A little update with this vehicle. I purchased a Malibu 04/25/2019. I ve been handling some stuff recently, paperwork, and it has been regarding some feelings towards what took place with a few unprofessional events that took place over the course of at least 12-14 months, minimum.First, was the help with the Extended Coverage and getting reimbursed through the $1,800 coverage that was needed at the time of purchase. We couldn t get any response, no information, no copies of our contracts just false information. All after being told to spend $450 bucks out of my pocket at THEIR shop next door, and she will make sure to get me the information from my contract to get reimbursed ASAP. Yeah, still waiting The worst of it was, we waiting almost TWO (2) YEARS TO GET OUR F****** TITLE FROM THEM TO GET OUR TAXES TAKEN CARE OF. It was always, on the way, or just never a response to an email or never a freaking call when it got in. Then the fact that we were then blamed that we didn t get it sooner. We were all over them for it for OVER 700 days. Nothing. Unprofessional.All of this after she asked for an additional $1,000 for a down payment AFTER we drove an hour to get there at 8 AM the morning to buy the vehicle. Instead of a heads up on the way in. That should have been the Red Flag that sent my on my way.But, to be fair, the car still runs, beautifully. Luckily I spent my own money and was coerced into spending it at their shop, and was never paid back. Not to mention the fees of penalties.But hey, it is what it is.

I really love our 2012 Cadi we bought from Downtown Motors! Joanna was very nice and she had a nice selection of vehicles to choose from. The only thing that was discouraging was they couldn t find the other fob to the Cadi and would not supply us a new one. But I would still refer Downtown Motors to my friends!

I never post negative reviews and I contemplated making this review since day 3. Paid $3k over value price for a car w 155k miles on it, found out their was cracks on the windshield that I didn t notice until after purchase, passenger window didn t roll up, dash lights that light up if something is wrong are all dead. Should ve checked Fuel Economy for value price before buying but was desperate for a car and it had 4WD. Even asked if there was anything wrong with it and they said No . Asked about lowering the price and they said this was the best deal you can find. Cant wait to pay it off and sell it for $2k bc w everything that is wrong that s probably what it s really worth. I regret buying this car that I ve had for 4 months caused me more trouble than my car that was 6 years older than my current one that I bought from here and I had my old one for over 2 years before I had my car accident (not my fault). Better off going somewhere else.

I have never had an easier car buying experience. Bridget and JoAnn provided a "No Pressure" sales environment and excellent customer service. Loved that they were able to pre-approve me so I knew exactly what vehicles to look at. The finance company they use incorporates a 2 year/24,000 mile warranty and GAP insurance into the contract. These extra benefits were explained in detail to me before I purchased my vehicle. I highly recommend this car company to anyone wanting to purchase a quality used vehicle at a fair market price.

Pretty disappointed. Purchased two cars. First one was decent, but the seconds air went out and the check engine light was on. They said they would pay to have it fixed. So, continued to have it financed. Once they got paid, didn t pay for anything to get fixed. Contacted them multiple times, was ignored each time.
