I came in to purchase a light that had went out in my Civic, but were unable to change it due to the difficulty. However, Luke noticed my battery box was loose and tightened it for me. Amazing customer service. I will definitely be back.

Went in today (June 17) around 530pm or so to try to figure out what fuse went out in my car that was effecting the door locks and air conditioning. They were not busy. I asked if they could help me figure it out. The youngest employee (17-20?) said you just have to pull each fuse out one at a time. I asked "Isnt there something online you can look up?" He said No. He did not offer to help with anything. He was worthless. A customer followed me out and tried to help by making different suggestions. I ended up going across the street to Auto Zone. They were awesome. They came out and helped me try to figure it out. They ended up looking it up on their computer, and trying different fuses and relays.

I ordered a part at about 1pm they had it to the store by 4:30pm! That is amazing & I really appreciate it.Not only did I get it fast it was the right part which doesn't always happen.Several of the guys in that store need an attitude check! They seem to hate life!

I went in to see why my check engine light came on in my f350. They said they couldn't get in the truck due to covid. No worries. I asked him if he could tell me where to plug the scanner in and he couldn't. So I went to auto Zone. They scanned it for me and got me the parts I needed.

Friendly Staff and Busy w customers.Clean store, Co-Vivid guidelines being followed, wide isles for shopping.Needed Replacement cargo wiper blade. Female sales associate helped w purchase and installed wiper blade for me. THANKS you All!

Some location I don't think should be in places but the republic location is fantastic . Joe and trent they are some guys that will make sure you get the right parts they deserve each for both of them . But in all the republic team makes O'REILLY thumbs up . And go and say hello to them and see if they can help you also .. thumbs up all the way

These guys helped me find what i needed to fix my.license plate holder thingy. All i did was walk in. They were super busy but i needsd my plates put on the van before i could drive it anywhere else. So anyway.. i walk in and everyones helping people at the counter but one of em looks my way and greeted me. Immediately upon setting foot in this store. Then they asked if i needed help to which i did and the guy went out to my van to see what we needed after he finished his counter deal. Then we went back in and he loaned me a screwdriver for 5 mins to put my plates on so i didnt have to buy one!

Service ok needed a t25 torx bit none on shelf just needed it to remove a fan from my home ac unit 1st try screw came out second screw tool snapped in half and flew in my backyard watch your eyes!! Went back to ask for correct tool counter man pulled a bunch of rusted junk tools out of a bag and asked me if they would work... told him I would go across the street to AutoZone..a handicapped AutoZone employee helped me 12.99 later I'm happy

Wal-Mart has better customer service. This store has the best China parts money can buy make sure you save the recipe you are going to get good at replacing those life time warr. parts

Helpful staff. They took my used oil for recycling. They didn't have the halogen version of my light bulb, but they did have at least one that fit my vehicle.

If I could give a 0 or -10 I would. Cold rainy night, my husband is dying from Malignant Melanoma, likely NOT to make it through the weekend. I nursed my Ford Explorer home to Republic with an alternator problem. Got my Crown Vic out of the garage and there is a puddle of oil under it. ( Just had the oil & filter changed at Republic Ford, after asking them to check for a leak. GOOD job Republic Ford. I digress. I put a quart in the car to run to Oreillys to get more. 2 men working, no one else in the store. I am 62 and look 80 right now. I explained what happened and bought 3 quarts of oil. had the hood up on car, the one man said do you need to borrow a funnel, thanks I said , yes. I had paper towels. I went out with my flashlight and am obviously struggling in the rain and cold wind. I put in 2 quarts and cleaned up their funnel. Just then a truck pulled in the lot. 2 GENTLEMEN jumped out and said "Maam, do you need help, let us help" I said thanks but I just finished. As I was about to close the hood 1 gentleman said, hold on you forgot to put your cap back on. He did it for me. I took the funnel back inside and thanked the 2 employees for NOTHING!!!!!! I will NEVER spend another dime at Oreilly's. And to think that is where I just bought the battery for the Explorer $125.00 plus, less than 2 months ago. SHAME ON YOU 2 employees, you actually lost a $100.00 tip if you would have had the circular appendages below the waist to offer to help me. A huge thank you to the 2 GENTLEMEN that did offer help. It's very handy being right off the main road and easy to spot. However, the turn into the place is a little bit tricky due to it's on the east side of the road. Just be careful!

They usually have good parts. Every now and then you will have to go to one of the dealerships to pick the parts up. But normally pretty good!

Normally I have a good experience here, but not today. I had a battery issue on my dad's van. They insisted I shut it off even though I informed them it wouldn't restart. Then it wouldn't restart. Getting help to jump start it was an act of God I guess.
