I have purchased four vehicles from this dealership and every purchase was so smooth and easy. I did not have to wait hours in their office while they punched numbers for financing or get haggled on unfair prices. They offer fair warranties as well. The guys here really know what they are doing! I would highly recommend purchasing your vehicle here.

They made car buying super easy! I went and looked, picked which one I wanted, they did all the wheeling and dealing, repairs, and got the truck all ready for pickup in 24 hours. Friendly staff and I LOVE that they are local and family owned/run!

Kyle the owner was a very nice person to work with and I felt like the test drive and purchasing process was pretty easy. If you have cash in hand this is a smart stop.

The sales people were extremely helpful. Their vehicles had better prices for higher-quality. A lot of others we went to had rust and damaged wanting the same price. You so far are vehicles has been good. Hoping and praying for many many months, and years of no issues. This will be our second vehicle through them. I hope this one goes as good as the last. They work really fast to get you financed even on a Saturday. Clean office area. I suggest checking him out online.

Bought a 12-year old car with a perfect experience! They fixed a few problems with the car and made it right for us during and right after purchase according to their 30 day warranty.

Bought a truck here a few days ago and was SUPER pleased! Todd the owner was honest and easy to talk to. No pushy car salesman, family owned and operated so it s not like other dealerships where they toy with you. I left with a GREAT deal and love my truck. The vehicles are detailed and inspected thoroughly as well. They are up front and genuine people who want to take care of their customers! Highly recommend.

We have been in a pickle trying to purchase an affordable truck after our dream truck was t-boned. Todd at Ramsey Motors was very attentive and kind during our search. We heard a weird noise under the hood of a vehicle we were interested in and they immediately found the issue and replaced the problem (and a few other things for good measure) with no cost to us. We will be returning customers!

My wife called twice and I called before our, one-way 2 1/2 drive, to purchase a car from this dealer. We were ready to buy, cash in hand. We both adamantly expressed the car was for our daughter that would be traveling both and forth between towns. We both adamantly expressed we were traveling 2 1/2 hours to buy the car. We were told each time that it was a great car and ready to go. We knew we were buying a used vehicle, that s what it was priced as, a used vehicle. The second I test drive it off the lot, literally the second I drove it off the lot, major grinding at the drivers front wheel. Major. Seriously!! It was 10 outside, we had a 2 1/2 hour drive back home. There was no way we going to even attempt to drive that home. What a dirty thing to do to people. I have never ever in my life written a bad review on a business, ever, never. Very unprofessional and unconcerned about putting us out. The way he carried himself spoke volumes that he could have cared less. I m assuming that s the way he is. I would ve been apologizing all over myself if I had done that to someone. We didn t throw a fit, we excused ourselves, walked away and had a valentines dinner. One star because a Zero star was not an option, highly do not recommend.

Be forewarned. When shopping for anything. particularly a used car, come prepared. Do your homework and know what questions to ask. We had been shopping for a Ford Edge for a couple of weeks. We knew what to expect as far as prices and condition. The price on the lot was too high, but Todd Ramsey (and dad) negotiated in good faith and we got a great car for what we believe was a decent deal.We will be back for our next car purchase.

DONT BUY FROM HERE At around 2 weeks of owning the car I was ALREADY having problems. They did the inspection at the spot connected to their building so it s no wonder they passed the inspection theirselves. They confirmed that brakes were good when they were in awful condition I had to get my own car inspection done. Haven t even owned the car for a month and am finding new problems. These people will just scam you. Their cars aren t reliable and if they aren t, they ll make sure to hide any problems to pass them off as good. ZERO concern for the people they re selling their problematic cars to. DONT BOTHER. UNRELIABLE AND UNTRUSTWORTHY CARS AND SELLERS.

Nothing but great things to say about this staff. Car was totaled and had a week to find a new ride. Their pricing was what caught my interest but how they treated my wife and I is what sold us the car. Furthest thing from pushy car salesmen here. The car was used and had a few small deficiencies, they were quick to offer to have them fixed for us. Had leather replaced on the driver side seat in 24 hours and ordered me a spare key just so I could have a back up. Could not recommend them more. Quality individuals only!

EXCELLENT !!I spoke with kyle about a tahoe & let him know about the vehicle we would trade in , we live about 1.5 hrs away so kyle ran our info & gave us a quote on our truck so we drove up & was only there about an hour ( shortest time we have ever sat to buy a vehicle ) we walked out with our new vehicle & a warranty . When we are ready to buy another vehicle we will go here. All 3 ramseys guys were super nice & a pleasure to do buisness with & they got back to me quick with any questions we had.

I saw a '97 Ford 250 $8900 on line and went to the dealership. Todd Ramsey (owner)was sitting at his desk and took me out to see the truck. It was a nice truck but priced about $3500 over kbb and nada value. I still offered Todd on a knee jerk want $7500 cash. He was cold and said $8400, never wrote down my name or took my number. He just stared at me and gave short yes no when I attempted to make conversation about the origin of the truck and little leader questions about it. Basically telling me to leave without saying it. I took his hint and left, after thanking him for his time. Mind you he didn't even take my name, number or even thank you for coming in. He hands me his card and says" here's my card" on the way out.I still saw the truck a little over a week later and called Todd, I mean everyone has a bad day right, so I'll give it another chance. I explained who I was and he said he remembers me in a annoyed tone. I told him I was still interested in the truck and would he be willing to negotiate down. He mumbled something I couldn't understand and had to ask him to repeat himself and he responds "no, it's still the same price" in the same annoyed voice. I thanked him again and he hung up.I've been in sales before and Todd is a horrible salesman and I'm pretty lax. I never felt welcome, he answered none of my questions satisfactory, he didn't even take my number. I felt like he was pushing me out the door as soon as we started talking money. The take it or leave it approach is for a private owner selling something not the guy who runs a dealership. I would definitely not recommend buying from this lot or dealing with it's owner. Don't take my word, look it up, the vehicles are overpriced and the owner isn't worth your time.

I bought a 2006 Ford Ranger called on the phone and asked about its condition because I live 3 hours away was told it s in great condition! Yea I ll give you the paint was shining but after that...... not so great but it was hard to judge for all the armor ALL OVER IT. I bought it thinking I could trust them loaded it on my trailer and head the 3 hours to home .....got home and had to go buy a battery because it was over 6 years old and would not take a charge ....got that fixed and drove it about 100 miles before a check engine light came on then we noticed a puddle of oil on the garage floor ( leaking clutch slave cylinder) with exception of the battery that I saw at the dealership was old and probably would need changed none of the other things could you see in a 10 minute test drive but definitely would have been noticeable by any mechanic who obviously had it on a lift because the whole bottom of the truck was covered in new black spray paint . By the time I got it road worthy this GREAT TRUCK that s READY TO GO .... NOOO PROBLEM I spent $2800.00 in repairs from a new fuel filter , installed the missing air filter , replaced an oxygen sensor, new clutch slave cylinder, replace the burnt clutch , fixed the non working windshield wipers, fixed the non working fog lights.....I could go on but you can get the idea.My advice DO NOT BUY FROM RAMSEY AUTOPLEX.

Brought my suv in to be detailed. I was told to take out anything that I would need while it was being detailed. I left a small box in the back and a handful of change. After receiving my suv back the change was gone and my brand new box of commercial large trash bags where open and missing half the trash bags as well as my commercial toilet paper that were all in the box I left in the back. After calling the business to make them aware that the items were taken their only reply was, "We told you take all your items out." They did not tell me to take everything out only the items I would need during the cleaning. This car was just purchased a few weeks prior, used, so there were not a lot of stuff in it just a small amount of change and small box in the back. Now I own my own business. Even with the he said she said, a customer trusted you with their vehicle and items were clearly taken out of it. There was not an apology or even a small reimbursement. They pointed the blame back on the customer. Stealing is stealing there is no reason items should have been taken out of the vehicle and not put back.As the car was being presented to me the clerk/owner told me he took out my charger because the cleaners were known to take chargers! REALLY! From one owner to the next I believe you need to reevaluate to whom you contract your services to because your name is on their work. Just because a cleaning lady cleans your hotel room doesn't mean she can walk out with your stuff. All over change, trash bags, and toilet paper I will be writing reviews all over social media. This is bad business and the fact the owner took NO responsibility for his business is disappointing.

Total dishonesty from Jeff at Red Shamrock which is part or in partnership with Ramsey Motors. Made a deal on the 2008 Silverado with Kyle at Ramsey for 15k even. Jeff calls back and says I can pick it up after they get it inspected. It failed for ball joints and they were replaced. Now Jeff draws up paperwork putting the price at 15900 to recoup some of the price for the ball joints! The deal was made! Ok fine, just yesterday I found out the truck had a safety recall on it before I bought it and they never mentioned it. Now GM says its safe to drive aslong as noone sits in the passenger seat! What does Ramsey motors/Red Shamrock do when notified.....not return your call! Never buy from them, taking them to court.

My wife and i bought a car 2010 ford edge for $8,000. Within 2 weeks we started having front end issues. Ramsey refused to fix it. Come to find out this vehicle was involved in an accident and Ramsey failed to inform us. When asked about it, Ramsey stated "we just make sure it passes inspection, beyond that is not on us" Shady people and shady business.

I LOVE this place! They are honest, fix it right the first time and don't try to tell you a hundred and one other things are wrong with your car to try and get more money off of you. I've been coming here for a few years now and I highly recommend Master Tech. They treat you right

Decent selection of cars, had to call them 3 times to see where my application was at... claims "I was waiting on a bank" clearly told us he would call us twice and never did... Kyle..

Stop by Ramsey Motors the other day and looked around on their lot. Salesman came out and was very friendly. I really didn't find any Vehicles there I was looking for but would consider going back and looking around again if the salesman called me.
