Woke up to a flat tire before work. Happy Monday to me. Made my way to Telle tires. Great customer service, quick service and good pricing. Turns out my tire had three nails in it.

It was super easy to make an appointment they were very friendly. I even got a reminder text the day before. any rides they were prompt, courteous, got us in and out. I highly recommend them, and I will definitely be returning.

Long story short, if a mechanic is going to require a repair, or fail a vehicle on inspection, then they should be able to give you an explanation. When I asked for an explanation, the person held up their phone and verbally googled the problem instead of explaining to me what the actual issue was. When I went to what appeared to be a supervisor, he just said that the other guy was trained, ask him.Clean waiting room, friendly staff, but I would be wary.

I took my vehicle in thinking I needed a new alternator.Larry called me back only an hour after dropping off. He was honest letting me know it was only the battery. Larry helped me find a cheap battery and installed. All for the low price of diagnostics and labor.This was a life saver being the day after Christmas.THANK YOU, LARRY AT SCI-TECH!

Have used this business twice and very happy with all aspects, integrity, service, quality of work, honoring warranty. Had my starter replaced in July & asked them to look into my A/C issue. Recharged the system and added a dye to see where leak was. A month later, no A/C, they got me in fixed the problem and recharged my system a second time. Great customer service and stays in contact. Highly recommend!!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, General repairs & maintenance, Auto A/C recharge, A/C installation & repair

Had an issue with my Jeep patriot not wanting to start. Found Sci-tech from my AAA recommendations. Great crew working on the cars. The guy working the front end was able to answer my questions and the owner was kind enough to run me back home since my repair would take a few hours.Over all a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend them over any other mechanics I have found in the Raytown area!Thanks for the help!Services: Electrical repair, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

$3k was the estimate to bring the van up to inspection level. went to another inspection and they said all i needed was a flex extension for the muffler >> cost of $280. why would i pay $3k for a van that isn't worth $2k?

Called Thur, got appt for Fri: alignment on 2500 HD 4dr long bed; most shop can't handle that big; Switch CAN........FRIENDLY folks thru out. Excellent work !Timely. Value.They are busy because they are Good.....Kudos!!!!Thanx Guys.....

They were highly recommended. From the phone call inquiring about service and costs the staff was very professional and courteous. I was extremely pleased to know there was next day availability. They called to keep me informed of what was being done and to also suggest additional repairs. My vehicle was promised to be done early and rest assured it was. I received a text and a phone call letting me know the service was complete. I would definitely return if need be. My rating would be 10-stars.Services: Tires, Wheel alignment

Sci tech always does an excellent job. I have had my 2004 Toyota Avalon serviced and repaired there for about 15 years and have always been a satisfied customer. John and the mechanics do an excellent job and are very knowledgeable and professional. Third time having one of my vehicles serviced here. Employees are friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. Work is completed in a timely manner and prices are very reasonable. While I was waiting for my vehicle I could tell that most of the customers that were bringing their cars in to be worked on were long time customers. They knew the staff and were treated like family.Is my Auto Repair Shop. Highly Recommend!Service: Oil change

Wish I could do zero starts!! I worked with Larry and Cody This guy Larry has the smartest mouth EVER! My car was sitting for 2 days just waiting for them to make a simple call to the adjuster. Cody let me know that I was next on the list for them to call and I never got a call back. So the following morning the adjuster told me they still had no communication. I called back to sco tech and spoke with Larry explaining to him that I'm in no rush to get it fixed but I wanna make sure they are paid so I really need them to contact the adjuster with a simple call. I also ask him for an estimate on how long it would take for him to call the adjuster so that I can keep my job updated. The man had no empathy what so ever he told me "If you gone keep calling you can just come get ya car" and hung up in my face. I explained to him that I was told by Cody that it was gonna be done yesterday so I'm assuming it was already done and I'm just calling for an update he said "well ur not special and not the only car we have"Well duuuhhh that's unprofessional and could have been left out dealing with a customer. But thanks to Henry's in raytown my car is sitting waiting to be fixed Friday but they are very respectful and nice and I don't mind paying them the same $1100 just off of the pleasant experience

This shop quoted me a price of $250 to purchase and install a battery. After sitting there for 30 minutes they came back and said they quoted me wrong and that the charge would actually be closer to $400. What a con??? I politely took my vehicle down the street to Ford and got the battery and installation for $238. Ladies beware of shops like this that prey on those who they believe to be desperate or foolish. As I was walking out another lady was in the lobby complaining about being overcharged $70. Guess that s their M.O. Definitely dodged a billet skipping that service.They also denied a military discount to a customer even though the site that referred me to then list it as an offering. Just shady all around!

I'd stopped in for a quote 1st. I thought it sounded too good to be true! I price ch3cked around, even at the Dealership. I dropped Gus off yesterday before 12. Yes, that's the Quest's name. They text alerted me for everything which was impressive. What's more impressive is that I thought it would take up to a day and a half, he was ready in under 3 hour's! It wasn't even a rush and move to the next job. His AC hasn't EVER blown this cold! In fairness, Gus was purchased used. I called them to compliment his incredibly impressive AC. Whati wish is more people called places to compliment them on work well done. This is not the 1stplace that's thanked me for complimenting them. When businesses perform their job well and you're happy take the time to show Gratitude. I paid them to fix him and it exceeded my hope's and they earned the compliments and shouldn't have to thank me for for thanking them.

This place is awesome and really help me out in a pinch! (Went to Ford down the street and was lied to and ripped off.) Came here right after and they got me in right away (they were super busy too) and only took an hour to get everything done on my work van. I ve been here previously with body damage and they saved my truck then too, that was 2 years ago and my truck is doing great! Really grateful for this place and will probably only be coming here from now on for my vehicles since other places are sketchy and will charge you double. I m a plumber and need my van to work and they got me going right away and were so easy to get a hold of and talk to, THANK YOU!!! 100% recommend this place!

I was told that I had to have brake pads replaced that was gonna be over 500.00 for fronts and rear and oil change. I dropped my car off got a phone call with great news no need to do brakes when they are good. This place could have made money off me yet they were honest and very helpful with me that's hard to find in this day and time. They put in a new starter and battery for me. Their prices are reasonable. They fixed my air conditioning last year and it still works! This, after the dealership tried to fix it twice for which they charged me an arm and a leg, and only worked for a few months!

I took my 2010 f150 in with engine issues. They were upfront and honest about what was going on with my truck. I knew based on my own research what was going on and is outside of my skill base. My regular mechanic said it was outside of his skills as well.Sci tech said they could do the repair but doing the repair was a coin flip on if it would actually fix the issue. I was glad that they were honest with me instead of just taking my money.I will use them again in the future for areas outside of my skill base. I recommend them for someone who is needing work done as they were straight forward and honest. They are not out to make a quick buck!Services: Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

To be honest I use to kick myself if I didn't choose SciTech first.. Because I know the quality parts choosing is good and work is efficient. They brought a dead truck of mine back to life. And I've been shade treed by a couple shops like everyone else. These guys are professional- despite having to wait a week, they found the right parts to fix my truck and were very upfront with their pricing.
