He was very inappropriate countlessly flirting and making inappropriate remarks including I can sit on his lap he put my tie end rods on a job that I paid for and he missed a whole piece of putting on. Then paid him the next day to put a lower control arm on he put it own although the old one was perfectly fine. The one the was wrong and clearly bent he didn t tell me. He pulled off without me test driving the car or even double checking to make sure I was satisfied. I didn t want a refund I would have paid him for coming out but I wanted my money for him ripping me off I can t get my money back for the old part because he already had slapped it on and a $200 lost.Service: Steering & suspension repair

Called to speak to the owner of "Mobile Auto Repair We Come To You"The owner "Jerry Espinosa" goes by/has gone by several different names/ business names: "G", "Jerry", "Geraldo" Mobile Mechanic, Mobile Auto Repair, Mobile Auto Repair we come to you. Etc.The Phone Call to "Jerry" was regarding this Google Business name listing, which is in violation of Trademark Infringement via the use of a Company Trademarked slogan in his business listing.The slogan "We Come To You " is Trademarked and belongs to a well established Mobile Mechanic service of 20 years, which is the FIRST and the ORIGINAL Mobile Mechanic service provider of the Kansas City area and greater. (Mobile Automotive Mechanics of Kansas City "We Come To You ) Which has inspired many other copy cat Mobile Mechanics alike in the Kansas City area over the years to try to infringe upon/emulate business model, operations, pricing, and slogans.Such as Jerry here.(Hence the review)Telephone Call:J: This is "Jerry.">> "Who am I speaking with?"J: "This is the mechanic.">> "Well it has been brought to my attention that your business is using a Trademarked slogan, which does NOT belong to you or your business. Instead of changing his business name and dropping the Trademarked slogan after it has been brought to his attention; He willingly chooses to operate using deceitful practices to get business by using various aliases business names, and stealing Trademarked slogans. Got spark plugs and coil packs changed! He did a great job, and the price was fair! He came the same day I called when all the shops are booked up for 2 weeks. I was skeptical to call a mobile mechanic because I have had friends that have had bad experiences with others. I have 0 complaints! I drove my van around after the repair and it was perfect. It was great to have my power back and not be spitting and sputtering. Don't hesitate to give this guy a call!

Iam very disappointed at my service I received. I needed a wheel bearing and he told me I needed a tire rod and break pads. I paid him $410 . To fix my car he didn t fix my breaks right , then my car into able to drive. I got ripped off. Very good!! I m from Oklahoma and my car broke down, I thought I was stranded because I called all the auto shops and no one could get me in for almost a week! He came and fixed it right up on the same day right to my location!! Highly recommend!Service: Air conditioningService: Air conditioning

Got rear breaks and rotors changed! Great price for labor, I saved a ton of money using this service. The mechanic arrived early & completed the repairs in a timely manner. This is an excellent service! I will use again.

Messaged for info on changing A serpentin belt for 2012 Ford fiesta at 8:00 p.m. on a Friday Night Gallery sponse within 10 minutes as long as I could by the belt and habited my possession they would come over and change it right away came over after we purchased the belt worked on it very polite very professional did a great job and at a reasonable great price I would highly recommend cheaper than going to a auto repair shop and they come to your house and work on your car right there. Will be using them again for future work in repairs to my vehicle highly recommend

Called to get my ignition switch changed told him the key did not turn at all he came looked at it thensaid I wasn't truthful with him and that he could help me and left with out putting back together what he took apart.
