I'm an old school girl and I feel out of place in an auto parts store. The gentlemen working there were very helpful. The only thing that kinda bothered me was the dust all over the seat covers, but...it's a parts store and maybe guys don't care about that???

It's ok I think a little to high as far as prices. There customers are very helpful and courteous. The employees well they just there for a paycheck. Doesn't seem like the crew I encountered was to happy to be there

It's not too bad. It's changed a lot since they brought in new managers.... although I discovered today when buying a new battery for my Tahoe that they gave me the WRONG battery size last time I'm hoping upper management will step in to make sure services goes back to It's normal standards!

Just absolutely horrible experience in the last time I ll ever do business with them again I ve been doing business with them for over 15 years and they have this teenage staff now who have absolutely knows nothing and it was a price match a difference of five dollars from one of their competitors who had one other local stores even verifying it and after half hour it was obviously they were not gonna honor their five dollar difference and they tried So hard to not honor the price difference and lose a customer for life I hope that five bucks was worth it have a nice day I bought it from across the street better prices.sad to say this is when you get when you get teenagers running a store and make it non-customer friendly and lose your customers a life customer with your bad attitude and the store was empty and that s why it s empty oh always be empty with with terrible terrible customer service counter service and lack of knowledge. How do you recommend if you want something done right somewhere else or to a different O Rally Or at least come in with the part number you know you need because you re not gonna get it right from the counter people

The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful. They will order your parts from other stores if they don't have them. They will help you with diagnosis and simple installs. Their price is higher, but that covers all the extra service.

As soon as I walked through the door I was greeted by a very friendly worker. He was very helpful and patient as I had to use two different payment methods. After I made the purchase he then offered to put the part on for me which was very helpful. After he finished he told me to have a good night. As great of an experience you can expect from an auto shop.

It is nice to have part stores in your hometown. Even if you have a few, it's nice to compare prices. Unfortunately, O'Reillys prices are significantly higher, than other parts stores in town.

They are slower than molasses and the manager Cherokee has no clue what s going on, I had to help the customer because neither person knew what they were looking for

O'Reillys the staff very curious helpful and most of them are very knowledgeable if they don't have a item in house they will order it in for you and 90% of the time they will have it the next day if not the same day.

Walked into building 3 employees were standing at counter. 1 was helping a customer other 2 walked to the back and never came out to help us. We walked out.

This is by far the worst O'reillys I have been to. I have never had so many mistakes made in my life. I have had to go to this store 3 time. Yet I have to return to the store again because they don't like to order the right amount of components for an order. Nor do they like to give you the right items when you buy them. When you call to talk to the manager she likes to place the blame on you and not take the responsibility for her team or herself.This used to be my favorite auto store but at this point I believe the richmond store might have ruined all O'reillys for me completely. Would have given a zero if I could.

Getting better at getting the right part first time. The guys are helpful and experienced. The parts are cheap. Seems to be my experience that the ladies working there are better at pulling the right part first then the gentleman are. Just bought a battery for my Fusion and Dawn put it in for me and I wasn't even a little bit worried about having somebody else touch my car male or female. Vanessa is a friendly face and always has a smile no matter how bad my mechanic work is. Just a all-around Joy 2 experience even though it cost me half a paycheck.

Have done alot of business with Oriellys and has never been a problem they didn't correct or help on exchanges! Great prompt service politeness and very informative! Get high quality parts! Have never had any issues what so ever! This visit I got my starter for my truck and battery post connectors!

Rude. Rude. Rude. Went in with a battery that we had purchased from here (out own fault) & the kid had no respect, no help whatsoever. Any other time you can see customers getting behind the counter to look something up. Anyone they hire usually never knows what they are doing.

Very courteous, greeted when came in. Very helpful looked part up, had to order in the filter for my mower. But they can get it,will be in at the latest on Monday. So greatful for there help getting the filter, had been to Orileys in Excelisor Springs 3 times ordered wrong part reordered then telling me can't get it. Richmond Orileys I will give you my business. Thank you for your helpfulness and kindness .

The service is fantastic..the guys and gals are awesome..instead of just telling you what isle the parts are at...they come from around the counter to show you where the part is and discuss the application of your project. They make a connection with the customers.

This place is a joke. They have given me the wrong part every time ive went there. The kids working there dont know anything about cars its sad actually. Ive even had the part with the part number in hand and got wrong parts. Do your home work please

Service was good but parts leave something to be desired. They are usually junk, refurbished, etc. But hey they are usually under warranty and prices aren't to bad.

Friendly helping people not all O'Reilly auto parts like that. Buckner is great one to Higginsville one has the worst an most disrespectful people to work in public oriented places.
