I had a great experience from the moment I asked for help in getting new tires on my Highlander , I texted all the info along with a picture and they were in the next day. Easiest thing I have done in dealing with a repair/ tire shop. Dawn in the front office was very friendly , all around not what I expected as I had dreaded the replacing of tires. The price was more than reasonable, cheaper for the same tire that I had replaced due to being a real estate agent and a roofing nail went through my sidewall! Highly recommend!!!

Hands down the best experience i ve had getting tires. I had two busted tires, they put some used ones on for now & they ordered me the tires I actually wanted. The new owner is absolutely the sweetest, made sure I was tended to fast & definitely showed she cared about her customers!! The receptionist was also very nice, talked to me with respect! Would recommend them to absolutely EVERYBODY!!

Their tires have always been junk. You buy a tire from here you don't expect it to last more than a couple weeks. This is an emergency shop only. I guess there are new owners because now it is even worse. The non-english speaking girl on there is clueless.

Fast and friendly! Had a nail in my tire, other places couldn't get me in, Spencer's was able to patch it on my lunch break! Would definitely do business again!

They really helped me out whenever the tire shop across the street scrutiny over a big time. Not only did they think about me. But they thought about my family safety. I would highly recommend that.

Service is amazing! I was in and out in less than 10 minutes and I had a screw in my tire! And very inexpensive, only cost me $10!

Went and had a tire mounted and balanced. The charge was pretty high the charge was doubled since the last time I was there. . The shop took forever to get my tire done. Then they didn't tell me that it was done and no telling how long it was done before they told me. But the manager had good customer service and very nice.

Was checking price for the most part but, VERY good service and PRICES.. great tread on the tires too!! Want to save money on tires in the Bluff... It's a MUST go!

Awesome staff, I didn't have a clue what I needed I just knew that I had a bad tire. They were very good to me, fairly priced and informed me that I have front end damage that is wearing my tires. They gave me options and explained everything to me. Love you guys, thank you

I love Spencers Tire Service because of the service you get and the very fair prices. They've ALWAYS done me right. As a matter of fact They've more than gone out of their way to do me the best price wise AND labor wise.I APPRECIATE YOU GUYS!!

DON'T GO HERE.They told me they could fix a crack in my rim but didn't tell me they were going to JB weld my rim and stem. Then they chew up and had the wires showing inside a brand new $200 22in run flat tire trying put in on rim. Also tire bead all over tire and rim. Instead of them fixing there mistake they use foul and rude language toward me and told me to take them to court. I did file a police report and also contacted courthouse.

One worker is rude trying to say I cant stand some where right off the bat but another customer can walk up and he wants to talk all nice and friendly with him I will not be coming back and I'm letting everyone I know not to go there with workers like this able to do it with everyone right there when it happens and it's all okay to them
