They threw my hydraulic hose on the floor upon entrance; 4 employees in the store, 1 customer + me. They d rather argue about who s gonna make the hose and complain about making it than just get it done.

If they don't have it then you probably don't need it. They will find it and have it delivered though, if it really is something that you need. ;) The staff are very knowledgeable and attentive. I have always had a great experience at this place and they will continue to get my business.

I live in Poplar Bluff Missouri and I will never use Napa again I call to price parts but keep getting told different prices. FOUR different times I was told different prices. Then I get the part ordered have it shipped here the next day I call and the part is there but not for the price I was quoted but for almost double. I can't decide if they don't know what they are doing or if they are just trying to rip me off.

Had a flat tire on our trailer at the campground, had everything to repair ourselves except the jack from start to finish phone call, delivery top notch customer service. We had a jack delivered to us in 15 minutes!!!

Of the multiple auto parts stores in Poplar Bluff NAPA not only had the highest quality part for my older Chevy tahoe. But it was the best price by half of the other stores. I'll always check here first in the future.

Super service! They were so helpful and refused a tip I offered. Instead they put the tip in the st.jude jar! Great store, great people!
