Great job. My experience was better than expected.i was going to drop off my truck and pick it up the next day. Brendan the salesman assured me that they could get me in and out in only about 30 minutes. So I decided to stay and wait. The mechanic that mounted and balanced my tires work quick and got it done. The tires have ridden and performed very well.

I had been in the market for tires for a while; estimating prices for a full set of tires and an alignment. Kyle, the Assistant Manager, was able to beat out every price that I had been quoted before. At my appointment the next day I chose to wait at the shop until my car was finished. I was very pleased with the turn-around-time and quality of the service. On my drive home I had to keep looking at my receipt to make sure I only bought new tires not a whole brand-new car. It is like it's my first day back in my car. Even all my friends are remarking that my car is not the same. They too love how my car feels like a NEW CAR! I will definitely be recommending Big O Tires to my friends and family!!

I spent most of my day calling around for 4 new tires before I head out of town for Thanksgiving. Everyone was booked out for 2+ weeks and/or out of stock on my tires. I called Big O Tires and spoke to Mike, who looked up my tires and had them in stock. I was able to get my car in the same day and had 4 new tires installed in under 1 hour. Mike and his team were great, welcoming and provided great customer service! Thank you Mike for a great experience. Thank you to your team for doing a great job and fast work.

First time at this place today, needing 1 new tire. I am 96% incompetent with cars, and I walked into this shop having just dealt with 3 hours of dead-end / unhelpful phone calls with insurance, rental, and tow companies. When Kyle asked me which tire was bald, I had no mental or emotional energy left to even remember which tire it was. Kyle was incredibly helpful and understanding with my situation, and gave me so much reassurance that I would be taken care of well there. He successfully socially managed my meltdown from the stupid day with car troubles, he changed my tire incredibly fast, and he was beyond friendly and patient during my visit. 500 stars and mad props to Kyle!

I would reccomend Big O Tires Raymore. They went above and beyond to get tires for my car the same day I called, even though they had to travel to get two of them from a different location unlike the multiple other businesses I called. They had my car tires changed within an hour without an appointment. They recommended other items on my car that needed attention without a high pressure sales motive.10/10 service

They gave a good assessment of getting one new tire and didn't try to get me to replace a good tire. They checked up on me a few days later to see how it's driving! That followup was appreciated

I just went and got all 4 tires replaced. I went to big o because I've had great luck with this franchise. My first visit to Belton Big o I am very impressed with the quality of service and the discounts I received. Highly recommend.

I stopped by last week to get a new tire for my trailer. The previous place I had gone to put on a C rated tire, but I wanted a D rated tire to match the other 3 tires. I called ahead to make sure they had the right tire.This location gave me good service and took care of us quickly! Also, I was able to get in and out with my 30-foot trailer with no problems.

Fast service and quality work.They worked quickly and did not try to upset me. I have mobility and breathing issues when he brought my car around. He parked it right in front of the door to make it convenient for me. Very kind!

I had very helpful conversations with both Mike and Brendan. Then after the tires were ready Brendan showed me a detour to avoid the traffic on 58. Great crew and I really appreciate all of the help!

Knowledgeable employees & great service! (Updated 8-14-2019) Mark & Taz are always able to work me in with any tire issues! Everyone working there are pleasant, friendly, patient and ALWAYS answer any questions. They explain and show me exactly what the issue is along with the fix. I'm extremely happy I purchased my tires at Big O Tires. Before purchasing my tires, I called several other places. My size tires were not in stock at any of the places. The other stores tried to sell me tires they had in stock and the difference (size) wouldn't matter. Taz was the only one that said something the other places did not. He told me I should get the same size tires recommend. I told him what the other stores had said it wouldn't matter. He said Big-O is not there just to sell tires. He further explained what would happen if I purchased a different size tire. He went over all the prices and brands of tires in the CORRECT size and any rebates. He even answered my question about what tired he has on his vehicle. I made the appointment. They had the tires in, as promised, the next day in plenty of time for the appointment. The tire warranty has been the best investment! I applied for their credit card, which offered 0% financing if paid in full within 6 months. They also reminded me to apply for Big-O's rebate, since I spent a certain amount. It was easy online. To date I've received rebates totalling $75. I highly recommend!

I had two two blown tires two bent rims. They took the time to get me back on the road on a Saturday morning. I made it home safe over 200 miles. I just want to say thank you .

I chose Big 0's a few years ago because my husband is disabled and needed quality servixe and trustworthy prodessionals to keep my Jeep in tip top shape since I only can do so much mechanacily. I recently made another appointment online, got to Big O's and they were right on time. They checked everything under the hood, changed oil, rotated tires and put new tire pressure sensor on. They even took around block to make sure everything was good.!Much to my suprise I recieved a text 2 days later making sure my Jeep was running properly!I appreciate all of you at Big O's in Raymore!! You all take pride in your work and special care to your customers! Great quality, value and professional service!I fully recomend!!!

I went in to get a battery replaced. My dad was just put in hospice and I needed to be with him, but my car kept dying. I drove in there, they treated me so kind and got me in and out of there in 30 minutes. They were my angels that day.

This has been my go to tire and repair shop since moving to Belton. They were always able to get us in with a reasonable time frame. They most recently were able to get us in for a tire repair before a long move cross country. A previous tire repair shop said we would need new tires (to try and get more money out of us on 2 year old tires). This shop knows what they are doing and aren't out to over charge you, or make you pay for more than what you need. I would highly recommend them to anyone in the area.

Big O Tires in Raymore Missouri has been very good to me in the last three years that I have been going there. From tires to oil changes, they always take great care of me and never overcharge. The customer service is excellent and I always leave there a happy customer. They will continue to get my business for years to come.

I blew out 2 tires and had my car towed after hours. Then that night, I had a family emergency 3 hours away. I called 1st thing in the morning and explained how I needed to get to the hospital. Kyle and the Manager, Mike were extremely kind to me, as I was an emotional wreck, and placed 4 new tires on my car so I could get out of town quickly. Mike even went the extra mile to text me and check that there were no issues with the tires and car, as well as check on me. Thank you so much for all your help during such an upsetting time.

I usually receive good service here so i really hate i have to leave a bad review ... but here it is. Months ago another shop gave me an insanely high quote for a radiator and oil pan change. I called Big O and they beat the quote. I had my car towed to them and they started the work. Only for them to call me and tell me they only changed the radiator not the oil pan because they didn't think I needed one. I asked them several times to change it anyway because its going to get worse, but several excuses later the sent me away without changing it. I think its because they low balled the quote to get me in the door and didnt want to stand by it. The overall quote was cheaper but when they gave the break down for just the radiator I ended up paying more than the other shop quoted. Talk about misled. Months later my car is leaking even more so I go back to Big O where I learned the previous quote was not saved, no surprise there, and of course the new quote is considerably more this time because while they do actually acknowledge I need an oil pan, which I already knew, but also said I need a valve gasket. I know I was misled the 1st time but I still agreed for them to do the work and oh my gosh ... again they only did half the work. They changed only the oil pan and said due to other issues they didn't feel comfortable changing the valve. So to get an idea of how much money I'll be out when i take it somewhere else i asked how much they would quote a customer just wanting the valve gasket done. He said 6 to $700 which now is more than the overall quote they just gave me with the oil pan. And since they obviously low ball quotes to get you in the door its probably going to cost me way more than that to get it done elsewhere and the know it. They won't get a third chance to mislead me. Mgr Mike said there's nothing he can do about the first incident since he wasn't there but I do believe he was the person I dealt with back then as well. And he obviously wasn't going to do anything about todays incident either. At no point did i feel acknowledged nor did he ever apologize for my experiences let alone ask if there was anything he could do to make it right. I could tell he could care less if he lost me as a customer. Which he did.

Had a roofing nail in my tire in October. It was dead center of the tread. Should have been an easy fix. Took it here to Big O in Belton and asked for a patch. They opted for a plug patch. Which, two month later, has caused the cords to shred and left me in a dangerous traffic situation downtown on Friday night. My tires still have a decent amount wear left but are now useless. I paid 30.00 for them to drive a spike through my small hole,essentially destroying my tire when i could have paid 50.00 and gotten a New tire if that is what the outcome of patching a small nail hole comes down to now a days. I tried to talk to the employees today and was told that no matter the hole the will always use a plug or patch-plug. They offered no resolution for ruining my tire. They couldnt even give coeprates number. Said they didnt know where to find it. Google knows all. Wont be back. Very disappointed.

Just came in to get my oil changed and tires rotated at Big O Raymore and was greeted by my dear old friends, Jacob and Jeremy! In and out in under 30 minutes. They are always so warm and welcoming and most of their staff have been with the company for years. Wouldn't trust anyone else aside from the dealership to service my Nissan Rogue Sport. Much love to you two and the rest of the staff! Thank you for always taking the best care of my vehicles and brightening my day with your smiles and exceptional customer service!

People always read the bad reviews and skip the good reviews.I'm here to tell you that Big O Tire in Raymore is where I go on my bad days. When I don't trust the work another shop has done, I take my car to Big O and have them double check the work. If I feel like another shop is trying to pull the wool over my eyes, I go to them and ask for a second opinion with evidence, which they are ever so happy to provide, demonstrate, and take pictures.Mike is a superhero. He has been working in the industry for years and is always quick to tell me what my expectation of service should be and what reasonable course of action I have if he agrees I have been mistreated. When I need a recommendation for a service Big O in Raymore doesn't provide, I call and ask them who they recommend first. Mike never steers me wrong. And if they don't know, they say they don't know. They don't make something up that sounds good. They never insult my intelligence.This review is for Kyle, who always likes to pretend the news is bad, then turns around and give me good news. Watch out for his sense of humor. He's a stinker.

Excellent experience. I got an oil change and tire rotation. Friendly people. Competitive pricing. The competitor across the street had no service openings for 10 days but at Big O I could schedule online and get in almost immediately.
