It took a week between calling and availability for an appointment. And now it s been a week since they came out to inspect my garage door and I still have not received an estimate! I called three time to check on the estimate and each time they said tomorrow. I called a different local company and they took one day to come out and provided an estimate on the spot. Will be taking business elsewhere.

Brandon came out and took extra time to program my vehicles to existing doors other than the one door he installed. he heard existing doors making a little noise and took initiative to lubricate them for me. Everyone from the office staff to the installer was pleasure to work with.

I don't remember all the names but David was the man I first talked to and was on site to fix a poorly installed operator that lifts a 14x18 industrial type door. It was self destructing. Also with him was "the father and son (ex Marine !!!)". The father did a fantastic job of remounting the operator and rewiring it, and the son did a factory like job of installing a special weatherstripping to the door exterior to keep water out of the unit. I am very pleased with all the work and in fact will have them replace my residential garage doors next. You will not be disappointed if you use Superior for anything.

Just received seven star service, AGAIN! Always fast, dependable and fairly priced. Today, Brandon helped us and went above and beyond in several areas. He tries hard to solve difficult problems and his knowledge and experience help him to provide budget friendly long term solutions. We've relied on Superior Door for decades -- their technicians, AND those who take our calls, have always been super helpful and genuine, and today Brandon rocked! I would highly recommend Superior Door Service to my friends and family.

Brandon came out from Raytown to Lawrence and promptly fixed my door. He entered some codes and lubricated it. He said it sounded quiet and was in good shape and no additional repairs needed. He was very friendly, efficient and asked me about any other problems I may have with the door. Highly recommended!

I'm a pro mechanic, but I couldn't fix my garage door. Superior Door sent out a dude who fixed it in no time. This was my 5thcall to them on different doors, they are great!

The Superior door service has an exceptional staff and service technician. Lance came out to the house and carefully inspected the two openers and was able to repair both openers rather than replace each. He was a true professional service repair person. I would highly recommend this company to anyone in need of garage door service.

This is the first time I have used Superior Door Service Company. We had a squirrel that got trapped in our garage, and trying to get out, it ripped out an electrical component to our garage doors making them non functional. I called to set up an appointment and talked with McKayla. The service was fantastic! Working full time, and long hours, it is difficult to find a service these days that will work with your schedule. The service man arrived on time, was friendly, and fixed the problem quickly/efficiently. I will definitely use Superior Door again, and highly recommend this company. I give this company a big 5 stars!

From start to finish this whole process was incredible. We were given all of our options for a new garage door and chose the one that was perfect for our house. We just had the door installed today and the guys were awesome. Very efficient and courteous! They got the job finished pretty quickly and now my family and I have an amazing garage door! I high recommend Superior Door.

Our garage door open was on the fritz and we finally called Superior to come out and replace it. We've worked with them before and they always exceed expectations and this experience was no different. They were able to get us in quickly and Zach, our technician, was great. He installed a keypad opener for us and after trying to set it up with our other garage door opener found a security issue. He was able to shift his schedule to get the other opener replaced as well. I love knowing our home is now secure and much safer with the new openers. Thanks Superior Door!

I had Superior Door Service install a new garage door and opener in my home. The cost was much less compared to other estimates I received and the quality of the door is excellent. The technicians took the old door, rails, springs, etc and cleaned up after themselves once the installation was complete. This is the 2nd time I've used this company and I can't recommend them enough.

I highly recommend this company. We had a garage door that was not opening and closing properly. We called and they sent Brandon out to fix it. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend him to anyone.

Great service! Kevin came out and gave me an estimate for a couple of different doors. After I decided which one I wanted, they immediately got the order placed. Once my door came in, they worked around my schedule for the installation date. On the day of installation, Terry arrived promptly. He was very friendly and worked quickly. Once the install was completed, he reviewed everything with me and gave me preventive maintenance tips to extend the life of my door. Prior to leaving he made sure all trash and debris had been cleaned up. This company and it's employees made buying a new garage door a pleasant experience. I will recommend them to everyone!

Great service and very professional. I spoke with Mike to schedule a repair on my garage door and he had somebody there the same day. My wife received a call before the visit to tell her when the technician would arrive and that he would be driving a company truck and wearing a company uniform. The work was done quickly and the door now works better than before. I would highly recommend working with Superior Door Service.

I had been having problems with getting my garage door to open for almost 3 years. Superior's techs were the only ones who were able to properly and efficiently diagnose and fix the problem at a reasonable cost. They are professional, courteous and very knowledgeable. I will be calling them for all of our garage door service needs in the future. I highly recommend Superior Door Service!

Couldn't be happier! When they say "It's all in the name" they're not bragging, just simply stating fact! The technicians they had come out to my warehouse not only replaced the damaged panels and installed the safety edge as hired to do, they fixed the shoddy work performed by the initial overhead door company.

I would highly recommend Superior Door Service!!! I called this morning a little after 8 am, Melvin arrived at 9:07 am. I showed him a cable that I thought was broken. Melvin let me know at 9:50 am he was finished and that he also lived and tightened the bolts on my 3rd car garage door as well. No new parts needed all for their basic rate!!! Awesome!!!

I searched far and wide for a small garage door bracket that only Sears supplied online which I would've had to wait over a week to get which was beyond my scope of time. Dan @ Superior Garage Door was patient with me on our phone call and waited (still on the phone)to receive a picture through email to tell me if they had this rare bracket in stock. They had the bracket plus screws and showed so much support in my efforts to fix my garage door. My wife calls me her heroe!! Thank you Superior!!!

Really good experience. Gave me a detailed quote before th work was scheduled. Came on time. Terry was very pleasant, worked fast, and very clearly knew what he was doing. I had shopped around and Superior was able to save me quite a bit. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing work on a door opener or the doors themselves.

My garage door broke pretty badly, and I thought I'd have to invest a grand in a new door, but I called Superior Doors, and a really nice technician named Dave showed up, assessed the damage, and fixed it quickly. The whole thing only cost me $167 bucks, and Dave not only fixed what was broken, but tightened up everything so that now my garage door works way better than it did before it broke! Superior Door Service is THE place to go with garage door problems.

I had my door crashed by my car. I called Superior and within an hour Joe Rethford showed up at my home. He greeted me with a smile and was very polite and experienced with doors, he actually showed me on his ipad what my home would look like.The very next day they installed my door and I was very pleased. They did not hide pricing or overcharge me. Out of the 3 major door companies that came out that day, Superior was hands down the best and most honest. 1 company actually wanted to charge me for an estimate. Joe was a very pleasent person to deal with and the techs were clean cut and in uniform. Thank you Superior Door

So glad we called Superior Door. After a March Tornado our overhead garage doors were running really rough. Not certain what may be the problem we called Superior and after the Technician left, our doors were blessedly quiet. Thanks for the peace and quiet!

Called to make an appointment to repair our garage door opener and the gentleman who answered asked if I could go down to the unit and answer a few questions about it. Less than five minutes later, he had diagnosed and FIXED the problem over the phone!!! I will definitely call these folks back if and when I experience door opener problems in the future. Fantastic customer service and an honest reputable business. THANK YOU!!!

Needed a part for my garage door opener. They were very helpful in identifying the part and they had it waiting for me when I got there to pick it up. I had my garage door opener running within 15 minutes after returning home.

These guys did a great job and had the parts on the truck. Got the job done quick and for MUCH less that Overhead Door wanted to charge. Highly recommended!
