After having an oil change and tire rotation, my maintenance required light came on. Thinking it may be low tire pressure. Also my daughter had one the same day and air pressure in her tires was never checked either

Went to have a flat fixed and a rotation they made me sit 2 hours then tell me my new tires are dry rotated when they obviously are not i drive alot of gravel they're idiots i will never go back!!! Went to swafords fixed flat 10 minutes was done..

If I could leave zero stars I would this was an absolutely horrible experience I took my car in to get a tire changed and had to wait 4 hours just for that and then my car thumbed when I went to leave so I took it back just for them to tell me the axel was broke and they would not fix it or pay to fix it so now I have to pay out of pocket to fix what was broke while they were working on the car.

Fast and friendly service from the auto care team! Was on a road trip a lost a tire on a Sunday. Good thing the auto care was open! Got the car in and an hour later I had 4 new tires and was off and going.Service: Auto tire replacementService: Auto tire replacement

The mechanic is rude.. I always try being friendly to everyone, but he ignored and walked right by us when we got there to tell him what we needed. I won't be using them again. I did like that they printed out everything they had checked on my vehicle.. and the guy inside, that took my money was kind.

Terrible. There were two in front of me. I asked the clerk of I was looking at three hours. She assured me that it wouldn't be that long. There were four people looking at one atv tire. More talking than working. I would rather spend a little more money for better service.

Slow as molasses. Takes them a few hours to do anything here. I was told by one of the ladies working the desk that my car would be the next one worked on, the other lady got rude with me when I asked what was going on and that other cars were in the shop... 2 hours later and other vehicles are in the shop and mine still hasn't been touched. All I want is 4 new tires!!! Next time I may just take my business somewhere else that it may be more appreciated.

I had 4 new tires mounted there. 120$. I have to air them up every day.

Nice and friendly. Took a while but they did a great job on the tires. Even showed me how to reset my oil light.

The tires on the front of my son's car were bald ,,,, so I went to Walmart to purchase a set of tires for the front,,,,,the rear were in very good shape ,,they recommend we rotate ,,I said no and had to sign a paper saying no I want the new tires on the front leave the rear they are just fine,,when the car was done I paid,,,, my son left,,the next day he called me with a flat not far from our house,,,Those idiots took the completely bald tires and put them on the rear took the good tires from the rear and threw them away,, how dumb do you have to be to throw good tires away and move totally bad tires where they were ,,, RIDICULOUS!!!!!!!!

Took my vehicle in for an oil change and tires at 7:15 this morning suppose to be first come and first serve. It is now 11:35 and they call and say they don't have the tires I am buying don't sell them. I tried to tell the gentlemen that yes I already bought one tire right there from them he proceeds to argue with me and tell me that it isn't even a correct size. (Hmmmm the young man this morning that took the info said he didn't need the size and I proceeded with the rest of the instructions. ) I tell the gentlemen the size and brand I bought and he argues and says never mind I will go look myself. Hello I own the vehicle and I know the size. I told him I wasn't comfortable that my car was being serviced correctly and he tells me alot of mistakes are happening. Boy makes me feel good. I call back and talk to the service dept manager and he was no better. ENJOY walmart this is the LAST vehicle I will EVER take to your pitiful service department. People BEWARE!!

They get the job done and the price isn't bad. Time is about the only complaint but even there you can't blame them for being busy.

The employees here obviously have no accountability of their pace or effort. The girl performing the oil changes literally could not possibly work any slower. I ll never be back

It took so long, just for an oil change, then wanted me to wait another for them to rotate my tires; that part didn't get done!

They are sooooooo SLOW! how could it possibly take more than an hour to change the oil? 5 employees all moving at a snails pace.

They were horrible spent 3 hrs at there tire shop longest place I ever been to get my tires changed,and the most I ever spent Will never do that again.

Need to hire qualified staff. I guess they would if the pay was decent.
