Friendly and easy to work with, tons of new and used inventory to choose from. They walk you through everything which is awesome being a first time buyer/owner. Highly recommend

We recently bought a fifth wheel from them and it has been nothing but trouble for us. They said it was in perfect condition. When we got it home the jacks stopped workin so we couldn t get it off the truck. The furnace didn t work the roof leaked and the hot water heater leak bad. If I was any of yall I would take your business somewhere else. Because if u do buy one and it has problems they won t do nothing to help you and just say that s how it goes. There are better dealerships out there that won t screw you and if there happens to be a problem they will try and find a way to help you out. We will never purchase another camper from them again.

Mike has earned the title of being my favorite Rv tech I ve ever dealt with. Shane was so helpful and made accommodations to service my Rv with a 20min notice which ended up saving me from a certain breakdown. Hands down the BEST RV STORE in the USA with very helpful staff. MOST RECOMMENDED RV STORE!!! Thank you again guys!

Couldn't be more pleased with the customer service and quality of product. These people know how to make ya feel welcome. We have been to several rv dealers/repair services in the last few years. This place is by far the very best. Highly recommend if you appreciate service and quality.

I d give them 10 stars if I could. I was stuck in Poplar Bluff with a broken trailer brake connector. Their team stayed 45 minutes after close to make sure we were taken care of. Said they d follow us to St. Louis if they had to just to make sure we were okay.Really great people, huge selection, sounds like pretty great deals too. I d recommend to anyone.

Took my new trailer in for fresh water moniter repair. Stopped by numerous times, numerous phone calls. Shane said part was ordered time and time again. Asked if they called on the part and all he could say is we have a lot of parts on back order. Picked unit up to go camping, Shane was to call when the part comes in. Over 3 months in and no call. Called manufacturer and they had no record of part being ordered. They advised to take camper to another facility. Took it to another repair facility and they repaired a ground wire within a few days. No part was needed. Worst customer service I have ever had. They do not deserve the 1 star they got from me.

We bought a preowned camper from this place and wish we would have NEVER done it.We asked about the condition of the roof and were told it was in great condition. We are older and not able to climb onto a camper roof and took their word for it. Once we got home, the roof leaked. It needs a new roof, not just sealed. Now they say that it was sold as is so they aren't responsible for it.They hooked up the water to show us that it worked. It was really hot out and I didn't realize the warm water was warm because it was hot outside and not a working water heater. The water heater wasn't even hooked up and of course, it doesn't work once we looked at it.The AC unit quit working as well. We told them immediately that there were issues with it not cooling right. The day we picked it up, the AC wasn't blowing very cold. We were told it would take awhile to cool down because it was so hot outside. They did put a capacitor on it after we got it home and it still wasn't working right. The unit worked for about 2 weeks. Just long enough to say it had been fixed. The tech that came to look at it let us know that that the actual unit was bad and will cost about 2K to be replaced.We were assured that EVERYTHING worked and was in good repair. Well, they sure don't tell customers the truth and we will NEVER do business or recommend them to our camping friends either! We are having to shell out thousands of dollars now to make the camper right. Don't be fooled by the nice people act like we were. I hope you buy someplace else!

Wanted to say thank you to Shane and Mike (Tech). From first phone call to Shane and Mike servicing our Toy Hauler was nothing but class! Can t say thank you enough. My wife and I will always recommend your outstanding company for everyones RV needs. Have a great Thanksgiving from our family to yours!

You get a three because any less gets thrown out. I made an APPOINTMENT to get an electrical issue checked out on my coach. I told them I did not want to leave it parked in their yard. I drove an hour to get there only to be told I had to drop it off and they would get to it, Also that it will take several days to trouble shoot the issue. Very unsatisfactory,

Drove in to get RV de-winterized. Got us right in and graciously fixed an issue we had with our bike rack. Highly recommend and will use them for all the work on my RV!
