Jenny Smith out of Fredericktown is one of the best people you could ever deal with friendly and helpful, couldnt ask for a better person to deal with.

I lived in Northern Missouri and could always get a ride to go to the store even though I wasn't at the busstop. They would pick you up if you were close to the stop. This town funnels money into building up the place but can't get a ride here til way later and only taking people on shopping trips on designated days, etc. Too many medical riders. They had seperate busses for that up north!

Helping a friend with Dr appts,this Company has these women that do not have experience enough to schedule appts.They give this disabled person a schedule then cancel it,a driver recommend to call main office they do this all the time,their always hiring new people that have little to no experience.

Hard to get ahold of on the phone at times, but the drivers are all friendly and do their best so that you have a good ride and definitely do their best to get you to your appointments on time.

This transit company is a joke. Had my dad, who is a wheelchair bound nursing home resident waiting to be picked up from doctors office an hour away for over three hours. They overschedule and end up leaving people waiting for them all the time.

Outstanding service...from the co-ordinator Regina, to the top notch drivers Kay, Dustin, Paul, Troy etc etc. I'd be a "shut in" if I hadn't had S.M.T.S. for my transportation needs.
