inside my gas cap. When I tried opening the cap from inside the car (latch operated, only way to open it) it wouldn't open. I managed to manually pop it open to remove the tape but it wasn't an inconvenience. (To Al West) Just note that for future work. Highly recommend this business to anyone needing work done.

Got the rear end of my truck repaired after being rear-ended. They staff was very helpful and even called for the rental car to come pick me up. I had them install a lift on my truck after the work was done and they did an outstanding job. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

These guys (and gal) have always been awesome! I have used them every time I've needed either a repair or simple paint job on any vehicle in our family from the moment I arrived in MO. They work great with the adjusters, insurance and rental companies and even folks I refer. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Thanks guys!!!

Took our car here after an accident (front-end damage) because they were an authorized repair shop for our insurance company. Accident occurred in middle of October, we were told maybe a couple of weeks. Car wasn't ready until beginning of December (6 weeks). They ran into issues with the electrical system during their repair. Got the car back and it looked good (which is why this isn't a 1 star rating). However after having the car for 2 days the dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree with all kinds of warning lights. Insurance company had the car towed back to Al West (against my wishes) to fix since they did original repair. Ok, whatever. 3 weeks later(!) we get the car back and it is FILTHY! It's like they left the windows open in a dust storm and then decided to rub the dirt into the seat and dash. Oh, and almost immediately another check engine light and error codes. Body work was good from what I can tell, but the rest of the work was garbage. Car now at local dealership after I demanded that insurance company NOT send it back to Al West. I get things can happen but to not fix the problem after having 2 attempts at it, PLUS returning it in the condition they did is totally unprofessional.Service: Body & Trim

My car has been at Al West for more than nine weeks. My frustration isn t so much with how long the repairs are taking. (Although it does feel like nine weeks is excessively long.). My frustration is with the number of times that I have been promised the car and have not gotten it. The original estimate was six weeks. I have been called three times and told that my car will be ready tomorrow . I still don t have it. I would much rather have somebody be honest with me and tell me that they don t know when it s going to be done then to overpromise. I am an extremely busy person and have three times made arrangements around going to pick up my car. Two weekends in a row I have had to cancel plans to go out of town because my car is not ready. While I feel fairly confident I will be happy with the results, I will not be able to recommend this repair shop.

We made an appointment for body work to be done 2 weeks prior to dropping off car, went to drop it off, they tell us, we were sent a damaged piece. It may not be ready in the time promised. (32 hours) No loaner offered. Get a call, it's not done by 32 hour mark. No loaner offered. Next day get a call, our 'paint baker' isnt working, so it wont be done today either. No loaner offered. It should be ready in the am. All this time, for a 24 hour job. It took almost 4 days. Drop off monday am, get it back Thursday mid morning. All this week we were with out a much needed car. An apology is what we got. They did bring the car to me, after work was completed, still had to pay entire deductible, after their many delays. We wont use them again, we will go else where.

I took my jeep in to get some paint and very minor dent repair done about 5 months ago. When I got it back they had not repaired it correctly so the issue just came back after a few days. I paid just over $2000 for the job. I took it back and had them look at it and they accepted that it was not done corectly and took the vehicle back in to correct the issue. I picked it up a few days ago and the paint now does not match and there are 2 scratches that were not there when I dropped it off. They painted it the correct color but they did not buff it afterwords to blend the colors. Now my driver side door and rear passanger door stands out like a sore thumb. I took it back to them and showed them and they argued that it was fine but if I want them to buff the sides to blend the colors it would cost $400. So there wanting me to pay $400 for them to finish the job that they have now messed up 2x. If you care about your car and are having work done to it because you want to DON'T TAKE IT HERE. If it is just an insurance claim and your not really paying for it then go for it. But expect it to take a long time. They had a manager named Blaze and he was great that stopped working there a few months back ever since then this place has gone majorly downhill in there customer service and quality.

These folks go above and beyond what I would ask for in a local repair shop. They are knowledgeable, professional, and timely; they don t give you the run-a-round or leave you scratching your head. I have been so very impressed with their service. Did good work on the body damage, to the door and fender of my truck, But have had to take it back because of bolts missing in the fender ( found them in the pocket of the door) door locks not working, mirror adjuster not working, outside door handle came loose, along with the inner door handle came loose. For a shop that has been around as long as they have, you would figure they would have there ---- together better then this.

They fixed my mistake, great job. My truck looks showroom new. Friendly, professional, hopefully I'll never need a collision repair center again. But if you do, choose Al West.

Took my vehicle here after an accident for some body repairs. Nothing but greatness from them. Kept me informed and work was done in a timely manner. Even ordered my aftermarket pieces instead of the OEM.

It took a long time to complete the estimate for my Lexus. However they did make sure to get ahold of me to let me know what they found and the next step. Took my plate off and placed them on hold for me to pick up

This was not the kind of body shop I am used to. Instead of trying to gain what could have been a profitable job for them, they were extremely helpful in showing us how to repair a small blemish without the expense of body work. It's this kind of service that will have us going back when we have more serious auto body work to be done.

So bought a new truck, hit a deer, these guys made it seem like it never even happened...fast forward 6 months later truck got hit in the side...20000 worth of damage and again truck came back brand new...these guys and gals are great at what they do and communication is on point. Highly recommend!

Great place to go! Obviously no one wants to have to go to a collision center but when you do have to be at one there is no other one that I would rather be at then Al West Collision in Rolla, MO! Their attention to detail and their customer service are much appreciated. Thanks again Josh and Blaze for making this a positive experience!

My 2015 Prius C looks brand new after the repair. Their service place customer needs to the first! I highly recommend this collision center.
