We had a brake lock on our triple axle car trailer and it caused the hub to come off the axle. I called poplar bluff trailer and they said that they were willing to take a look at it and go from there. We told them that we were about 260 miles from home and really needed to get back on the road as quickly as possible. We drove to the shop and I talked to the service manager and she was not even aware that I had talked to someone else in the front office about it and I told her that we we were from Columbia and that we were in a bad way and she said let me talk to the guys in the shop and I ll be right back. It wasn t 5 minutes and she said they were clearing a bay for me and to pull around the back and drop the trailer and they will get right on it.great service, good people and quality work!!! 5 stars!!! Thank you

I am very pleased with the end to end purchase of a Bedrock flatbed for my 2001 Ford F-250 SuperDuty Truck. I strongly recommend them to anyone looking for a flatbed. I have a fabricator for the installation. They went out of there way to answer my specific questions and provided me with the electrical harness necessary for a professional job. I was able to complete the whole purchase and loading it on the trailer in about an hour. The price was well below any of the competitors I inquired of before hand. It was definitely worth the 2 hour drive!

Poplar Bluff Trailer provided a great experience! I needed a specific trailer which they had in stock. I worked with Greg and he set the purchase up over the phone. I arrived the next day and everything was ready to go. The whole process was quick and I was back on the road in a short amount of time. The dump trailer was as described. I cannot say enough positive things about these guys. We had bought a jet boat and was pulling it back to the area and it was discovered after our trailer tire blew that the bearings were bad. (both sides it was discovered) We limped the trailer 30 miles to Poplar Bluff Trailers. It was at the end of the day and they stayed open until we got there. Dewey took care of us, this guy had amazing customer service, repair skills and empathic regarding our situation. He was awesome to say the least. Ownership was great too! If you ever need anything for your trailer or a new one these guys are TOP NOTCH we sincerely appreciated their excellent customer service!!! Thanks again guys!

Brandon was very knowledgeable about the possible trailers and helped me hone in on the right one. There was a minor wiring problem when I came to pick up the unit, and he stayed 4 hours after business hours, to fix it and get me on the road. Service above and beyond the call of duty.

After contacting several dealers that wanted to sell what they had in stock and not what I needed I contacted Brandon and he didn't have what I wanted but was more than willing to order exactly what I wanted. I m completely satisfied with my experience at Poplar Bluff Trailer. They had what I needed at the right price and the whole transaction couldn t have been any better. Even though I live 200 miles away they provided a ballpark trade allowance range that I was comfortable with. After I arrived the next day they valued my trade and gave me the top of the range. My new trailer was cleaned and ready when I arrived and Destiny and the team got me hooked up and on the road in no time. Destiny made the entire process as smooth as possible. Highly recommended.

Bought a trailer from them back in 2021 and they were some of the sweetest people to deal with. We were passing through poplar bluff to pick up the trailer and they had everything ready, had discussed most over the phone so we signed papers, they checked everything and made sure we new everything about the trailer but before we left there was a bad wreck on the interstate and new we were traveling that way so was sure to stop us to tell us to take an alternate route. Will definitely go to them again for future purchases.

When my cheap trailer from another dealer arrived at this location, the estimate was high and it would need a lot of work done. When the mechanic got in there, he honestly just made the needed fixes and not all of the new parts. I believe in the honesty that was given to me as a customer. It was also fast service.
