The store manager Mr. Jarvis is a wonderful man. Without even being asked came out in the rain to help replace a headlight bulb. Definitely recommend this Autozone!

Tim and Jack, the owner all have no customer service skills lol thankful we have a Napa here, we will wait for them to open next time or just drive a town over to avoid autozone. Never fail to fail us! Should be their slogan!

Have to give a HUGE shoutout to Mike, the manager. We came in with a dead battery, he pulled it, charged it and tested it. He even offered to help change the alternator if that turned out to be the issue. We couldn't test that because the battery wouldn't hold a charge. He went way above and beyond helping diagnose the issue and offered to get in touch with a mobile mechanic if needed since we were 1.5 hours from home. It turned out to be a bad battery and we are on the road but will be looking into other isses he pointed out that could be the reason the battery is not holding a charge.

I went into the store to purchase a set of jumper cables for a one time use. Instead the store manager loaned me a jumper box saving me the cost of the cables.Great integrity, great service, great guy.I'll be back.

I find this parts store very convenient it's close to me and they all are very helpful sometimes to helpful but that is my personal preference. . .I find myself going back for somewhat of the sane reasons over and over and they are nice and helpful everytime. Always get the car parts I need .

I would rather drive to another town then deal with this store. Store management bad mouth's other stores if they mess up. But then the Potosi store which says they have an item in stock online, but when you get there no sorry, we have to order it. Do not go to Potosi Autozone.

When I came in the store nobody addressed me didn't say hi to me when I came in I was in for 20 minutes or a little bit longer I went to four different registers and they were all too busy socializing instead of helping your customers. I will not be back to your store again I will start using Napa thank you

Dudes and dudettes, I LOVE THIS PLACE!!SO friendly, SO helpful, always a fun place, orders are timely, they'll help with about anything and are infinitely patient with my old truck, that pops codes all the time. I sometimes stop just to say hi, as do others. Thrilled to have this store as part of our local community! P.S. my service dog, Grimm, is loved and spoiled there too lol.

Took our Lincoln to these guys because of tailgate lights wiring issues after taking it to ford dealers in de Soto and spent $155 with no results. These guys at this autozone store were great, free diagnostic found the loose wire of the tailgate light and fixed the problem in less 15 minutes and charged us nothing. So thankful to these guys! They save our life. Highly recommended.

Employees here have been politely and mostly knowledgeable about their products in my experiences. Shame they are limited in some areas due to company policies on what they can and can't do for customers! Though I'd say that's not at their fault though

This is a very cutomer friendly place. Yesterday my van wouldn't start at McDonalds. I called Auto Zone and was told that someone would be over to give me a jump start. The manager, John, was over shortly and got it started. He also invited me over to the store to check out the battery and alternator for free. He also didnt charge me anything at all to run over and get the van started. I would highly recommend this place.

It doesn't matter where you go to an AutoZone they are always kind and ready to help you with any part of necessary they are very kind sweethearted people and they know more than some of the people out there that work on automobiles I don't know how many times it gave me heads up to what it might be on my automobile and they've been totally right. I'd rather go to AutoZone than to Walmart any day or any other place that sells parts and batteries etc

Looked down upon for only buying a quart of oil, literally completely ignored. Never again will I come here let alone recommend it. I will spend the extra 2$ at a gas station down the road to get a thank you & eye contact after my purchase...

I would NEVER recommend this place! Went in and bought oil for my turbo DIESEL Volkswagen Jetta Sportwagon and specified at least 10 times that the oil MUST coincide with a diesel.The employee assured me that it did. Made my purchase, changed my oil, drove about 750 miles and the vehicle kept feeling funny.Called the store and they told me NOT to put that oil in my car, when I told them to late they informed me that I needed to get it out ASAP. I called the district manager to get nowhere it was promised he would call me back the following day. Needless to say, I NEVER HEARD BACK FROM DAKOTA, instead he had an employee call me and ask if I could come get the cash for an oil change. Of course I said yes, drove there for what the employee states was the highest amount places were charging for my oil change. I did my research and $68 isn't even as much as the cheapest oil change.I was told that I could NOT have a copy of the paperwork they asked me to sign, nor was I allowed to read it.They do NOT stand by their word!I will boycott AUTOZONE any and every chance that I get.A single mother that just got a new car (instead of one missing windows, paint, catalytic converter, interior lights, is not safe to have the kids in, needs work, etc) and now I have many issues bc some employee FAILED to listen to me and sold me the wrong oil.Schooling should be a must for the employees, that way this wouldn't happen.I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE GOING HERE.I normally give very highly commendable reviews. There is a first for everything I guess.

I went there before for might bulbs one called another store to have them delivered and when I called to see if they were there before I left work to get them they told me with it being a holiday or whatever it would be tomorrow before they get them I told the girl on the phone that they were shipped from another store and was suppose to be there by about 2:30 she said well I dont know what to tell you they are not here so I called another store and was talking to them about it they were the store that sent them and they have them so the other store is holding them until I can get someone there to get them this is what we go through every time we go to potosi AutoZone so I guess I will just drive out of my way from now on since they dont like to do free store to store shipping even though the web page offers it

Auto Zone is the only place that goes above and beyond to help any person that needs parts for there Automobiles .They will always be my Auto Zone Angel's and lwill be forever grateful for there help and kindness. FROM a forever faithful and lifetime customer.Potosi Mo.

Not impressed with the service. Last two times I've been there, I've waited over 15 minutes for someone to come to the register so that I can pay for my items.Definitely won't be going back to AutoZone! Rather drive to O'Riley's in Farmington.

We were from out of town and had a key fob problem and Mike at the Potosi MO store was very friendly and helpful by going the extra mile.

Paul and Janea of the potosi autozone are absolutely amazing! I was having serious problems replacing my headlights and they went above and beyond by both coming out to help. They spent almost 30 minutes helping but they didnt complain at all in fact they made it incredibly fun talking and making jokes. they made it a great experience for me! I reccomend this service to anyone! Ask for paul or janea
