Haven't been in a while but the last time I went for some car accessories the staff was friendly and helpful but unfortunately they were out of stock for my items. Overall genuinely friendly and helpful from my experience.

Usually have no problem here with service or selection of products. I always get my oil and oil filters for a decent price. I like to drop off my used oil as well and haven't had an issue doing so like at a few other auto stores. Never had an issue with any of the employees, they're all nice, helpful, and knowledgeable. Only issue is the parking lot. I'd love to see the deep tire indents filled making it smoother to pull in and out.

10/11/23 8:40 PM Arrived to only find the computer system was down and they were unable to sell anything. Seems like I found this same issue about year ago at about the same time in the evening. Went to Raytown AutoZone to buy the couple of tools I needed for a repair.

Our car overheated on our way back to Nebraska and we were fortunate enough to be near this Advanced Auto store. Jake was EXTREMELY helpful and nice. He went out of his way to help us and get us back on the road.

Shay and Alexis went above beyond to help me get my battery in my son's car after a most rude and unhelpful "Larry" did his very best to avoid having to lift a finger to help do anything. The girls more than compensated for his unprofessional, lazy work ethic.Edit: Thank you, advance auto for your reply. I hope for the sake of this store and the other employees the situation with Larry is corrected.

I have been here twice over two weeks. Each time I am greeted by very nice workers and service. One of them even referred me to a mechanic and gave me very good reviews. Thanks!

Needed a new battery after the heat killed mine the past week driving for Uber. The manager changed it out for me. They had two women associates which was very nice to experience. Happy customer here. I usually went to a different auto parts store, but this one is more convenient for me now. I ll come back.

The best auto parts store ever! I walked in yesterday got some oil. I was having trouble pulling the oil cap off and I walked back inside and asked If someone could help me! Effrin I believe is his name did it without a problem! Best customer service ever! Thank ya!

I don't need to drop by very often but when I do I'm pretty well taken care of. this week I had the unfortunate pleasure of needing some transmission stop leak, and the associate gave me her best recommendation and showed me multiple options that were less expensive as well. in a typically male/masculine dominated industry, it was good to see a woman there, who was just as knowledgeable if not more.bonus-- they also have a cat. her name is Oil Pan. she loves the pets. I would rate five stars based on this alone.

I'll believe I'll keep my comments to myself on that one. The store is going through some personnel problems right now. I only know that it's because the manager's note that he wrote to the employees they left it on the front counter where they check the customers out and I could read pretty good upside down so I got to read all of what the manager was complaining about to all of his employees so you're the last rated store in the district and this night and the other and yeah so they kind of rated themselves. But the commercial count around the corner that was that was an order yep that area knew what they were doing.

Arrive to the location 10 minutes before the 9 PM closing, but apparently employees had shut the computer down early so it was a waste of a trip. For the employee at the front door, I hope speaking and communication were not his best asset. All his words were slurred together like he was high

This is where I go any time I need anything for my car! They always do a great job of finding me the cheapest, but most reliable option. Being a women, I also really like how I m not harassed asking if I need help as soon as my foot steps in the door. Maybe I m a little sensitive to that, but there s nothing that irks me more than a bunch of older men treating me like I don t know what I m doing in an auto store...and then not batting an eye when a male customer comes in. Definitely love this place!

I am giving this a 1 because I wasn't able to return a sensor that was purchased but did not need. I had my receipt but they don't take back electrical parts. I'm not a mechanic and didn't know the return policy nor is it printed on the receipt. Now I'm out $45. They've lost my business. Customer service was okay but I can't afford to throw money away. This is just bad business. I'm a good customer not one that's try get over on any business.

Purchased windshield wiper blades. One of the clerks put them on my car and bent my wiper arm, so now the wiper doesn't touch the window on my passenger side. I'll have to pay to repair or replace the entire wiper arm. Not a happy customer.

The girl at the counter was very helpful. It was almost closing time but I needed new brakes. She was knowledgable. Had them right out to us and got us rung up. Very efficient and good customer service.

I prefer advanced auto over all the other auto part stores. They give me the correct part every time unlike other places. They are very curtious and some are even funny. Thank you Efrain for always giving me the correct part and for always being nice.

Had a dead battery got there at 830. Bought new battery ask them to install. Told me they have a policy that they do not do installs 30 minutes prior to closing. Asked for proof of policy they could not provide.Got hold of general manager stated that they will do an install anytime during business hours anytime. He at least apologized.I will not do business here ever again. Very unprofessional...Never had any problems at any other of their locations.

Same rude employee everytime I go! Unbelievable how lazy and rude he is and yet he's still there! Always on his phone never greets or asks if you need help.. Explains why it's always empty- went to AutoZone which was busy yet the employees were very nice and helpful!

I called for my pick up order and waited 20 minutes outside. Watched people come and go. I called three times and was told to hold. My trunk was open out front obviously ready for my curbside pickup. I watched an employee at the door stare at me. I had my 6 year old and puppy with me and finally went inside. When I got in, the guy at the counter said, "ill be with you in a moment". I just wanted to call the number and say. "Hi, curbside pickup for Amber". How hard would that have been....?good grief..

Good selection is always from it being or remind me of another store when I grew up Western Auto but anyway service was okay I didn't have too much help in there but anyway we'll return again when parts are needed

i was in the store today and greated by a black cat in isle, his name is "0il pan" .cat has resided in store for at least 7 years, preceding any of the current staff. store's longest employee is a volunteer mascot.

The general manager Ben is a great guy. He is very knowledgeable in all areas of Auto Parts. If they don't have something he will get it for you. Rigo commercial Parts specialist. He will do anything he can to help you find the right parts. Going into that store is a great shopping experience
