Our Regular RV Repair Shop!Our families little side hustle is an RV rental business and even with the best renters, regular wear and tear still happens. With this in mind, we are so thankful to have found William and his crew at RV Firm. They are always thorough and get the problems fixed quickly. We are thankful for their service!!!

I took my Columbus down there for repair. It had soft floors. They assured me they could repair them. They gave me a estimate, I agreed on the price. When we went to pick it up the first thing we noticed was the wrong floor they put down. Then we also felt the floor not being solid like we ask for. Was told that was the best they could do. As time went on the floors were just as bad as before. We gave them $3000 and the work was not right. After complaining I was told it would cost a lot more money. Not wanting to spend any more money, I chose to accept I had soft floors. I definitely would not recommend this place!

Excellent experience!Highly recommend.I am a 59 year old guy who rarely leaves feedback because most companies in the RV / camper business don t deserve it - I m sure you know what I mean. I dealt with Paul who actually answered the phone, followed through with messages and was professional and courteous- all are very rare!I ordered a screen door- their price and shipping was the best I could find. They shipped fast- unfortunately the carrier lost it! I called Paul who didn t argue just wanted to make it right immediately! They shipped a new one the next day and I received it in perfect condition!These guys deserve to be successfulI can t recommend them highly enough.Good Job!!!!

These folks are just awesome! Very helpful. Just bought our first camper. Its a 1993 that needs some TLC. Needed to replace the homemade door previous owner had installed. Paul was very helpful and explained what all we needed to do in order properly install the replacement door. And also helpful after when we had more questions. I highly recommend giving them a call for all your camper/rv needs!

I wouldn't go there again.Initially, I gave them a poor review because they told me that a water heater issue would take THREE HOURS. I confirmed with my trusted RV tech that it would take him an HOUR to do the same thing.They called, begged for another chance because of my review. We negotiated over the weekend. I relented and they came out.The tech was clearly not happy to be there, in my opinion. He went under the rig, competently installed the relay, then left, telling me the office would call me back.The office said if I brought my rig in, it would take an hour to *diagnose.I just can't. I don't feel good about going back.They are a fairly new outfit. I have them two stars because to some degree they attempted to rectify my issue. They want all good reviews, but this isn't fixable for me. I still wish them the best.

This is a wonderful family friendly company. We had them rework our 5th wheel from top to bottom and they did such an excellent job and at such a reasonable price. Paul made me a custom table that is absolutely stunning. He does such quality work. I would highly recommend if you need anything rv related.

Long story short; We were told two of the issues were above their capabilities afterpaying $1,300+. Parts $171=3 tubes of caulk, 2 batteries, 16' awning fabric (R&R) which now doesn't function properly and an led light strip.

The employees are very helpful! They keep slightly used items for all different rv applications, no matter the manufacturer. The pricing is worth the visit alone. Go take a look if you need anything rv.
