Tony at Jim's Road Service is among the best in the business. Honest, courteous, passionate about his work, dedicated to getting his client back on the road. I hope he is available should I ever need road service in his area. Burned up discontinued sealed bearings. Tore up new tire, twisted new rim, bent the arm holding the disk brake pads.

We had a water pump go out at mile marker 167 on interstate 44. We were 167 miles from Branson and 110 miles from St Louis headed to Springfield, Il. Reached out to Jim's Road Service at 11:42 am and Tony called me back at 11:46am. He was there 20 minutes later. Diagnose was bad water pump. With the help of our local Cummins in Ocala Fl. where we have all our preventive maintenance work done we were able to get the engine serial number and engine type. With that information and our VIN number Tony was able to locate the water pump. He left to get it. By 5:30 we were on the road. What a blessing Tony was.He was professional, informative, knowledgeable and courteous.We are a 2014 Tiffin QBH and made it to Springfield, IL that night around 10:25 pm.We are keeping his card incase we are ever in this area again. Yes it was expensive but expected and so thankful that we didn't have to be towed. The best part we didn't have to cancel any plans.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Tony with Jim's Road Service repaired our RV after another shop had screwed up installing wheels bearings and seals for us. He was punctual, knowledgeable, professional, and performed the repairs correctly so we had no further issues. I agree with other reviewers that Tony is one of the best technicians out there. Worked on our stuck slider until it could be brought in. He knew where to look for mechanicals in our RV, which is always a challenge and was innovative in how to solve our problem. Very courteous and even sent a follow up text to check on us. Call him if you need help in Lake of the Ozarks area
