Legit 5 star service from start to finish. Had brake pads replaced on full sized pickup, he arrived on time and was very courteous and professional. Work was meticulously completed and my driveway was just as clean as it was before he arrived. I have other vehicles that need work and I will surely have Robert come work on those. I called to inquire about services. First, he answered the phone like he really did not care to be bothered. He asked me if I have my own parts or he could "help" me look for what I needed, but neither one of us knew exactly what was needed. This guy said he would have to charge me an additional $50 to pick up parts. He then told me I should go to a shop, which I would have if my car could make it. But why call yourself "mobile" if your not. Very bad customer serviceAfter leaving this review he continued to text my personal phone about how he felt about me leaving a bad review. No professionalism at all.
