Understaffed, because I called 10 times in 15 minutes and no answer during business hours.In person they seem short handed, but they were very helpful in finding the right parts for my application.

I had borrowed a friend's vehicle. The taillight burned out. I took a picture of the information on the driver's door and the person was able to get me the right part with counsel...Those bulbs benefit from a wee bit O Lube.Thanks O'Reilly...

Very friendly and helpful staff. On the day I was supposed to head back Colorado my trucks engine decided to be a problem. These guys helped me figure out that I had a misfire in cylinder #4. They also told me which shops to avoid, which ones to try first. And knowing I was in a rush to get on the road they even gave me the number to one of their local friends who could do the repairs at his house if I couldn t get into a shop. Thankfully the guys over at Christian auto got me in and fixed up for a very reasonable price.

Carl is THE best! He found my broken fuse and replaced it in under five minutes. He was so kind and knowledgeable! I cannot say enough about this man.

Problem with my car starting. Wasn't sure if it was battery, starter or alternator. Entered the store told the R.C what I was experiencing. Immediately he grabbed the proper equipment to test the car. Found out it was the battery. 7 year old original equipment. So due for a change. Removed old battery replaced with new. Cleaned up some corrosion from the connections and insured all was functioning as it should. Oreillys always has great service from folks who know their job.

This part's store has the best employees in poplar bluff!!! Jerry and Carl,Kenny are a few i can say will do all they can too assist you in a time of need . Good folks and part's are competitively priced . Love my folks at my O'Reilly!!!

There's no point in calling. They won't answer the phone. If you actually get parts from them, they are almost guaranteed to be wrong. Just go to the one in Piedmont if you have the option.

The wait is most the time very long and we have to sit for quite a long time to get someone to answer the phone when we try and call to place a parts order but we love purchasing our car parts from here.

Zade was absolutely wonderful. I wasn't sure how to put my battery in. Which one to get, etc. Zade helped me and was courteous and kind. He was very informative. He helped with the questions about warranty, etc. He is definitely a keeper!

Multiple bad experiences with customer service including with the store manager Doug On more than one occasion special order parts have been ordered wrong or lost causing me multiple trips over 30 miles one way. It s become easier to order parts online from one of performance parts retailers free shipping and I get the correct parts the first time yes I have to wait but I m not wasting time chasing parts that are incorrect or not there Sorry Oreilly you dropped the ball. The auto parts are reasonable quality and O Reillys warranty has always been excellent but not worth the effort

Try calling the poplar bluff store for 1hr straight from 5pm till 6pm and noone ever answered I own a shop and was trying to get a part for a customer wheres the professionalism at that they say they have always see multiple employees in the store but noone knows how to answer the phone even when not helping customers in the store

I have been in this store multiple times and I always have a pleasant experience. I deal with Jim mostly and he takes whatever time is needed to make sure I have the right item for the problem I am having.

I have bought many auto parts here over the years and almost always I bought the parts that have lifetime warranty which they have always honored if that part broke or wore out. They use my phone number to look up when and what I purchased and have always found it , saving me a lot time going through my receipts at home. Their prices are very competitive with the other local auto part stores.

The day started off bad, then my truck would not start. I finally got a jump and made it to O'Reillys. Just wanted to say "thanks" to Carl for the good conversation and changing a battery that had far too many wires than I was used to. Glad to live in Poplar Bluff, Mo.
