In the store around 9AM on Sunday April 14th. I really appreciate the customer service both of the men gave on such a small purchase. You don't get that service every where you go.

Draken was Awesome. I was in your Republic store today for a gas cap. He went above and beyond to help me. He even went outside to my car with a tool to install it. His kindness with me and other people he was helping,will bring us all back. He was Multi tasking "No one does that any more." Thank you Draken I will definitely be back. Your a true gentlemanVicki

Just received the best customer experience and service here at the store in Republic, Missouri. Les and his team provided great service from the moment I walked in the door. The Store Manager, Les, dropped what he was doing and installed my car battery. they are proud to honor local Veterans and service members with a respectable 10% discount too!I highly recommend paying Les and Co. a visit the next time you are searching for a local auto parts professional staff!

I love Auto Zone! The workers are always so helpful! I wish I could remember the guys name. He came out to my car and checked my brake lights and blinkers to make sure they were working. He didn t mind one bit!

Huge shout out to David G. at AutoZone here in Republic! He was so friendly and such a help when it came to replacing our battery in our car. He walked us through every step of the process and made sure we got the battery we needed. He even helped install it. Really cool guy!

We went there for brake parts for my son's pickup and the service was excellent and we got everything we needed and prices are very reasonable note we went to O'Reilly auto first in Clever Mo and service sucked and they did not have everything we needed

Let me start off by saying that I work at an Autozone 30 miles from this location. I just happened to be in town and my car won't start. I figure out there is a break in the cable from my battery to my starter. No problem easy fix, except I don't have a cable or any tools in my car. Called the store and Devin answered I told him my dilemma and asked it it would be possible to borrow some tools. He said it would be a problem. I walk down there and talk to Robert and ask if I can just use a computer to get the information I need and use their phone to call my store to ask them a quick question. He of course said no problem. They were helpful and very nice guys. I know alot of other places where they are rude to employees of sister stores but I was very grateful they were very helpful!

Auto Zone is ok, I don't go there much. I went there to get some paint that the app said they have in stock at that store. I couldn't find it on the shelf, so I looked it up again. It still showed "in stock" fir the brand and color.I asked an employee and he looked it up on the computer, they did not have the color I needed. I showed him the app and he said "yeah, that happens a lot, sorry."This isn't the first time it's happened to me either.So there's that.

I had a hard to find item. The man at the counter did a fantastic job trying to help but was struggling. Before I knew it three more guys had stepped over and was helping out. Three people on their computers and the fourth on asking me info. You can't get anywhere close to that kind of help from the other guys. My compliments to your Republic Mo store

Recieved outstanding customer service today from the manager Nick. I needed a new battery today for my car and there was a slight hiccup with my warranty and Nick went above and beyond to make things good. He even personally installed it in this frigid 0� weather. Again thanks Nick, I hope corporate recognizes that you are an asset to the company.Best Regards.

Brian saved the day! We were pulling our camper today and the truck battery died on us. Brian was friendly and promptly replaced the battery and verified we did not have an alternator issue.We are back on the road (in under 1/2 hour)!Thank you Brian!! We really appreciate you!!

I visited the Republic Autozone a few minutes ago and was helped by Chris. My car was overheating and I was panicked about what to do. Chris got me the right coolant product and came out to my car to assist in making sure I didn't have any trouble with getting it into the car. He gave me valuable information about my vehicle and what to do next. It may be his job and just another day at the office but I really appreciate that he was so gracious and kind with helping me and I go there because its the service that they give that matters to me. I believe their names were Dom and Nick. Awesome guys!! My family and I broke down in Branson I pulled over at a un-named auto place and bought a battery n alternator. But they wouldn t loan me tools to change alternator. So I was hoping that battery would last an hour n half drive. But it didn t. I was able to pull in at Autozone in republic and those guys loan me tools, held flash lights and give me a jump!! High 5 to those guys!! Thank you very much!!!

Auto Zone is the only place I will go for parts! They are always friendly, helpful, and very knowledgeable. The prices are competitive with other parts stores and they always make me feel like my business is appreciated. Oreilly ripped me off several years ago and I will never go back.

The employees here are super nice and very smart. I had a horrible time doing rear brakes on my elantra, the staff here took there time with me and made sure i was all set up. BEST PARTS STORE IN TOWN!!!! Thanks again guys!

On the 19th at about 6 PM I went in the first time because I bought something to pop out a dent and it wasn t even making sunction. I spoke to the clerk to see if I was doing it wrong and he explained to me it was just too big of a dent and he asked me if I wanted to refund it. I explained to him the manager the night before said it was nonrefundable and he said he had no idea why it wouldn t be refundable and he would ask the manager real fast. The manager was nice enough to return it even though I wasn t expecting them to so I bought another item from them that was more expensive since they were nice enough to return it however whenever I figured out that item wasn t working correctly due to my stick shift being a different kind I went back up there to ask a question about it and see if I could exchange it and if not I wanted to ask advice to see if I could still make it work somehow but instead he immediately assumed I was trying to return it and was extremely extremely rude about it. All he had to do was tell me he could not return it Which would have been perfectly fine I just needed advice on something with the item but he was so rude about it that I didn t even ask him I just left. normally I go there instead of O Reillys because I am constantly working on cars so over the last couple years I have spent thousands at that store but now that I was treated so rudely I will be going to O Reillys for now on. All he had to say was unfortunately we cannot return this item and then I would ve just asked for advice I was also planning To come up the next day and do a complete tuneup on my car spending a couple hundred dollars but it looks like O Reilly s will get my business on that one. Usually AutoZone is really great so it s quite unfortunate.

They sent my car through a system check without charging like alot of places will. They have all your auto needs and will help you find it if you can't. Friendly people to women, they don't look down on us thinking we don't know anything about our car!
