I wanted to get the 4 x 4 serviced with new fluids. All good there, but apparently the motor work I had done by an auto repair shop wasn't warrantied due to not open anymore. So front gasket on front end of motor was leaking antifreeze and leaking on vbelt. They showed me the problem and I knew there was a problem, but didn't know who could help me out. They were very thorough and even gave a ride home while it was being worked on. Wonderful people to work with. Pleasant. Like family.

They always take great care of us and as quickly as they possibly can. I can t express enough how much they care about the quality of their work and a little added bonus they vacuum out the drivers side of the vehicle before it s returned to you. Always above and beyond

Great place to have vehicles worked on! Went in for flat tire repair found out i needed a new tire so i bought 4 new ones. They got me in and out the door in an hour! Great team of people. Will not take my cars anywhere else!

Went for a inspection on my vehicle they checked it over real well to make sure it was safe for me to drive. There were fast and have good customer service.

Very professional and prompt. The little Christmas candy when I got in my vehicle was a nice touch. I was disappointed because I received a coupon for money off the day after I had it done on my oil change. Maybe next time.

My car broke down on the side of the road and the tow service recommended Complete Auto. Mark came out to look at my car, immediately, before the tow service even arrived. He knew instantly after looking at it, it was the engine and because of the make/model should be covered under a special extended warranty by the dealership for free. I would never have known this if he hadn t mentioned it. He and the tow company (Green s) were SO very nice and helpful and made a bad experience bearable. I would highly recommend Complete Auto. Just honest and friendly people who genuinely care. We need more service providers like them!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I can t say enough about how fantastic this service center is. Not only are they efficient and detail oriented with their work they keep the customer notified of not only the cost prior to the job being done but also the time frame for completion. I have never had to bring my car back after they have fixed something.They have a very welcoming atmosphere and the shop is pristine. They did a great job! Very informative about what needed done and what could wait. The front desk guy was very nice and helpful. And he wasn't pushy about getting the stuff fixed I couldn't afford right now. I will definitely be going there for any future work I need

I took my car here in an emergency need of a battery. I didn't have an appointment or a lot of time to spend getting my car fixed. They checked my battery to confirm that was what was needed & replaced it, in under an hour. Super nice & friendly staff. This is the best auto shop in the greater KC area. My wife and I have taken our vehicles here for several years. We live in Liberty and this place is definitely worth the drive. They have honest mechanics who do great work. Their communication and follow-up are unparalleled in this industry. We will never take our vehicles anywhere else.
