I trust these great people with all of my vehicles. R and J has done me right every single time. Honest service and they do a good job informing their customers on what does or does NOT need fixed. Really good customer service. I highly recommend giving them your business. I'll certainly go back to them.

Called this morning to have tires mounted got me right in and out. Super friendly and very fast service. Will definitely go back for any other issues. Shout out to Jennifer for her very friendly and welcoming customer service!!

I would give them negative stars if I could! I asked for an oil change and my transmission fluid checked. I was told I needed new brakes and tires before they could even test drive it, lies. Then I get my jeep 4 days later, give them 946.00 just to have the engine lock not even a mile down the road. They didn't put oil in it. Now I'm out a vehicle and have to get a lawyer. The staff is very rude! I am a single mother of two boys and it is impossible without a vehicle. They said it was my fault, not there's. I know it wasn't making that horrible clinging sound before. But of course the lady at the desk said how would I know if it was. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES TO R AND J UNLESS YOU DONT WANT THAT VEHICLE ANYMORE!

Super friendly staff, I called and they got me in same day for an oil change and inspection. In and out in under 30 mins! Very reasonable prices, and again these guys were so friendly and courteous! The shop and reception area was very clean and organized. I showed up an hour before closing, and even at the end of the day, Jennifer was so sweet to customers there and on the phone. Will choose this place first everytime!Services: Vehicle safety inspection, Oil change

If I could give this business a 0 star review I would. I called to inquire about my vehicle and was told by the female that works the phones that my questions were not her problem. I paid this shop 550 for a starter and a battery and after assuring me I could come pick it up whenever they had it towed as soon as I paid for it. I moved 6 hours away and was unable to pick the car up immediately but when I asked her if my car would be fine there she assured me that it would. She was able to call me and stay in good contact with me about me paying for the work she did. But somehow it was too much effort to pick up the phone and tell me they were going to tow it. What a joke. I can t believe this woman is even allowed to work in a customer service position. I m headed to the shop now to see if I can reason with her supervisor but I don t have high expectations.

I ve worked closely with this shop and staff for years with both my personal and company needs. They have been wonderful and accommodating to get my company trucks in and out in a timely manner to keep my guys working as well as working with me on personal projects. Highly recommend to anyone who can work with good people.

Absolutely terrible service. Was given different information multiple times, went to pick up my car and the owner yes owner went absolutely crazy threatening me and refusing to give me the keys to my daughters car after I paid for the services that they didn t even finish the work on the car!!!!! These people use to be the nicest when they took over now established they are psychos. Wait it gets better the owners son proceeded to chase me down the road on foot after I drove off!!!! Do not take your vehicle here unless you want to get screwed over by them!!!!!! You have all been warned

I heard of R&J through a friend of mine that had her vehicle serviced. They were kind they provided good service as well as excellent customer service! I called on a Monday morning and asked if it will be done end of day. She assured me that it would be done, as I was waiting they were already getting it into the shop. And they were already swamped with other customers. I also gave them specific instructions such as keeping one tire that has good tred to save for a spare! They were professional they were quick and they were efficient!

We started going to Jennifer and her Team shortly after they took over at the Rogersville location. We have had nothing but exceptional service and are please with the work done. They only fix what is needed. We ve used them on our 4 farm trucks and personal cars too. Would give 6 stars if I could!!!

Very rude people and do not recommend going back there ever again. They are very rude and copped an attitude. Was yelling and didn t even fix my car the correct way! If I could give this place a 0 star review I would!

Be very carefull. If they are busy, they cut corners. I was a regular customer until now. They serviced my truck and I asked if the brakes where o.k. R copped an atitude and rudely said "You asked for oil change NOT brakes". They are not very professional. Worst shop ever to go to. They said they couldn't aline our Yukon cause a water pump leak. Gave a list to things needed fixed. Took it to Big O. And they said we needed alinement pins only and said the water pump didn't need fixed to do the alinement. I new the pump needed fixed cause the leak we had. But that doesn't stop the alinement. They said they wouldn't do the alinement w put fixing the pump to. I didnt need that. I just needed a alinment. Cause i dont have that machine. I shop local and have things done as much I can. Bit this shop. Has reviews from they friends that are fake. And they cut corners. And it's a joke of a shop. I do not recommend them. Nor will I go there. And we have 8 cats in our family from drag to daily driven.

I took my car to Wildcat Pride in Rogersville shortly after I moved here in 2020, my tire kept losing air and they told me it would have to happen more often for them to determine if there is a leak or not. I took my car into R and J and they actually took the time to take my tire off the wheel and check it out. Turns out my wheels were corroding and causing the air to leak out gradually. Russell ground down the corrosion, polished the wheels, and added bead sealer. I have had no issue since! Very reasonably priced and friendly crew. I recommend this shop to all my family and friends!Service: Auto tire replacement

We took our truck in for a front end wheel bearing repair. We also got our truck inspected. We always used the previous owner before he retired, so we decided to give the new owner a chance. We were pleased with the repair, cost and timely service. We were also extremely pleased to see that the new owner kept the mechanics already employed by the previous owner. That spoke volumes and so did his professional manner. Glad to know we can still get our vehicles repaired locally.

Run from this place. I took my daughters car to get fixed it was still making sane noise on front end so they told me they needed to replace struts on front of vehicle. The lady at the desk quoted me a price and added %75 to the parts. After calling O'reilly and asking them the price she told me that they had the wrong part so I called them again and put them on speaker phone and they were actually quoting me the right price and she was marking it up %75. When I asked her why she was marking price up %75 she told me they had to keep the doors open some how. I would think repeat business is what keeps the doors open not marking up parts that O'Reilly delivers to them by %75.
