Tuesday April 9th my cousin and I stopped here as we realized we had a flat. The youngman and woman working inside came out to see what we where doing. Before we could even get anything out, they had sprung into action and Erick Hernandez who was working that evening wasted no time!Cordless sockets!! Jack in had and just a blessing .So if you know this youngman do something nice for him! Say something good to or about him and just let em know he's appreciated .You a good man and thanks to the young lady who shared a smile and was very polite.

Eric is my hero!I went to a competitor to buy a head light bulb, got the wrong bulb.Called O Reilly s to see if they would install 2 different head light bulbs. Eric hooked me up with the correct bulbs and installed them.Thank you Eric, O Reilly s is lucky to have you.

Dez was terrible she slammed my battery on the counter. She didn't take my information for the warranty. She didn't know how to change my battery. Eric saved the day. He was the one that took charge and helped with everything. I would go back for Eric, but Dez needs alot of training.

Called for a break caliper for the driver side rear. They said to be there at 6:15. Got there early. The part came in and it wasn't what was ordered. He insisted we said driver front. Why would we say front when we were needing the rear to finish the job. The mistake wasn't on us. Had to drive to the Independence Mo store no thanks to this store not ordering what we needed.

I don't appreciate a O'Reilly employee trashing my car. All I wanted was a air filter. I told the employee what kind of vehicle I had. He said that's you first problem is you own a Subaru. Not a happy customer.I will never go back to the Raytown Mo store.I'd hope they would have better customer service training.

On 10/11/23, this isn t the 1st this has happened, went to the store before closing time and found the door locked and the open sign on. Female employee, and another female in street clothes, just stared at me after trying to open a locked door. Went to Autozone to spend my money. They were busy as Oreilly s parking lot was empty.

Looked at other auto stores and only O'Reilly had the part on hand. They were more then happy to install my wipers for me. Can't beat service with a smile!

I travel the country and I go to a lot of auto parts stores. I like O'Reilly's the best and this one that I did business with today has a young lady there named Abigail. I spoke to her on the phone and she was extremely helpful and had knowledge of the products and was generally a really nice person so I will give you five stars. Thanks for being awesome Abigail!

Huge fan of oriellys its typically the only place I will go but the raytown one on 350 is TERRIBLE. The store and staff is a disaster. Nothing on hand is actually on hand. Some of staff is too busy openly cheating on thier gf to help customers. He had multiple girls on speaker and talked about his sex life and laying it on thick to these poor girls instead of helping customers. Ive been given broken parts and wrong parts multiple times once because the dorman sensor was "only 1 number off and look kinda the same". There is a white guy with a pony tail. He is a super good employee and now my prefered. The lady is pretty alright too and I would definitely work with her but this store is a mess. I typically have to drive to lees summit to have a good experience.

I've been shopping here for 20 years, but I'm done. And then running an ad on their billboard for several months $25.99 5 Quarts O'Reilly's synthetic oil and filter. The associate that was helping me acted clueless, kept looking at the ad (that wasn't on there) finally I asked had to ask Randall(manager) to step in he(he was listening to the whole confusion and not offer to help) he walked out to look at the billboard, came back and said doesn't apply to me because my car doesn't have a filter at that price point! bait and switch! They've lost a 20 year loyal O'Reilly's customer because they wouldn't discount my filter $2 so that it will qualify for the $25.99 such a shame, proper customer service can not be found here.

Came here to get a windshield wiper. The associate asked if I needed help and pointed me in the right direction. However, he did not know how to put the windshield wiper on. He had to go back in the store multiple times to try out a new wiper. Eventually, putting one on my car that does not match the other one currently on. I like the blade, but I'm pretty skeptical in how long it will stay on.

I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN because yesterday night I went to pick up a cart part for my mom and it was under the mechanic company name that was working on her car and the guy in the store questioned me like I was a thief as I was paying for the item and I wonder if he ever questions anyone that is not a person of color the same questions as they are paying for the items they are picking up and

Super helpful wonderful patient staff! They helped me change the batteries on my key fobs so my neighbors didn't have to listen to me struggling to turn off the alarm. Thank you! Also, sorry.

Alex Was extremely on it. If he isn't a manager he should be. In the same moment he was checking out a client he was also answering questions I had, and putting phone calls on hold while also directing other employees who seemed potentially less experienced. He is extremely knowledgeable and recommended good paint removal products and took the time to find another location that had what I needed despite him being overwhelmed with customers and other employees asking for help. This man needs a RAISE

They once gave me the wrong oil filter for my car, luckily it still fit but didn't know until my next oil change when I noticed the numbers were different but same brand. They also ALWAYS put you on hold "to help customers" when you call them and NEVER come back to the line. Then when you pull up to the store they only have 1 customer in the store thats not even at the counter but yet I'm still on hold. This is every time. This location really is lacking and needs honest help, hence the reason I give them 1 star!

Could not be of any help, the young cashier at first had no idea of what to help me for regarding a part for my battery, finally after he saw that I was getting agitated, he came outside to figure out the problem. The store didn't have my part, had to be ordered. I later called back to speak to someone else more helpful, but I need to go back up there to see if the splinter for my battery is in stock. Thanks Roderick for your help.

Full service gas station are a thing of the past. Or did it just move to O'Reilly. They may not pump gas, buy they do everything else. My husband (who's a senior), need help with our rear window blades. Not only did the staff member, locate the one we needed; but he help my husband put it on.O'Reilly's associate are friendly, courteous, and professional. With that's type of service, people can't help but come back.

If you order online to pick up in store and you get an email that says they will email you when order is ready to pick up....... that's a LIE! They NEVER email you. This is the 4th time I've ordered online and I always have to call to see if my order is ready.Great store and prices but they really drop the ball when it comes to their online ordering.Aggravating!

Jared, Jacob was really quick to help me out with the check engine light, when it came to pulling up the computer and letting me know what was going on. He also said you guys sell two-stroke oil. That s pretty cool. Great customer service going for your team. You guys keep it up!God bless,Jake the film guy

I had called this location to have part number N3012C ordered to the store and when I got there to pick up the part the guy tried to charge me $631 for the part. Okay look that part up it is only $361.99. why was the employee trying to charge me so much more and on top of that it was ON BLACK FRIDAY?!?!?

Sold me the wrong brake pads. Tried to blame me for the wrong pads then acted surprised when I was the one changing the pads (funny, a woman was helping me.) Super rude!!!! Tried to fight me on the refund. Couldnt tell me if the refund worked,, but wouldn't allow me to have the break pads back. I was finally refunded but I will go to NAPPA from now on.

There was only one counterman and he was taking apart a car part for someone and I stood for 25 minutes trying to buy something to clean my windows with. I ended up walking out of the store and going someplace else. O'reilly's used to be the place to go but but not anymore they are the slowest people on the face of the Earth. They really don't care if they help you or not I wouldn't waste my time again on this place.

The owner really needs to come and check this location out every time I come here customer service is very poor you call the place and they leave you on hold from 10 to 20 minutes this is by far the worst location in Kansas city area. Get it together please!!!!!

Raytown, Mo location. The 2 young guys working (?) Sunday morning Feb 13 2022 could barely be bothered to help. One of them didn't even get off the stool and away from his phone long enough to check me out. Very disappointed, usually great service at this store.
