I have nothing but amazing things to say about the team at JWM, called first thing this morning needing some work done to our boat trailer so we could get home. These guy absolutely went above and beyond, tore apart the trailer and even fixed issues that other people couldn t. The worst experience on my 2000 jeep iv ever had ,said he could get at it in 2 weeks had it for 6 months, lied to me what the problem was charged me 3000,dollars an said he fixed the problem it was worse he didn't !!! Verified by another business an had to put new engine it.so I'm out 3 grand cause of it !

I've been going to JWM for years to get my windows tinted. They do an amazing job!! Never once has the tint bubbled or started to peel off. I couldn't be happier with their work!!

You need it? They have it. Hooked me up with some new steps that only took 2 days to come in, and set me up with a customized topper that fits in a bed with a fuel tank! Personable service at excellent pricing.

I wish there were more people like Bill in this world! Iam very lucky to have car trouble and be near JWM and Bill. I was first refered to Bill 3 years ago while on vacation at TRL. A strut spring snapped while we were leaving to go home to STL. Karen and Steve, the Hideaway resort owners put us up for the extra night (thank you!) and helped us get our truck to Bill. Knowing the urgency of us needing to get back home to our jobs, Bill fixed our truck and got us on the road the next day! (It was a holiday, everyone was closed) Believe me between my own experience and seeing him interact with other customers while I was waiting, you will not find a more honest, caring and knowledgeable mechanic! 3 years later and we again had car trouble while on vacation... Bill was the only person I thought of and would trust to get me fixed right so I could get me and my family back home safely. Over the next couple of days he helped diagnose and fix all the possible issues I was having. There were a few... We are now home save and on time! I even lined him up for a timing job in the near future for my Ford F150. Yes, I will be making a special trip, driving 4 hours only to have him do it!! Plus, it will be an excuse for me to have a few more days of fishing...Thank you Bill!

My grandma has always been huge on saying that s a God thing. We we re headed to the lake, Brian, the boys, my parents, my niece, and myself. My parents were following us and called and said our trailer was smoking. We pulled off fixed it and kept going, pulled off in a bank parking lot in highlandville to check. It wasn t fixed. A gentleman by the name of Larry Milsap got out of his truck and tried helping. He just so happened to be meeting Bill owner of JWM trailers in that same parking lot. Bill was headed to marshfield to help another customer and was on a time crunch. When he realized our bearings were completely shot, he immediately grabbed the parts out of his truck and started fixing our trailer. Said he couldn t leave us hanging. He was late to his originally planned appointment. Larry stayed with us the entire time. We talked small, we talked church, we talked jobs. All while Bill worked on our trailer on hot asphalt not complaining once. Told us to go enjoy our day on the lake, drop the boat and trailer off so he could finish it and sent us on our way. Y all, coincidence, right timing, A GOD THING. These two gentlemen saved the day. I will forever recommend JWM trailers. Larry and Bill, you ve truly touched our hearts today.1 Peter 5:2Care for the flock that God has entrusted to you. Watch over it willingly, not grudgingly not for what you will get out of it, but because you are eager to serve God.

These guys are BADASS!!! Dropped my trailer off without an appointment on wednesday. They put 2 new axles, new suspension, new wheels and tires, and wiring, and had it ready on friday. Highly recommended!

Bill and his service staff do everything to identify and repair even the most unusual auto problems, and make every attempt to do so at the least cost to the customer. As a female with an older car, I value that I am treated as an intelligent individual, and can trust that all the repairs recommended are necessary and done at the least expense to me.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, A/C installation & repair

My mom was visiting from Oklahoma and had a gas leak. He asked when she was leaving, and it was the next day. He advised her no way, she should drive home. He took a car off the lift and made time to squeeze her in. Thank you so much for keeping my mom safe, even when you didn't really have time.

Excellent job done at JWM. Installed front and rear stabilizer bars on our Motorhome. No problems with 18 wheelers anymore. Also installed an inverter. Bill was professional, courteous, and great. We have been looking for someone who could set our vehicle up for towing behind a motorhome, after weeks of asking around we got the name JWM. Even though he was backed up about 3 weeks, he got the necessary items, fit us in and got the work done in time for our trip. Bill even got out the owners manual and outlined what we needed to do to to set the vehicle in tow mode. We did a trial hook up and realized there was an 8 inch difference between the motorhome and tow vehicle. Bill immediately ordered us a drop hitch receiver and got it in time for our trip. I would recommend JWM Trailer Sales to anyone.

I was on my way to Table Rock Lake for Labor Day weekend and had catastrophic damage to a hub/rotor from a sticking caliper. The gentleman at the shop stayed almost 45 min after closing to wait and give us a new part that I needed to get back on the road. I can't imagine there are a lot of shops that do that still. At least not in the bigger cities where we were coming from. I highly recommend this shop and will keep their number in my phone for the future.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Brakes

Excellent service! We were in town from St. Louis for the weekend and had a bad caliper on our trailer, causing the brakes to drag and hubs to get very hot. Got the trailer in there Monday morning and we were on our way home that same day. The owner and his guys were all very friendly and helpful, and saved the day for us!

We were on vacation at Table Rock Lake over the July 4th week and had a trailer problem. I called around and JWM was the only place that would look at it during the time we were going to be there. Bill diagnosed the problem, and was able to fix it in time for us to leave on schedule. I would advise anyone who is in the area and has a problem to give Bill a call. Pulled great, got home safe, thanks again Bill!

Bill was great he helped me with my boat trailer when nobody else could . Bill and his team are so knowledgeable and honest . My vacation was a nightmare with my boat trailer bearing and other issues failing ,but I must say JWM made things a lot better got me in and out so I could go boating . Stopped jobs to do mine . If could give 10 stars I would . Top notch business and ppl . One last thing I forgot to mention Bill even called me on my way home on a Sunday to make sure everything was ok . You don t get that kinda service from anybody ppl . Thanks JWM

Did a great job at a reasonable price. On a double axle trailer. Fixed bow stand, cross beam, and added spare tire. Looks great. Very friendly and accommodating.

I was heading from Branson to St. Louis and my hub on my trailer went out. I stopped at multiple places before I was told to try Jwm, I pulled in there and was greeted by many employees and they were all nice. They came out and took a look at my odd trailer hub and knew exactly what it was! Knowing I was in a hurry they had me pull my trailer into the shop and immediately got to work, within the hour I was all fixed up and back on my way home! I have never been to a shop where they would drop everything they were doin to take care of me! If you ever have a problem in the Branson area I would go no where else but JWM. These are some good people who are very very knowledgeable!
