Went to Yocum for a front-end alignment. Got a next-day appointment, the price was comparable to competitors and they did a great job. They have a pay-over-the-phone option and can leave your key in an outside locker if necessary.The staff was friendly and they were done by lunchtime.I would return if needed.

Best experience I've ever had at a mechanic. Key drop off for after hours, Inspection results sent electronically, could opt in and out of repairs as my wallet needed and they answered questions about the inspection directly and without pressuring to get the repair. Even with the delay due to ice, all around fantastic experience.

We just moved to the area from out of state and didn t know who/where to take our vehicles. Was referred here by the locals. It truly is an awesome local shop. Had some issues with a truck I recently purchased to be used as a dedicated work truck. They were on top of repairs and communicating with me effectively. I had to have the motor replaced and Yocum was extremely accommodating during the time I was without a work rig. 10/10 would recommend!

Last week my truck gave me an alert that I was low on oil, and it has never used oil, so I was nervous! I took it into Yocum Automotive and they sent me an inspection of the whole truck straight to my phone with PICTURES. They found multiple issues that weren't caught by other shops in the area, and I'm glad they did because those issues were going to become huge problems if they weren't addressed ASAP. I loved how thorough and transparent they were with me. I especially loved how they presented the issues to me. I didn't feel like I was being forced into any repairs at all, they simply stated their findings and let me pick what I wanted to address. 10 out 10 would recommend taking your vehicle to them for any issues you have.

Biggest crooks I have ever met!! Let me clarify: it s fine that you didn t pass his truck for tinted lights. However, to try and charge him $1,400 to replace them, is flat out wrong. The parts cost $300-400 for all 4. So charging $1,000 for a 2 hour job, is ridiculous! This isn t the first time you ve tried to charge us triple for a simple job. If people didn t grow up around mechanics like I did they wouldn t know the difference. And I might add your secretary is a hateful person!

I am 63 years old during 5 degrees temperatures Yocums would not even put air in my tire nor would they fix it. The lady said if I didn't buy them there I was out of luck. The tire had about 5 pounds in it when I finally made it to a place to get air. I grew up in Republic, always heard nice things but I didn't see it. What a shame I was willing to give them my repair business.

Called for an appt and arrived one week early! They were able to work me in with no issues, did an excellent job troubleshooting my issue, provided me a very competitive price for repairs with an accurate diagnosis, completed work in a timely and professional manner with in depth details of what they did for my issue. Saved me a lot of money from a quoted competitor. Are they my go to source for automotive repair? Absolutely!

These guys are great. They get the work done fast and I really like their online system for viewing and approving estimates. I also know they aren't going to recommend something if I don't need it. I give this place 5 stars for everything fromthe excellent customer service given by the darling girls in the office, to the guys that do the work on my car-never met them, but I liked how well my car ran after they fixed it.The girls up front explain what needs to be fixed & why it s important-in a way that I can understand it. If I can t get it all in one visit, they divide it up making sure the most important thing gets taken care of first.They re honest & hardworking & it s wonderful peace of mind to know I won t be ripped off by some fast talking shop owner like I have in the past. Owner was very nice and helped me financially because I was unaware of the assessment fee so very thankful for that but after the repair when I went to pick up my car it was making a squeaking noise and the mechanic looked at it again and said that squeaking is a "new problem" but the car was never having that issue until they worked on it. So they wouldn't look at it unless I paid the assessment fee again even though it was fine until they worked on it. After driving it for a week there's more issues now after they worked on it.

Went in with trailer tire going down. They repaired tire. When I pay it s $38.05 . I ask it that s the right charge? It is. I think that is way too much to repair a flat! Better ask before you let them fix. Didn t have that option or I would have went somewhere else.Service: TiresService: Tires
