Im not satisfied at all.Got my transmission swapped about a month ago and when it was time to do an oil change I noticed one of my bellhousing bolts was missingWhen i took it back to have them put one in. The owner had an attitude and wanted to schedule another appointmentSorry im not going to pay you to fix your mistake buddy

The crew at quality tech are very honest, well priced, and professional with their work and customer service.They bid my car at 700 and later found out that the parts and labor would be cheaper than expected. They gave me the true price which was 396 when they could have easily got me for 700 without me saying a thing about it. 100% recommend dealing with them!Service: Transmission

The price was reasonable but 3 trips was too much. The first trip we told them we were loosing transmission fluid. They couldn't find a leak so they told us to keep an eye on it. If we continue to loose it, bring it back. Second trip, still loosing fluid. They found out it was leaking into the transfer case. Replaced the seal and charged a reasonable price. Got it home and the fluid was low. I figured they just may have not got it filled up all the way. I filled it. A week later we were still loosing fluid. When we took it back, Gary acted as though we were bothering him because we were still loosing fluid. Lo and behold, they damaged the seal when replacing it and it was still leaking. They fixed it and didn't charge us...of course they didn't apologize for our inconvenience of having to bring it back the 3rd time. Brian was great to deal with but Gary was a real grump (to put it nicely). With his attitude, I'm surprised they are still in business.Service: Transmission

They damaged my vehicle and refused to make it right. A scratch so deep it went to the metal. A deep scratch on my bumper as well as cracked it. Broke my water line that runs from transmission to my radiator. I definitely wld NEVER bring another one of my vehicles to this place. & definitely recommend you go somewhere else.

They found issue with my car that ford dealerships said everything was okay. And the noise I was hearing was the wear of my tires and it even past inspection! But ended up being hub bearing and axle shaft. Thanks Quality Tech, you guys are a blessing to have in town. Sad to see ford dealer didn't want my business to fix my car!

Went in assuming I had a transmission issue. Brian checked my fluid, since I didn't have a dipstick to do it myself, and it was full. Talked with me over what it could be, then test drove it to get an idea. Ended up telling me it wasn't the transmission, but actually a engine-related issue. He was very knowledgeable and extensively explained his knowledge and professional opinion. One of my best experiences anywhere as a customer, so I highly recommend him.

Friends car has been sitting there for more than a month and they've not done anything to help her. A month. Thats insane when anyone else could have done what she asked in a week or so. If you like waiting use this place.

Quality tech has always treated me well, I find them trustworthy with explaining and repairing something fairly complicated that I can't do myself, it's nice not having to worry about your vehicle when you drop it off for repairs and knowing when you pick it up it will be right.

Brought my truck in and suggested my torque converter was having issues and asked the owner to drive it. He refused and told me it wasn t the transmission and to take it to Cash s car clinic, here I am 4000 miles later and my torque converter is failing hard. The owner doesn t want to help you unless you are broke down and need a new trans he can sell you.

Great shop . I am from Chicago and had a check engine light on on my way to poplar bluff and went to quality tech transmission and Gary checked everything for me and helped me out . Great guys and a great shop . I would give 10 stars if I could . Keep it up guys

Dont go here they will cost you more money in the long wrong and Tell me how does the shifter not shift anymore after havn a transmission put in and it's not your problem QTT you have to put it in wrong for the shifter not to work at all and Qtt told us they dont have anything todo with that well yes it does ya just didnt put the transmission in right
