Always get good customer service. Occasionally get left standing with no one at counter or only one person working up front. But the employees overall are knowledgeable and helpful.Update: I have to change my review due to the assistant manager Austin who gave me the worse customer service EVER. Left two messages with corporate and no call back. This young man does NOT need to be an assistant manager and the way he treated me because he had to work a Saturday is ridiculous! I will shop elsewhere or just use amazon or eBay since I won t have to deal with people giving this type of service smh!UPDATEIt is only right I update my review. Since my last one this store has had a manager change and my guy Austin is A1!I have been it there often the last couple months and him and the entire staff have been a TREMENDOUS help to ya boi!!!This is the only parts store I use and has the best customer service!UPDATE!Just to share so no one else gets burned like I did. Make sure you ask if the part you are buying has a WARRANTY. I did not ask this and the store employee did not tell me that this fuel sending unit assembly did not come with a warranty. So when I went to return it just 1 day later, I could not get a refund of the $205. I work on my cars often and this is a convenient place to get parts BUT I am not in the busy of just giving away $205 either because I cant even return a part with the receipt because it did not come with a warranty. I will just have to check amazon first as you can return ANYTHING you purchase first and these local businesses second. Buyers be aware

I have been to O"Reilly's many times and have been happy enough with the service and the knowledge base of the employees. This is actually a review for the particular employee that waited on me. This was at the Raymore Missouri store. He is in his sixties, at least, no name tag. He was so rude, curt, and unhelpful. I needed a locking gas cap. Someone has apparently been using my vehicle as their own personal gas station. The vehicle barely had enough gas left to get to the store. I didn't want to buy gas until I had the cap. I gave him make, model, etc. He asks me 5.4 or 6? I don't know. He stares annoyed and blankly into space. I ask him what is the difference, he says it's gas or diesel. Okay, it's gas. What kind of threads he asks curtly. I'm not sure. Same annoyed, blank, rude stare. I suggest we go twenty steps out the door and look at it. No one else is in the store. I remove the cap and he says okay. I was this same lousy attitude throughout the process. I purchased the cap. I went to the gas station next door to O'Reilly's and filled up. Get home, and it's the wrong cap! Now I have a full tank of gas ready to be stolen! I wouldn't mind the mistake as badly if he hadn't been so very rude. I haven't been treated like that anywhere for quite some time. Apparently O'Reilly's is desperate for help. I will go back there, but if he's the only one to help I will walk out.Service

I frequented this place for years. I had good interactions with staff, like Mike, who sadly passed on. Lately, they had new managers, like Ben, who portrayed a perfect example of rudeness and unprofessionalism. He is so lazy that he was leaning over the counter for 20 minutes and refusing to get the stuff I ordered. He asked me to get it myself!!! I am sorry, I don't know about oil filters much, and I asked for his help, but obviously, it was inconvenient for him!!!

The brick and mortar auto parts store is dying. It's not necessarily O'Reillys fault that they can't get decent help for the wages they offer; auto parts just arent profitable with all the cheaper online competition. But enough of playing devil's advocate. For crying out loud O'Reillys, it doesn't matter which store I visit anymore, all the O'Reillys stores are staffed by people who give little to no effort to assist anyone in a timely manner. Oh, there's help to be had, but you'll be waiting for at least 30 mins just to speak to someone. Inventory management is absolutely garbage. I came in for bulk hose and couldn't even get that because they couldn't find it in the back room or horrors. This is not an isolated incident.Tighten up your collective game O'Reillys, or you're next on the chopping block for being unable to adapt... Need an example of where you're headed? Look up Sears.

Been there twice for a quick pickup of oil, def fluid etc. 2 or three people working, all either looking up parts for someone or just walking around. Stood in line for about 10 min before walking out.

Just be careful who you deal with! I m hoping that I caught the store manager on a bad day however this doesn t appear to be the case based upon other reviews of Robert! Robert was trying to tell me that a particular brand doesn t carry a particular grade of oil! Your wrong mister and don t try to sell oil to a customer that doesn t want it than get an attitude the rest of the time while I made another purchase.

No thank you, won't be going to this one again, one person working & if you're going to offer a service, and then not have enough staff to do said services, then maybe just close the store.

I ordered some brakes and rotors. They got me the right rotors but the wrong pads. I told them it was for an awd and they ordered me front wheel drive because when they asked me what brand pads I wanted I told them the most expensive ones. This delayed my project by a day and cost me 2 more trips up to the store. The assistant manager didn't even apologize, offer me a discount or anything. I told him I'm probably not coming back here again and he said "well that's your choice". I have never seen such a poor assistant manager in my life as for the other co-workers they seemed nice and professional. Besides making a mistake but at least they apologized for it.

Sold me brake pads that appear to be used and are the wrong ones on top of it. The package was torn up the brake pads weren't in a bag just loose in the box. I wish I could post a picture of them. Hire some people who know what their doing for god's sake!!!! I'm going to auto zone as they have the parts and I don't have to wait all day. O'Reillys has really gone down hill. I wont be back as I am really sick of their rude and unknowledgeable employees. You have lost another customer.

2 different employees told me a part would be in the next day at 8 or 8:30, but when I got there, I was told it was never going to arrive until 10 or 10:30 and this employee said to call first as trucks can be late. The first two told me there was no reason to call.

Michael is a superstar! He would make a great team leader or manager. I wasn't even one of his customers. I was being helped by Robert. Coincidentally I think Robert could learn a thing or two from Michael. Michael helped at least 6 customers while Robert had me and himself confused thumbing through old books. Hurray for Michael!! Not so much for Mr. Robert.Leaving now unsatisfied and empty handed. Heading elsewhere.

Thank you for your great service, I have found another auto parts store in Belton that is in business to take care of their customers and make money to stay in business!Maybe the olive garden we want here in Raymore could use your building!

We continually call the Raymore branch to check for a part to see if it s in stock- they check the computer and say yes. Then when we show up to get it they can t find it on the shelf. Extremely frustrating!! This has been continuing for the last three months.Very unreliable service.

I shop here because the staff knows what they are talking about. I get the best part for the job, tips on installing it and all of my questions answered.

I used to love this store location. They used to be nice and always listened. Now, it seems they have changed a lot of staff. Wish they were as helpful as the staff at the Raymore store.
