Sold me a truck with a faulty fuel sending unit and didn't know until I went to the gas station to fill it up. Check engine light came on 20 minutes into owning it with a preexisting code for faulty cats, check engine light was not on for test drive but codes were saved before purchase. Spark plugs were so eroded that they were gapped to 87 thousandths, air filter was solid black. Was not told that the truck had a 75mph speed limiter when I bought it, they told me they would fix it, it has been 3 months. Was told today that they were doing me a favor by fixing it because it is not their responsibility to disclose speed limiters. I'm going to take it elsewhere to have the speed limiter removed and cats fixed at my own expense so that I don't have to deal with the condescending salesman. We have bought vehicles here before, one I had to put a new ecm in within 2 months of purchasing. Buyer beware, they will not stand behind products and do not disclose all the information about vehicles they do sell. Will no longer do business with them.

Drove 4.5 hours to buy a short bus and it was the easiest painless vehicle buying experience ever. Owner was awesome. He had the buses ready for us when we got there. I crawled under one to look for rust/leaks and he offered to pull it into his shop and give me a creeper to wheel around and look at it better. He told me I could test drive anything there and let him know what I thought. No pressure, no lingering, all around awesome place! Well worth the drive.

Bought a used, low mileage, late model Ram 2500 Outdoorsman from them. Painless experience for me. Unfortunately, I had some difficulties getting my trade-in paperwork together but they remained patient and kind. They even allowed me take the Ram to my mechanic and have him crawl all over it for over an hour. Didn't even bother to ride a long. In today's culture, that's almost unheard of. Had my new truck for over a month and I love it.The price was below market, but fair. My trade-in offer was haggle free and they actually sold it before I got all of the paperwork completed. They contacted banks for me and found an awesome interest rate and payment option which fit my budget. I will most likely buy another vehicle here if it fits my need and refer my friends to do the same. My Outdoorsman has lived up to its name.

Great experience purchasing a vehicle. The staff was very informative and very helpful. Not your normal car buying experience. Didn't feel pressured at all like your normal used car lot. Finance team went above and beyond to help us get everything taken care of. This isn't our first purchase from here, and won't be the last either.

Absolutely wonderful experience! My husband bought his truck through this dealership, and they gave him a wonderful offer! We were very pleased with the way he was treated, they were never pushy or nagging, they told us the truth about each truck and which truck would fit our needs and which wouldn't. We noticed the heater would sometimes blow luke warm air and they got it fixed the same day before we picked it up. They also apologized for not having time to take the truck to the car wash (which we didn't mind, it had just rained and we picked the car up early morning), but the owner gave us a $20 bill while leaving and told us to have our first car was on him! This is an excellent place to go if you need a truck or SUV!

Owner was extremely kind and knowledgeable. Not your typical car buying experience. There was no pressure and he just wanted me to buy the vehicle if I wanted it. I would definitely recommend this place.

Bought a 2005 Duramax here that's really clean but during detail I guess the seat and window buttons got sort of messed up but most definitely least of my worries. Dealt with a sales guy during the week then the following Saturday dealt with the owner who was able to accommodate a below price that I was shooting for but before hand let us take truck to Springfield for a few hours to check out more thoroughly. I would most definitely recommend this business to my friends and family and will hopefully be back to buy my next one here.

Extremely professional - I'm from out of state and wasn't able to make the deal yet due to circumstances with insurance companies... But I offered the owner $100 for wasting his time and he refused - nothing but green flags from the vehicle to the establishment. I'll be back for sure

I bought a 2012 Ram 2500 from this dealership and it has been nothing but problems. After injectors, turbo and new water pump, I have found out the transfer case is cracked in two. I have only owned the truck for six months. This is by far the worst place to do business when it comes to buying a truck. BUYER BEWARE!!!

I bought a 2005 Hummer H2 about 2 months ago from them. The day I test drove it, the check engine light was on. They said it was an O2 sensor that they were fixing that day. The next day, I went to check it out, no check engine light or anything and trusted them that everything was fine, so I bought it. 3 days later I tried to fill up my gas tank and when I was done, it wouldn't start right up, I had to hammer the gas peddle to get the thing to start, and that day, the check engine light came back on. I called them the next day and they told me that it was fine when they sold it to me and that there was nothing they could do. So now, every time I pump gas, I have to hammer in the gas peddle to get up and running and I believe it the fuel pump that needs replaced. I had the check engine code cleared 3 times and it comes back on the day after every time and stays on. I will never buy another vehicle from them again and wouldn't recommend them to anyone!

Both times I've test driven vehicles they have had problems. They also offered the lowest dollar I've ever seen on a trade in. Would not consider doing business with them.

Tried to tell me my 6.4 powerstroke had all these problems and would only trade me straight across truck was mint i took it up to clouse motors and traded it and they stated no issues woth my truck at all welcome to mdp motors rip off and local towel head owned.

Do not go here.. Talk about low ball trade in offers. Believe the reviews that talk about the pathetic trade in offers. They are 100% correct.
