Big shout out to Ms. Erica at reception! She made me feel so welcomed and explained the process of my insurance claim so that I knew what to expect at each stage. Hated to see my car in that condition and cleaning out all my belongings was tough, but she kept me posted as things progressed into a seamless resolution with my insurance company. Thank you CarStar!

A hidden gem in riverside, took my car for repair they offered me a ride back home,. The staff at the front desk was very courteous, knowledgeable and customer oriented, and kept me informed about my vehicle status. The repair done on my vehicle exceeded my expectations, job well-done. I highly recommend this repair shop to anyone who wants the vehicle repairs up to the standard. I will go back for future repairs in the future and keep it in my contact list.

The staff are always courteous and accommodating. Everyone busts their tales to keep the work moving. From Erica at the front desk, the estimators, and all the crew in the back, they put forth a huge team effort.

Great customer service. They were busy but made sure to give great customer service and they took the time to make sure all my questions were answered. Unfortunately, my car ended up being a total loss so I didn t have it worked on, but I would definitely go back!

Although my repair job was relatively small, CARSTAR Riverside did a great job in all aspects. Every person I spoke with during the two week process were very helpful, professional and responsive to all my questions/concerns, and they delivered what they promised. The location may not be ideal for some, but if you're in the KC North area (or anywhere in KC if distance isn't a concern) you can trust CARSTAR Riverside for high quality repair work and great communication throughout the process!

I took my SUV here, in 2023, they stated 4 days. However they had it for 3 weeks. The finder flares were completely detatched, glue everywhere, 2 other spots were not even addressed. Somehow they messed up.my side mirrors, the detection that someone is in my path stayed on all the time. I took it back a second time, when I received my vehicle back the fender flares were put on completely wrong and the colors did not match at all.. The third time I took my vehicle in, it still came back not right. There is still glue all over my vehicle, the flares color is still off, my side mirror lights mess up at times now. I cannot believe this place stays in business, I have never dealt with a business this bad. If thet cared maybe a superior, should of checked the work, instead of wasting my time, taking off work, having to rent a car. I will never use a Carstar again and I highly recommend you go elsewhere.

CARSTAR does excellent bodywork, they did excellent on detail cleaning inside and out after they were done. The ladies that answered the phone were very nice and helpful to me ,this was due to an auto accident, the other party Insurance responsible was difficult to deal with. They made it better for me.

the work done on my car was good, carstar fully repaired my vehicle after it was nearly totaled in a crash. however, it took over four months and information was only volunteered to me a few times during that period. for the last month, i called carstar every other day and was informed that my car would be finished the next business day, with a vague update about progress. i understand that some of the delay was unavoidable, but i would have liked carstar to keep me updated more proactively on such a long project and to not promise my car when they didn't know if it would be ready.

This was the best experience we've had with a body, paint shop! They did beautiful work and even cleaned my jeep inside and out! Don't go anywhere else make this your First and Last stop for work to be done. They even did a follow up call a day after. It was even cheaper than they quoted Thanks to everyone at Carstar!

Don t use this place for any collision repairs! They don t do the correct work in the first place! Didn t even check the axel being bent until they told me it was finished and ready to pickup! Beware of this place!

Had to return 3 times after my repair. To get other stuff repaired that they damaged. I appreciate them trying to make it right. But seem like something kept happening after I went there.

they held our truck at their facility for a month before they bothered to look at it. Then they called and said they did not have the proper equipment to work on it at all. "oops". we had to set up our own tow to a different repair shop. I don't know if they are any good at working on vehicles, but their customer service is about as bad as it gets. good luck.

Expecting to get a quote to have a caked-on stain removed from my car's exterior, the friendly and personable manager Scott and owner Mike were able to remove it for free! If I ever need body work in the future, I will certainly take it to them.

Just made a call to this place. Don't bother! I didn't realize it was an auto body shop and not repair and accidentally called.. a woman answered the phone and I explained I needed help with my car and then she completely bit my head off with this sarcastic reply if "we are an auto body shop soooo can't help you with that!!!!" I said oh I'm sorry acknowledging some embarrassment and she said in a completely rude and sarcastic tone "yeah!!! Okayyyyyyy, bye - bye now!!!!!" I didn't deserve to be treated like that and you don't either! Just letting you know that you may get rude customer service here...
