They did a great job on fixing my 2020 ford mustang to look better than how I brought it. Also Chris did an outstanding job on keeping me updated throughout the whole process. On top of that they washed and detailed the outside of my car, tires, and rims. 10/10, would recommend to anyone.

I was super pleased with this repair from Carstar. They also cleaned the exterior AND interior of the car before I picked it up which I was not expecting! The car was all vacuumed out, and as a mom of two little kids who track in a lot of crumbs and leaves, that was greatly appreciated!This repair was for a fender bender and the other party s insurance paid. We had already had some damage above our driver side front wheel well and I had explained that wasn t part of the damage from the fender bender.At no extra charge, they popped out the dent a bit and painted over a rust spot to help it stop rusting. Totally above and beyond.I would absolutely return to Carstar for future car repairs.

The customer service was fantastic! Extremely helpful and nice. They were even finished with my car several days before they estimated! Was a nice surprise to see my car washed and detailed too! Definitely will recommend.

Amazing service from start to finish. Went there for an insurance claim and they did not disappoint. Very nice people and an excellent service provided. They handled the communication with the rental company for my loaner to extend while repairs were made as well.

My experience with CARSTAR was great. It took carstar a week to have my SUV fixed they evening cleaned the inside of my SUV. I have no complaints very thankful and satisfied with the finished work.

John & Chris did an amazing job on fixing my car. They were able to get the parts in quicker than anticipated. They kept me updated on the status on a regular basis and got me on the road 3 days sooner than anticipated. Having an issue while being out of town is stressful, but they made the car repair portion easy to deal with. I would refer anyone to them.

Customer service and communication were first rate. W there were some delays getting parts from the manufacturer but Chris and John kept me informed of the situation and what they were doing to rectify it. Work done looks beautiful. Lifetime warranty but I doubt I ll need it. Very meticulous work. Thank you Carstar/Raytown.

My car was stolen and they were recommended by my insurance. John assisted me with getting my car repaired. He made sure to keep me up to date with my car and whenever he said he was going to call me back, he actually did! They returned my car looking brand new. I appreciate their work and service. 100% recommend.

My front drivers side was damaged in a car accident. I also had a window broken into that had to be replaced at the same time. Because I am a teacher, I really needed the car repairs done during July when I did not have school. CarStar worked with my schedule. They communicated and negotiated with my insurance company. The work was completed in less that 2 weeks. I received a beautiful, clean car. They even cleaned the interior, and cleaned the tape residue from where I had plastic from the busted window. I can t imagine better service.

Very happy with the service. They looked at my vehicle and provided an estimate to my insurance company as soon as it was towed in. I was able to pick up my repaired car sooner than when two other shops wouldn't have even be able to look at it, let alone repair it. They did a wonderful repair job and the interior detail was fantastic--it looked brand new. I'm from out of town, but I would definitely recommend Carstar of Raytown.

I recently took my car to CARSTAR because it was stolen and needed to be repaired. Cathy at the front Desk and John the owner was amazing they were very professional and patient with me. Thank you for the level of Service you Delivered it is really hard to find that these days.

My Kia was broken into and stolen. This car shop from the front desk assistance to those working on the car, were professional and very friendly. They kept me in the loop of everything that was going on with the car with great communication. I definitely recommend this shop to anyone. Car was cleaned on the inside and outside when I picked it up. Looked brand new. 5 star service.

This Carstar is great! They were friendly and professional and did quality work in a very timely manner. They were always in contact with me to update me on the progress of their repairs, they helped in communicating with the insurance company and helped get my rental car back on time with no problems at all. From the initial estimate to my car being completed, I would recommend CarStar to anyone! They were excellent with the communication during my process and completed my car restoring it back to normal. My car was even cleaned out and ran through the car-wash as well when completed. If I had to recommend any body shop to anyone, it would be CarStar in Raytown. Thank you again for your great work!

CARSTAR has friendly, helpful and skilled employees. My car was repaired there after an accident and when they were finished with it. It looked new. They cleaned the exterior and interior for me. I m taking it back this spring for some touch up work. The work was completed in a timely manner. Excellent job to all the employees at the CARSTAR in Raytown, Mo and Keep Smiling.

Recently, our car was stolen. It was in mint condition prior to the theft. We chose CarStar in Raytown due to past good experience, and they were pre-approved by State Farm. They had to order parts, do mechanical repairs, and paint some scratched areas. Throughout, they kept us informed and really did a fabulous job on the car. I would certainly use CarStar again, and would recommend them to anyone needing their car restored. I can't speak highly enough of this business!

Very nice got the car in quick and returned it clean inside and out. Only issue was telling me it would be ready and then wasn't. Might wanna wait till stuff is done before projecting completion. Other than that I would use them again

My car was repaired and looks great. It was repaired ahead of schedule as well. The car was very dirty inside and I couldn't get it cleaned before drop off. Carstar cleaned it all up. That was clearly not part of the repair but was very appreciated. The whole process was very professional. I would recommend Carstar for your car repair needs.

They were very accommodating I had major damage to my car and they got it done earlier than expected which I was thrilled with And it looks awesome. These guys are rick stars. I hit a deer and my insurance company totaled the car. I settled and kept the car and had Carstar fix it. They did an amazing job and saves me a lot of money!

I would give them 10 stars if I could. They worked well with my insurance company, car rental, and me. They took a little longer than they first told me but once they put it on the rack they found more damage inside. When the rental car coverage ran out with my insurance they contacted Enterprise and paid the rental the extra 6 days. I know they took their time but I also know it is fixed correctly. They treat you like family and make sure everything is done correctly. I highly recommend them!

My experience started out bad until Lauren stepped in and turned my lemon into lemonade. I was very frustrated but she never mirrored my behavior or judged me. She is a great asset to your team. I will rent from enterprise again based on my experience with Lauren.Lauren you ROCK
