We were traveling through Missouri to Arizona in November, and our furnace quit working. Ken fit us in at the end of the day and fixed it. Very nice and accommodating. Would recommend.

Unless you cannot find another service company, do not use Ken's. I was charged 4 1/2 hours ($150 per hr) labor to replace a plug-in igniter. Complete rip-off.

Was referred, but Ken was out of town but needless he still called me back and tried to find a way to help as I was broke down at Costco 4 days before Christmas. I would definitely call him again if I ever need a repair for my rv in the future!

I had Ken replace our water heater with an on demand water heater last May,when the installation was complete the cost was over $1600.It seemed high but the old unit needed to come out and there was probably three hours labor involved including travel time.I had an issue with the new unit and a tech came out to look at it,he told us that we needed a new unit,I asked him what it would cost to replace the unit. His answer was same as last the installation,$1600 .The unit cost $700 online and locally,I questioned the tech about the cost and his reply was they need to keep the lights on somehow when asked why it was so much to simply swap the unit out.Needless to say I ordered the unit from Blue Compass, picked it up the next day and installed it myself in less than 1 hour.To say that he was trying to take advantage of the situation would be an understatement.Would say stay as far away from this company as possible, calling them crooks would be nice.

When you break down on the road I'm always a little wary of doing business with someone I never met before. But these guys were GREAT. And then then Ken had to fight with my extended warranty company to get them to pay for the work. Ken could have just said ...... THIS IS WHAT YOU OWE ME! But instead after the warranty company gave him the run around all afternoon and until the next morning he didn't give up. And even then Ken had to call them 3 times more before they agreed to pay the bill. They hooked us up to water and electricity when it got late and told us not to worry. I can't began to tell everyone how much they....and their other workers....did for us.THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH!

Ken's Mobile Repair LLC saved our food and our sanity this camping trip. Lost AC, our fridge and lights in our camper this morning, despite just having this issue "fixed" before we left town. We were out if his service area, but he was happy to help walk us through the fix, and a quick diagnosis over the phone. Charged our batteries and new converter is in our future when we get home. Thank you for the help and getting us fixed up

Ken's installed a new water heater in our new Dune Sport toy hauler because the original leaked. Ken's is a great facility with great people. It's totally worth the little drive on narrow farm roads.

I live full time in a RV for 5 year. I have used several RV repair companies and I can honestly say that there are only 2 reliable, knowledgeable, reasonable price and honest companies, Ken's RV repair is one of them.Ken called to let me know when the repairmen would be here and afterwards he called back to check if I was satisfied with my repairs. I consider that Great! Customer service. When, Brad arrived he was professional and he really knew his job. He took the time to educate me on what he was doing and gave me many suggestions on how to take care of my new home.If you want quality work from knowledgeable servicemen at reasonable cost you need to call Ken's Mobile RV repair; you will not regret it.

I highly recommend Ken's Mobile repair. We lived in our RV for almost 7 months last year and had three different occasions where repairs were needed. Ken's was there for us each time. They were efficient, on time, and reasonably cost efficient. Keep in mind, they came to our location.Just this month, we needed several more repairs for our RV. Ken's got us in on time, and work was completed as promised. We used to take our RV to the dealer where we purchased it. No more. Ken's is more reliable, efficient and much easier to work with.Service: Electrical

Highly recommend Ken's. I called several other repair facilities and Ken's was the only one that could get a new RV AC Unit the same day/week; All the others couldn't tell me when there would be one in stock, but sounded like the "COVID shutdown special" of about 2 months out, which is a really long time to not have an ac unit. They also were the only ones that understood the warranty concept and came out just once with the parts, so they could diagnose, get warranty approval and then install in 1 visit instead of 2. They also worked with me since the warranty didn't give approval on the spot. I highly recommend Ken's service. Highly.Service: Air conditioning

Ken is a total class act. It s a horribly hot August and our travel trailer s AC went out while on the road from Colorado to Springfield, MO. Ken didn t promise he could fix it on the initial call because I have a residential mini split rather than a traditional RV roof AC. He had an issue trying to fit it, but rather than giving up he found a way to get it done by enlisting a friend who is an HVAC guy. I am totally happy with their service and the fact they went above and beyond for me. Thanks for making this trip more pleasant, Ken, Kyle, Tom and the rest of the crew!Service: Air conditioning

I own an RV rental business. Have multiple campers. Had a leaking toilet valve in a camper that was on rent and about 4 hours away from me. Hired Ken s RV to fix. Was told it would be faster and cheaper to replace the whole toilet. Had the same issue in one of my other campers. 12 dollars and 15 minutes later I was able to repair the problem. Was charged 1400 dollars for that job. Toilet cost 425. I feel like I was taken advantage of because I m not in the area of the camper. They charge labor starting when they leave their shop to when they return. Plus a service call fee!

I bought a new Jayco camper and asked Ken if he could show me how to winterize my camper. He agreed and was patient enough to teach me the proper way to successfully winterize my camper. I would highly recommend him for any service needs you have.

We needed several maintenance issues fixed on our 1999 Monoco Diplomat. We got estimates from3 businesses. Ken's came in a few hundred dollars more. We picked him based on reviewsand one other time we used him. Brian did the work and it was professionally done. When we left there my partner saw our break lights did not work. Ken sent a repairman to the house. It was a 150.00 to replace the relay. Good work YES! Knowledgeable YES! Easy to work with DEFINITELY! I guess the few extra hundred dollars are worth because the service is reliable.

RV A/C, got to us in 4 days. 1st visit diagnosed problem couldn't get part until Monday. Didn't show Monday but fixed on Tuesday (1 week from original call). Ask about securing door under nose didn't have supplies but would come back Wednesday which he did. Used aluminum straping and secured fine. However when submitted the bill charged $140 for each of the 3 trips and then hourly rate. Ended up costing more that if took to repair center. So my suggestion is he careful and get a quote before deciding. At least the service center gave us a flat cost never dreamed it would cost more to fix than replace. So just be more diligent than I was in asking for a quote ahead of time. Guy was nice and did fix it. Just too expensive

Kens son came to my place to replace a broken hot water tank. He pulled my old one and ordered the replacement. He took my old tank to the shop so when get got the new one he could make sure everything matched. When he installed the new one it did not have a thermostat. Ken came out and looked at it. His recommendation is only use switch long enough to heat water. What I had before had constant hot water due to thermostat. Ive talked to Ken several times about making this right. Kens reply is it is going to cost me more money. I already paid $900. I dont recommend Kens RV repair for any major repairs.

The Onan generator on my RV wouldn't crank. The Cummins shop was booked and couldn't fit me in for another week, so I called Ken and he came by the same day. The starter wasn't engaging and it looked as though the generator had locked up. Ken and his crew took it out the next day and found that the the starter was broken. They repaired and serviced the generator in a few hours and had me on my way. The crew was incredibly nice and they let me plug into the outlet in the shop so we could sit in the air conditioned RV while they made the repairs. The charge was way below what I thought it would be. Ken, his son, Kyle, and the entire crew made this an enjoyable experience. If I have any problems in the future and I'm anywhere within a hundred miles of Springfield, Ken's Mobile Repair will be my first call.

Our Air Conditioner started making a noise. After dealing with warranty red tape, a call was made to Ken's. Brian had it repaired in about an hour. We have used them before and always been very satisfied.Thank you Brian, you saved us a lot of time.

Ken was able to fix my hot water tank leak the same day I called him. Extremely professional. Would call him again when I have the need.Anyone on here that complains about the cost should consider what it would cost to take it in and have to wait weeks for it to be completed. You are paying for service here and that is what Ken provides.

I had such a great experience with Ken. I had my slideout gear broken and he got it fixed very quickly. My RV fridge was not accessible without opening the slideout, and I was just passing by. Ken and his staff were very friendly and honest. Highly recommend. Thank you!

We were not happy with Kens RV repair. They charged us $557. To change a $7. part and the next day they charged us over $250. for thermostat and none of that fixed the problem. We felt like they ripped us off, other people in our RV Park have similar experiences, we will never use them again.

Talked to Ken about some things I needed fixed, he sent Brian out shortly after to take a look. Brian installed the new motor for my step I had ordered, and found a bad solenoid, which was preventing my chassis from charging my house batteries. He picked up the solenoid and the new thermistor for my fridge, the next morning on his way over and got everything installed in a timely manner. I'm thrilled to have everything working again, and really happy with the service I received. 2006 Winnebago Navion 23j

I want to thank me Ken and his people for their great work and timely response to an emergency. I was broke down neat Springfield Missouri and short on money. Trying get to an important job. He repaired my camper and gave me time to earn enough to pay my bill. The work was top notch and professional. Knew exactly what needed to be done and did the work at a great price too. Called and spoke with Ken and made an appointment for last Monday and nobody showed up. Then, I got a call/voicemail on Wednesday evening from Brian that he d like to stop by, no mention of no call /no show on Monday. I work nights so it wasnt feasible. I called Ken again this past Friday and again made an appointment for Monday (yesterday). And, again no call/no show. Not sure what kind of business he s running, but he s proven to be unreliable. I won t waste anymore of my time with them.

They were there at the appointed time, were very curtious and professional, and they were affordable! I would highly recommend if you need help fixing anything on your RV to give Ken's a call. The owner, and his staff, were very friendly, knowledgeable and understanding of my problem. Thankyou Ken and crew! If I ever need anything done with my RV in the future, you will be my first call!

Great service! I had a weld break on one of my slide outs on my RV. Had the replacement parts, but factory said I had to have the slide removed, then disassemble the motor and bracket, put the new bracket in place, then replace the assembly. Ken looked at it and figured a better more economical way to fix the problem. He had the job done in a couple of hours with no muss or fuss. The job looked better than factory and we are very pleased with his work.

A month ago we were in the Springfield, Missouri area when the electric windshield privacy shade in our motorhome malfunctioned. We called Ken's Mobile RV Service. When Mickey came out, he determined that it was the motor. He took the shade and old motor with him and was scheduled to return on a particular day to reinstall. Two days before the scheduled appointment, Ken promised that he would overnight it. They had 2-1/2 weeks to complete the job. They failed to show on the scheduled date without even a call. Two days before our scheduled departure, Mickey brought the shade back without a motor. Therefore, we drove home to California without a privacy shade. I would never recommend Ken's to anyone.
