I don t think I ve ever been able to say I absolutely love an auto shop. Very honest hard working people here. Very satisfied with the work I got done and really appreciate Mike at the front who showed a lot of kindness and was very good at explaining things to me. Thank you R&L for all you do. Highly recommend!

Haven t had any repairs done just yet but I can tell you their customer service has been amazing every time I ve called. Very informative and helpful.

These guys do excellent work. They squeezed me in when they didn't have any availability for a wheel alignment. They also swapped out my tires for a reasonable rate.

I ve gone here for a while and they are great mechanics! I have always felt taken care of and any problems that come up during inspections are explained well. Their costs are reasonable and I highly recommend them.

Mike and Logan are absolutely wonderful! I am a travel Nursing Home Administrator. I had left my car at home in the elements for about 6 months. When I returned home for a week it wouldn't start. Mike and Logan made my car like new! My car needed a lot of help and I am so happy that I found R and L to help me. They are exemplary- in that they made sure that I was safe to travel to Indiana. No money can buy the confidence that Mike and Logan gave me for this trip. Called to ask a question and they talked with me for a good 10 minutes directing me on where to go for help instead of just trying to get my business. Exceptional customer service, I can only imagine that the work is even better!

I listed a few examples of what I want them to do and there would certainly be more if needed. I have known and dealt with them for over ten years. Very trustworthy and informative. I live about fifteen miles away and yet, I could drive two miles. R&L are honest people. One has to be cautious in an auto mechanic. Too many out there will take advantage of customers but, not here. I'm too old and broke down to do easy things these days but, I will always go to them for help and services. Logan and Mike are very wonderful people to work with. I took my car here to get my heat fixed here twice and my car still has no heat these guys are con artist don t take your care here never! Man I had other mechanics fix my car now I am right! They should me the part they took off they never should nothing? Like I said con artists! I guarantee you lost good customers for doing me wrong!

I cannot think of a better bunch of mechanics than these people. I am pretty particular as to who works on my autos and they have never failed to deliver. They are reasonably priced, but they do not cut corners. I would recommend them anytime.I am adding to my former review to add that when you need help they are there, and they will fix your auto trouble.I keep adding because they keep delivering the best servicing by the best servicemen. I had a last minute before Christmas issue and Logan and Mike were able to fix the problem. I cannot thank them enough.My last post as we are moving: my wife's car had an issue and R and L not only made time in their busy schedule--which I did not expect them to--they dealt with the issue, fixed it, and had the car ready before the end of the day. They are the very best.Believe it or not, one of the reasons I hesitated to move was I was not sure of where I could get excellent automobile care. But these guys are so very helpful, they are helping me find good places with qualified technicians. I am so blessed. We have been customers at R&L for the past 4-6 weeks, and we've been there more times than I would've liked during that time (they've seen all 3 of our vehicles). They have been shockingly quick to get us in and totally committed to solving troublesome issues that have taken DAYS to figure out. They have gone out of their way to get parts we needed and charged us less than they should have a couple of times. I am so grateful to have found this shop; I highly recommend them.The review above should've posted several years ago, but it's showing up for me to edit. I don't want it lost, so I'm just adding to it.The team at R&L continues to offer absolutely exemplary service and go above and beyond for us. I called this morning, and they got my work done today! When I arrived to pick up my car, I offered the card that I normally use at their shop, and that's how I learned that the credit card company is changing card numbers. Though they hadn't informed me or sent a new card, my current card is already inactive. My call to the company was fruitless, but Mike spent about 45 minutes helping get my issue resolved. I appreciate this shop so much and am happy to give them my business.

Awesome business. Quick and honest! That means something in the auto world. Got my car up and running in no time!! Thanks again. Definitely recommend.Saw these guys again! 110% everytime!! Tristen, Mike and Logan are very transparent, professional, and reliable. Their knowledge is extensive. Worked on my twin turbos with no shame to the game! Definitely recommend!

Been there a couple of times. My wife's car started having engine problems and they were able to diagnose it for a reasonable price and they let us know up front how much and how expensive the repair was going to be. We really appreciated their honesty and they didn't try to do any more testing than was necessary to figure out what was wrong with the car. The guys at the shop are very nice and helpful. They have always been able to work with my schedule and get me taken care of. I have a 1 ton diesel and they have the lifts capable of picking it up. The prices have always been very fair and the work has always been guaranteed! I would recommend these guys for any truck issue or car issue that could ever come up. Also they have been very fast with all my jobs.

I always bring my car to R & L Automotive. Logan and his crew are very friendly, polite, professional. They are usually able to work me in for an oil change (or anything else I need) same or next day, and the service is so fast! The team at R&l has been servicing my cars this last year since i don t have time to work on my vehicles with a career change. They ve done fantastic work every time. Recently I had an engine that jumped time. Logan was able to repair the engine at an affordable cost. I ll continue bringing my vehicles to these guys because I have a hard time trusting other people to touch my vehicles and they ve been incredible to me. Brought my new to me car to them after purchasing through Carvana. They got me in quickly and did a thorough inspection of it. The report back from them on what the felt while driving was incredibly precise and detailed. They performed a handful of jobs on the car and when I got it back it drove great! Scheduling routine maintenance with them to get the timing belt replaced as well as the valves adjusted. Complete trust in this shop!Services: General repairs, Oil change

If ur looking for a place with professionals who install your parts in your car then this is the place. I had a bad alternator and I bought a new one myself and tried to install it and I couldn t get it to come out and I took it to R and L automotive and the got it done in 1 day for a decent price and they were friendly!! I definitely recommend this place!Services: Electrical repair, Electrical

Mike was who waited on me told me if I had my car in by 830 it would be out by 11 he also failed my inspection stating I needed two hangers for my right muffler which had nothing to do with our original conversation never called me to get my car when it was done I had to just go physically to get my car ofcourse it was just sitting there done. I don t know if this was a race thing but I sure as hell did not appreciate the bull. Would not ever recommend this shop to anyone!!!Service: Electrical

This place is amazing. They bend over backwards to help. They are quick. They have done a great job on everything from an oil change to replacing our transmission. They always give us a heads up on things to watch for and never make us feel like we have to do anything right now. Pricing has always been really fair or better than we could find anywhere else.

Logan and Mike are absolutely friggin awesome !!!. They work with you on everything and don't leave you hanging or wondering like the bigger places. These guys and their mechanics do some real 100% quality work. They know what they're doing and will explain every little detail to you.I can't believe the very affordable experience I had with them. Instead of getting screwed at the dealership or chain shop. I'm just very happy and literally will not go anywhere else now.Thank you !!!!.

As I read the reviews, I wholeheartedly, agree as these guys are very sharp! They're very knowledgeable & get the job done efficiently & professionally. This shop has been very consistent. I've taken my Suburban, F150 and a 73 Lincoln Mark IV and we have work well together and they do great work that they stand behind. I'll be back in a few days for maintenance.

These guys are amazing. I've brought 4 vehicles here and every single time they have provided excellent service. I appreciate the fact that they also provide information on potential future issues without pressure to fix right away.They are knowledgeable and flexible with care and respect to ones needs and schedule. By far the best business I've had the pleasure of doing business with in Raytown.It is extremely rare to find mechanics that exceed my expectations. This group is legit.

They did phenomenal work! I usually do all my own car work but I've gotten too busy (and old) to lie on the driveway so I asked around. A friend recommended them so I decided to give them a try. I went in for a tune-up and motor mounts. I was nervous, but the owner Logan was super kind and helpful. A day later, I came to pick up my car and if was perfect! I would definitely recommend them for any problems you have!

We ve been taking our vehicles to R&L for several years and have had great service and experiences. They are always friendly, honest, and willing to squeeze an appointment in to their schedule. What I appreciate most is that they go the extra mile to make sure an issue is diagnosed and fixed properly and in the most cost effective way possible.
