New Manager: she is Fantastic. Had a 10a.m.appoiontment oil change got there at 9.50 and left at 10.30 Took care of me and my problem with no hesitation Thank You.And Steven the teach was so respectful and he cared and just 24 Steven needs some Praise and a Raise.Thank You All.

Horrible experience, three hour wait with an appointment. Couldn't figure out my work order. Not even sure I was charged properly.

I brought my truck in for an oil change. I never had an oil leak before, but now I have a massive oil leak and a massive oil stain on my driveway. 5 days after the oil change my "oil level low" warning light came on and it took 2 quarts of oil to get it back onto the dipstick. Meaning I've lost over 2 quarts of oil in a matter of 5 days.This is Unacceptable.***edit**** they did make everything OK after I went back. The refunded my oil change along with the cost of oil I had to purchase over the weekend. They original messed up majorly, but went above and beyond to remedy the situation.Service: Oil change

Had appointment at 6 for 2 tires. Wrong tires and had us down for 4. 2.5 hours later finally done at 8:30. Half hour faster than Nixa for same # of tires. 2 stars

Gonna give this Walmart auto center 5 stars. It was Christmas eve, I had a flat and it was zero degrees outside yet these people were upbeat, extremely friendly, prompt and thorough. So many were mad in many stores because someone didn't show up and they had to work the holiday. Same thing happened here but a real comeraderi in this crew made things go smooth with no hint of anyone in anything but a good mood. I really was relieved not to have people mad because they had to work an unexpected shift on a holiday and then not pay attention to their job... especially when it's my car they're working on. They were just so pleasant to have a bad car day with age I appreciate them all.

I called and asked if they were busy for oil changes they said no. I show up and no one is there they are working on a car still and people are standing around I waited for an hour without anyone coming up to me to help me at all they just looked and starred at me the whole time.

Will never go their again waited 3 hrs and 2 check in before they told me the tire I had bought was not the one that needed

Didn t reset oil change light, rotated tires and 2 of the center caps were installed incorrectly. All 4 tire pressures were 5 pounds different . Wheels were not properly balanced.Go elsewhere and save yourself a headacheService: Tires

Update-Went in for an oil change. I'm not a fan of most things "Wal-Mart" but most local oil change spots are booked out for days. Wal-Mart doesn't do the bigger maintenance/ repair jobs so they can keep things moving a little better... sometimes. ( See original review below)Today they were quick. The staff was friendly even while dealing with a difficult customer ahead of me. They were quicker than estimated, all good.One thing- they use to take a hand held device, scan your car, ask a couple questions and that's it, you're checked in.Now you have to go in and answer tons of questions and offers. This takes too long and bottle necks the process. I just want an oil change. I'm not buying a house!But overall, not bad. Which "not bad" is great considering it's Wal-Mart. LolOriginal review-Staff was friendly but that wasn't helping the mood in the automotive dept. today.I was just getting a battery but with only one certified oil mechanic, the wait was over 2 hours!Other customers were not happy. Which, seeing 4 people standing inside while 1 guy was doing oil changes would be frustrating.I decided to just get my battery to go and changed it myself rather than wait.

I bought a set of tires last year from Walmart in Republic. With the purchase of the tires a guarantee to fix flats and rotate the tires at no charge. Since purchasing the tires I have had two tires fixed at no charge. I will give them the fifth star when I get the tires rotated. The employees in the automotive section are very polite and helpful. It is a very rare occasion in the retail business when a guarantee is actually honored 100 percent!

The good:Have done many oil changes in the past. If you are willing to wait, their price is very reasonable.The Bad:But, it seems it has a lack of good management. Went to get oil changed in my Toyota, and they told me they broke the tool to change oil on the Toyota. I guess no one bothered to buy another tool. How hard is this? You break a tool, you get another one. Its Walmart, for petes sake. You can't buy another tool when yours broke?Then I went to the Walmart on Sunshine and Kansas Expressway. They told me they lost the tool for the Toyota. Unbelievable...I left and went to a regular oil change place that has all the tools. Frustrating.Another frustrating experience besides this one:In the past, I went to get an inspection at Republic Walmart, and they couldn't do it because the ONE guy who does inspections, quit.So, if all is going well there, you will be fine to use their services.

Slow, slow, slow. No staff supervision. I understand if there are cars ahead of you, but when your vehicle is pulled in for a couple of tires to be replaced and you see the teenager standing next to it doing nothing repeatedly and it takes an hour and 45 minutes for those tires to be swapped, ridiculous.

Fast and Friendly service as always. Got my new tires put on before time was quoted to me. The Associates at Walmart are much appreciated and are ahead of the rest in the retail business!

This place is garbage. Horrible customer service. I wouldn't even let them change my tires after I seen the crapp quality of the employees there. Walked in and stood at the counter, seen the idiots that were supposed to be doing something besides picking each others nose and decided right then and there I was going some where else even if it cost more.

9:30 am no one in both tire lanes. "Uhhh it will be hour and a half to 2 hours before we get to your vehicle." Oh man, looks like you're really busy since no one is here.
